COCOON, Atipico appartamento nel centro storico di SARZANA ... Totalmente rifatto a nuovo e molto luminoso, COCOON si trova nella graziosissima piazzetta Calandrini, in un palazzo del XIX° secolo. Questo gioiellino è il risultato di una ricerca di materiali pregiati, ingegnosità e sogni... Perciò sono felice di accogliere ospiti rispettosi poiché l'ho personalmente ristrutturato, tenendo l'architettura d'origine e dando un tocco vintage nella scelta dei materiali provenienti dai miei viaggi. luogo unico e molto accogliente, l'appartamento, con sue porte e finestre di origine, è diviso in 2 stanze più un bagno con doccia. la luminosa stanza principale è composta d'un divano letto(140x200), mobiletto con TV e modem della velocissima fibra,una cucina attrezzatissima con placca induzione, micro-onde, lavatrice incorporata; il tavolo da pranzo di bambù vi da la possibilità di pranzare fino a 4 persone. la freschissima e spaziosa camera è composta d'un letto matrimoniale(160x200), un armadio suddiviso in spazi permettendo di sistemare vestiti, scarpe...e valigia...! Collegato alla camera con porta divisoria di origine, il bellissimo Bagno con doccia . Sono forniti asciugamani, lenzuola, piumini e guanciali - Accesso all'appartamento dal portone sulla Piazza Calandrini, a fianco a la Focacceria Simon BoccaNegra; salire 2 piani a piedi ( seconda scalinata un po' più ripida )...e arrivati.!.. Viaggiare è per me una priorità nella vita e, dovunque vado, alloggio sempre dall'abitante o in un appartamento ;questi tipi di alloggi sono fondamentali per socializzare e capire meglio come vivono le persone del luogo, del paese dove mi trovo. ho creato un libro di Accoglienza indicando i numeri Utili, le spiegazioni della funzionalità della casa e una piccola selezione di Ristoranti, mercati, sagre, posti da visitare...e altri consigli.. Parlo 4 lingue ( Francese,Inglese, Italiano e Spagnolo) e sarà per me un piacere rispondere alle vostre richieste e suggerirvi i luoghi insoliti da visitare..o un buon ristorante..!! nel cuore della Lunigiana, territorio ricco di bellezze storico-naturale, la cittadina è ricca di iniziative, eventi culturali, mostre ..ed è famosa per i suoi mercatini tutto l'anno...e sopra tutto l'estate , la famosa" Soffitta"che si svolge nelle stradine della città per più di 2 settimane..!!! Sarzana accoglie anche la famosa manifestazione conosciuta in tutt'Italia, IL FESTIVAL DELLA MENTE dal 2 al 4 Settembre 2022 Dalla vivace e caratteristica Piazza Calandrini, ristoranti, bar, botteghe, farmacia, supermercato.sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Da la stazione ferroviaria, a solo 300metri, potete andare comodamente alle 5 Terre..oppure nella vicina Toscana a Carrara,per visitare le famose cave di marmo, Pisa, Firenze,Siena... ; invece l'autobus, vicino alla stazione,potrà portarvi a Lerici,San Terenzo..Tellaro , Portovenere o nellle splendide spiagge della Liguria, lasciando la vostra macchina parcheggiata in uno dei numerosi parcheggi gratuiti , fuori del centro storico.
