History Museum
“Plimoth Plantation is a must attend place during Thanksgiving! This is a site of the first Thanksgiving. Come and enjoy experiencing live in 1600's while interacting with characters who are portraying actual pilgrims from 1600's. Try local foods and even have Thanksgiving dinner with the Pilgrims - be sure to book that ahead of time. Plimoth Plantation is located within less than an hour drive from the place!”

Seafood Restaurant

“Our favorite Outdoor Harbor Restaurant featuring Seafood and a Raw Bar. They are about 25 minutes drive, past the town of Dennis. Long lines in the summer. Note: they only take CASH, but they have an ATM. Check online to see if they are open, the usually close for the season by mid-to-late September. Fun to watch the fishing boats passing by as you feast!”

“Want to meet some of the locals? Go hang at the baaah. You'll catch an earful of those Baaastin accents while you knock a few back. Look for my brother's license plate hanging amongst their collection which covers the ceiling and walls. Surfs Up. I happen to love the Portugues Soup - Kale, potatoes, beans and Chorizo. I mean... All the food is good but that's my go to.”

“This is a locals spot- we always go here for special occasions. I absolutely love Mac's Shack for everything from draft beer and cocktails to sushi to fresh seafood. These folks know what they are doing and the atmosphere is impeccable. Sit inside or out- odds are, one of the waitstaff helping you is a local and a friend of mine. Great people, great food. Plus- they have Gluten Free options”
