Its an amazing place. If you are a couple definitely choose this place with your eyes closed. We had a good two days stay in her place. Complete privacy. Mrs Kavita is also very helping. I would definitely stay here again.

If cozy is what you're looking for, Kayy has the perfect place. Extremely comfortable and easy to find,her place is furnished with most of the basic amenities and makes for a welcome home away from home. Kayy is helpful and warm, everything you look for in a host. Looking forward to visiting her property soon again.

Kayy is very approachable and commutative. I had no trouble finding her place with the accurate directions she had provided. The place is okay for an overnight stay, it doesn't have internet or wifi, I guess I overlooked it because it was mentioned in the property details.

The place was good and Surendran was very helpful host. Room was neat and tidy.

A great location and a very well kept (URL HIDDEN) attached bathroom and the water heater are great bonuses.The hosts are very flexible and accommodating.Great place to stay if you are in Bombay for a short trip.

This place is located on a big and modern complex, right next to Bhandup station, and you will have your own private room and bathroom. Everything is very clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom looks clean modern and has shower with hot water. Only AC is missing, it wasn't an issue for me on August (it was enough with the big fan) but it might be a bit tough on summer. I was welcomed be a lovely young couple with whom I had a nice conversation and invited me to join for breakfast. Overall a very positive experience!

Suren and Madhura are happy-go-lucky, very helpful hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at their place, more so because it felt homely. We will be really happy to come back and stay here again.

This is the one of the most comfort place i seen in mumbai city, very close , convenient to reach, no disturbances of city traffic, full privacy... Lots of restaurant s available for home delivery and kavita is super host, she is very helpful to keep my luggage when i reached early even it was occupied by other someone, room is very neat and clean. Interior is designed very tastefully. I have stayed in different hotels in Mumbai in past. But from now onwards this will be my permanent place to stay when ever i visit mumbai, Thumps up Kavita for a wonderful host.

This is truly a gem of a place to stay. Kavita was an amazing host and was there over call to answer any queries we had. Check in and Check out was smooth and hassle free. The room has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. It's clean and has a positive vibe to it. Also it has a separate individual entry point so couples need not worry (As long as both you and your partner are above 21yrs). Look forward to returning to this place.

Great place, value for money. It's very easy to locate. Hospitality of Karan is great. Cooks good and also very well behaved.

The caretaker, Prakash, was indeed helpful to my needs and queries. The location is ideal for easy communication to any area of Mumbai. Would recommend.

I chose this place because it was closer to IIT Bombay, Powai. But when reached, I found it much closer. We can find lot of buses and autos at any point of time to IIT Bombay and the cost is also minimal. In fact I, came by walk to the apartment on the last day of my conference from IIT Bombay. Further the Kanjurmarg railway station is at 5 mins walking distance. Easy connection to CSTM (approx 40 mins) and many places such as Dadar, Thane, Kalyan etc. Good number of restaurants are located nearby and shopping malls. Overall the room was perfect and the caretaker was very friendly and helpful.

This rental came exactly as expected. The location for me worked perfectly (i.e. nearby work place), while caretaker is a very kind and nice person. Room offered all facilities as advertised in listing. Worth the place and price.

Very convenient location if one is traveling to Powai, Vikhroli, Bhandup areas on work or leisure. 5 min walking distance from Kanjurmarg railway station on Central line. Green, leafy surrounding. Lovely views of Powai and the hills beyond. Decent quality service staff. All in all, a good value for money.

Really great and warm place where care taker/manager all were supportive and helpful. The cook is also great and makes some delicious meals. Very good public conveyance as well.

Even though I am more than 1000 kms away from house, I did not feel so, it was very cozy, comfortable, good caretaker cum cook overall it was a great place and wonderful welcome with good interaction and support to reach the place. I would suggest others to try this place and I would personally get back here. Thank you for kindness and support.

Great hospitality by host. Very convenient location. Very clean property with good amenities. 24 hours security and very safe area. Folks if you are confused don't be just go ahead and confirm your stay.

We had a very good time staying here. The host was very responsive, the house is pretty much as described in the AirBnB page. One of the very few AirBnB apartments in the locality, this is a very good option if you are looking for a full apartment for 3 to 4 people (perhaps even more).

The hosts were friendly and we had a comfortable stay. The host has listed a detailed description and all amenities mentioned in the listing were present in the apartments. The apartment is same as seen in the pics provided in the listing. The neighborhood is safe and convenient in terms of travelling, dining and entertainment options. I would surely recommend it especially for families.

The location is excellent as it is relatively close in proximity to areas that were in interest for us. Communication with Tanveer was great and he was extremely approachable and helpful. House is clean and tidy and well furnished. We had a very comfortable stay and looking forward to staying here again on our next visit.

I was in communication with Tanveer since October. He was pretty clear about the amenities available at his flat which were available as mentioned. His place is on the main road with direct connectivity via road to various parts of Mumbai.

This place possibly is the most complete accomodation with all amenities within walking distance...

It was a college reunion. 6 of us all from Medical school want to stay somewhere, not in a hotel due to the formal setting and space constraints. So looked up Airbnb and found this 3 bhk in Powai.. Anandita was extremely helpful in arranging for whatever I asked her for. Chicken, fish, soft drinks etc. We reached at 2 pm and were warmly welcomed by Bansi the house help. The flat was nice and open, ventilated with all amenities. Bansi was absolutely fantastic. Helped us in every possible thing and poor guy was awake till 4 am. We of course we're chatting away till morning. We asked him to make dinner which was simple and nice. BF was eggs and aloo parathas on demand. Just wish that the owner spent some money on the wash room. We're quite antique for the flat. Lastly, it was wonderful for the price, but though I paid full amount of 12k something in advance which was including taxes, I was asked to pay another 900 Rs for some additional tax. Amount wasn't the issue, but it was not disclosed to us earlier that some more money needs to be paid. So felt little awkward!!! Highly recommended place. And Anandita was absolutely fabulous!!

The home was very comfortable. There was a care taker on site and he helped with many requests. The host also came by and we had a good conversation. The place is very safe and near to many restaurants and places. The care taker also served good breakfast that helped us to start the day fresh. I will recommend this place and the host. It is also very secure as we did lots of shopping and had many gift items.
