Entspannt Euch mit der ganzen Familie in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Unser Ferienhaus liegt ruhig gelegen in einem 14 Einwohner Ort in einem kleinen Wald. Es ist herrlich ruhig und lädt zum entspannen ein. Vor allem für Familien mit Kindern ist unser Hof ein schöner Ort zum erholen und ausspannen. Im großen Garten mit Schafen, Hühnern und zwei Katzen gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Erkunden. Zur Ostsee sind es mit dem Auto 35 Min., Schwerin 20 Min., Wismar 20 Min.

A lovely cottage with a thatched roof. The former coachman's house is located on the grounds of the Niendorf estate. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view of the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. Free parking for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the remise. For additional people, guest rooms with bathroom/pantry can be booked.

Willkommen in der "Villa Ines" ... 🌞 Diese besondere Unterkunft ist mit 70 qm ideal für 2-3 Pers. geeignet (incl. Gartennutzung). Die Umgebung lädt zu Radtouren und Wanderungen ein. In 7 Autominuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Wismar. In ca. 15 Minuten, ist unsere sehenswerte Insel Poel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küste der Insel zeigt sich als rauhe Steilküste oder mit schönen breiten Sandstränden. Restaurant 3 Min. fußläufig entfernt ... :))

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.
