“We recommend spending a whole day in Haarlem and rent bicycles to go to the Zuid Kennemerland National Park. Sweet lakes for swimming, huge dunes, and the North Sea seashore. Nearby is a Formula One racetrack at Zandvoort, DJ booths on the ocean, and a family-friendly clothing-optional beach.”

Beach Bar
“The last beach bar in the row but worth the walk and there is no dress code. You can dance inside with ravers or sit outside around the campfire and swap traveller’s tales. From techno to African music and visitors from all over the world, the atmosphere at Woodstock is open and friendly. 30 minutes on the bicycle and a unique experience. Open until the end of September”

“The castle of Brederode dates from 1180 and housed 18 different lord up to 1679. Today you can visit the castle from March until end of October. From November until March the castle is closed because of the bats which then have their winter wake. However in spring/summer you can visit the castle and see the bats :) There are 9 different bat species living on the castle. Check the website for more information.”
