Join us for a unique experience in "the belly of Toulouse" - the Marché Victor Hugo, Toulouse's largest covered market! You'll soon be eating your way through market staples like chocolatines (NOT pain au chocolate!), traditional baguettes, the only farm-to-counter foie gras in the market, cheese from a fromager-affineur (and learning what those words mean!), some of the best charcuterie in Toulouse, and more. Some items we'll taste immediately, but others go into my basket for our final destination: a specially-reserved "tonneau" at a wine seller in the market, where we'll pair our finds with local wines made from obscure grape varieties. We finish on a sweet note with some locally-produced dessert. No need for lunch afterwards! Along the way, you’ll learn about food and market history, get tips for finding the best products, cultural lessons (French toasting etiquette, anyone?), and context for what you’re tasting. When it's over, you'll get an email listing where we went and what we tasted, as well as any special recommendations you asked for. Other things to note: We'll be eating on our feet, no seating! Please alert me at least 24 hours in advance if you have food allergies or don't drink alcohol. Open-minded vegetarians can get by, but not vegans. After welcoming you to the site and getting to know each other, we will move on to the equipment stage. Once we have our suits and the necessary equipment for canyoning, we can start the approach walk to the canyon entrance. It is a very easy walk that makes us cross the gorges by the road and gives us time to measure its dizzying depth. Once inside the canyon, we will start by walking in the river to quickly find the first toboggans and pools of turquoise water. The course allows some jumps, always avoidable if you do not feel it. It will take about 2 hours to do the canyon. The way back a bit steep but not too long (20 minutes) will take us not far from the hermitage of Galamus it will also be possible to visit after the activity. Back in the parking lot where we parked we can get back to dry before taking the time to discuss this great experience.

Après un accueil dans la cour du château de Caussiniojouls, nous prendrons, en voiture, la direction du vignoble situé au sein même de la garrigue où je vous ferai découvrir les secrets et l'Histoire de notre terroir. Vous aurez aussi la possibilité d'admirer le panorama qui s'offre à nous. Nous reviendrons ensuite vers le village en faisant un stop dans une nouvelle parcelle pour vous expliquer l'implantation d'une vigne dans notre appellation. Puis, pour que vous puissiez découvrir les dessous de la vinification et l'élevage de nos vins : je vous ouvrirai les portes de notre outil de production, notre cave. Nous finirons la visite par une dégustation de toute la gamme de vin de notre domaine en plein cœur des anciennes caves du château médiéval aujourd'hui restauré.

Vous visiterez le chai de vinification où nous vous expliquerons le processus de vinification ... un exercice méticuleux et passionnant où le fruit se traduit en vin... Cette visite se terminera dans notre caveau de dégustation par une dégustation commentée des vins en Agriculture Biologique ou Biodynamie du domaine. We embark from La Pigasse near Capestang, and glide along the stunning Canal with it's beautiful scenery. As the only group (2-6 guests)on my gorgeous boat, Sianga, you will enjoy an exclusive cruise with one to one hosting, with your drinks of choice and snacks. I will talk about the amazing history of the canal as we pass though the lovely villages of Argeliers and Le Somail. We will cruise down a beautiful avenue of natural forest and also cross an amazing aquaduct. There are comfortable chairs at the front of the boat for relaxing, sunbathing or just profiting from the superb ambience of this fabulous UNESCO World Heritage site. I will serve you a delicious 3 course homemade meal chosen from a short menu in advance, with drinks of your choice, as we cruise. We will turn at Le Somail and return to La Pigasse. You will leave feeling fully relaxed, in awe of this beautiful piece of history, and with new friends (I hope!). Other things to note: Comfortable shoes are recommended, and we board the boat via a gang plank so some mobility is required.

Have you always wanted to paint a place you visit? This is for you! With watercolors and pastels, you'll create your own postcard of Toulouse. We will choose a location where we will sit for about 2 hrs. Sketching will be followed by watercolors and pastels. I will teach you everything you need to create a beautiful landscape. Lors de cet atelier d'1h30, vous allez fabriquer votre bougie avec des matières 100% naturelles et découvrir les plantes de façon créative dans mon jardin-atelier au nord de Toulouse proche du métro la Vache. Déroulement de l'atelier : ​ - L'atelier commence par une exercice de méditation au milieu des plantes du jardin pour se reconnecter avec la nature. ​ - Réalisation d’un pot avec couvercle en argile auto-durcissant qui vont servir de contenant pour les cires fondants. ​ - Décoration de pot avec des matières naturelles (fleurs séchées, coquillages, graines...). ​ - Création des bougies avec des matières 100% naturelles: cire d'abeille, cire végétal, huile essentielle, mèche en jonc (vous allez découvrir le secret de cette plante magique) - Boissons chaudes (thé ou café) offertes - Vous partez avec votre créations.

By making sweet, refreshing tasting stops (ice cream, pastries, and other surprises), we will meet local and passionate food artisans. We will end the tour with an aperitif in a secret place!

Welcome for 2h30 of activity to discover the pleasure, the pleasure of sailing. You embark at Grau d'Agde, Quai Commandant Meric, then direction Fort Brescou. You can simply enjoy the navigation and discover the sensations on board or, if you wish, take a little helm and participate in simple maneuvers under our direction. A short bathing break (summer season only) is planned near the beach of Grande Conque, famous volcanic sand beach of Cape Town. Mask, snorkel and fins are available as well as 2 paddle for the group, if the weather conditions are ideal for a safe practice. Drinks, snacks and treats are offered for sale during the break: part of the profit is donated to associations that are important to us as sailors: SOS Mediterranean, SNSM and an association for the rehabilitation of Fort Brescou for this one to be re-opened to tourist visits. On board your captain is a state certified sailing instructor for more than 20 years and we have sailed a lot: you will be safely supervised.
