Simple but conveniently furnished, clean room with natural light in the basement of our detached house in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hallway opposite the room. The hallway leads into our basement rooms, i.e. we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wifi. TV. Close to hospital and DRK retirement home. If necessary, a travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep). For guests with a baby, a booking is possible after consultation.

In a picturesque location, outside the small western forest town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Already the first Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Konrad Adenauer stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.

We rent a wonderful, cozy cottage. The cottage is located on the grounds of the former Maria pit right on the edge of the forest. The Silberhaus is newly renovated in 2020 and lovingly furnished.
