The location of the house is very good, very near Ciutadella and Cala'n Bosc, which allows you to stay connected with good urban / resorts, but in a very quiet area. The house is great, clean, large and very well located. It has a huge garden with a perfect barbecue for dinner. The pool, although it is for several houses, it is very quiet. It is less than 100 meters from the best sunsets of Menorca Laura was very attentive to us and at home we do not miss anything. Would happily spend our vacation there

Laura's house is as it looks in the photos. It is in a privileged and very quiet. At night you could relax great. The house is a bit old. You need an overhaul, especially the kitchen and, in my view, garden chairs and advertising, remove charm. Maybe I should be cleaning more thoroughly.

I booked the apartment with Laura few weeks before traveling to Menorca and communication from the start was perfect. Certainly the pictures do not do it justice, because I expected something worse than it actually was (considering the price per night, which is very very very economical). Both my partner and my family loved the stay; we found it very clean and welcoming. In addition, we were able to use the barbecue and the swimming pool without any problems. Regarding the situation of the apartment is very close to the beach and a lighthouse from which you can see a spectacular sunset. A very good choice indeed. Thank you.

Fernando and Lin were very welcome. They took the time to explain the functioning of the house. We had a great week in their comfortable house with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The house is in a quiet residence and very well maintained. Fernando and Lin returned in the week to see if all was well. In summary, Fernando and Lin are great hosts and we recommend their house.

The property of Fernando and Lin is very nice, clean and modern. Pictures on the website well reflect the apartment. Some strength: -The place is very quiet and tranquil. -It is a good location to visit by car all beautiful beaches on the south east area and Ciutadella. -Fernando and Lin are very supportive and available. -The appliances in the property are all new. Few days of vacation and perfect rest in this magnificent house Artrutx. We felt like home! Fernando met us as planned and facilitated our stay. He is very attentive and eager, and welcomed us great! The house does not lack anything, the pictures Ad correspond exactly to what we found: GREAT! Wonderful pool, terrace, garden, views, and peaceful and quiet (a 10 minute walk from Calan Bosc) urbanization. All spotless! A few meters there are supermarkets and the magnificent lighthouse Artrutx. The sunsets loved. Repeteríamos without hesitation!

As soon as the booking had been made Fernando emailed and kept in touch right up until we arrived at the villa, meeting us as soon as we arrived by car. Everything was exactly as described, in fact, we were pleasantly suprised at the size of the outside patio space - It even had a private roof terrace. The villa is one of several surrounding the beautiful pool but we had it to ourselves most of the time, even swimming at night which was a real treat. The green hedges and trees enhanced the privacy and the peace and quiet of the surroundings made our stay a real pleasure. The villa had everything that you could need and had been designed making the best use of the space available. We chose to eat in most nights and the kitchen was fully equipped. There are a couple of supermarkets a short walk away which stock everything you could need and the beautiful city of Cuitadella is only a few kilometres away. We had a hire car which I would certainly recommend to thoroughly explore the island. The villa is situated in a largely residential area, with a couple of cafe/bars a short walk away. Parking is on the road outside the villa and we always found space. Looking at the picture of the pool, the villa is the one between the two palm trees, literally twenty steps from the clean pool which has a shallow (1.2 metres) and deep (2 metres) end as well as a clever sectioned off area for toddlers. We had incredible weather (30 degrees), the whole 9 days of our stay and although the apartment does not have air conditioning, we just kept all the shutters and doors open all night and had the fan on. A midnight swim certainly helped too!! I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a peaceful oasis as a base and thank Fernando and his wife for allowing us to stay in their beautiful villa.

Environment The area of Cap d'Artrutx has beautiful coves, with amazing sunsets sun beside the apartment. They are a real treat. The hosts, very helpful and attentive, helped us at all times. Nando is always attentive superb host. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos, in an ideal location near the center of ciutadella and very beautiful coves. My girlfriend and I have been luxury and give it a 10.

We spent a wonderful week in this apartment. As we arrived, we found a bottle of wine on the table of the living room as a welcome. In this apartment you can find all you need, and I think it's perfect for couples. It has a beautiful garden with a pretty swimming pool, and David takes care of both of them every day. The position of the house is perfect to visit the western part of the island, and it's really close to the beach and the centre of Cala 'n Bosch. The host David is very kind and friendly, every day he suggested us places to visit and restaurants, we are really happy to have been hosted by him, we found a new friend!

The flat part of the house of David is placed in a seaside area more enjoyable season. One can make beautiful walks along the coast. We enjoyed this property and most were very well received by David.

We have been 9 days in the house of David and Menorca is amazing. Much better than the pictures. The location, the garden and of course the pool, make the stay most enjoyable. Besides David, the host, he has always been attentive if we needed anything, recommending sites to see, etc. In short, it is a perfect place to explore Menorca.

We arrived quite early and had a bit of trouble finding the house, mostly because in Spain house numbers are optional and the right number is not in the right spot on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps. Anyway David explained me how to reach the house and we found it. The flat was great, even better than we expected, nice chairs, small pool and a very well kept garden. The position is also really good since it's just 2 minutes away from the center with all the restaurants, and 5 minutes away from Cala'n Bosch, which gets quite crowded but it's a very nice beach as well. The swimming pool was also really nice for a refreshing bath after a whole day in the sun, definitively suggest to anyone.

David assisted us in everything we need. We even stopped showering at home the day we went because other customers arrived and spent all day on the island. Of the best hosts I've ever had!

Very friendly hostess, when we got to the apartment expecting us there and showed us around. They also offered guidance and advice on the island and encouraged us to call if we had any questions. The floor is generally well, it's simple as price, clean and correct. The simple but decent beds. A small cooler that costs you to boot but then good! Simple and kitchenware. The great swimming pool! And the complex where the apartment is located is nice, careful and quiet.

Very nice place in a great location. From the terrace you see the sea and the sunset is spectacular. Very nice street for walking watching the sea.

The house has a perfect location in a nice and quiet and very clean area. The house is tastefully decorated and have the coolest rooftop terrace with sea views. Everything in the house is new and delicious and the corresponding pool was a pleasure to swim in. The house is within walking distance to the supermarket about 200 meters and also only a 15 minute walk to a lovely beach and the port of Csls'n Bosch, We had a perfect holiday and have only positive to say about Menorca, Rosa and the house.
