Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The holiday home is located on a small quiet holiday park, this park is located in a wooded area with many hiking and cycling routes. The apartment is close to the city center and lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car ( B67 nearby). A bus stop is very close. Bakers and butchers, as well as food market are about 1000 m away. Our house and apartment are located in a cul-de-sac, public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment conveniently and comfortably. Linens and towels are included.

The gas station is now unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guesthouse.
