“Can anyone say ambience? The Hell’s Backbone Grill is a great location for a special occasion. It’s the place to see and be seen for travelers and locals and offers comfort food with a twist at a slightly higher price point. They grow much of their food on their local farm and offer a cookbook of recipes and local history. This restaurant has a full liquor license and also serves brunch Saturday and Sunday.”

“Bicknell made it's mark on the foody map when the Food Network featured Bhindas Curry Pizza Palace's specialties, Honey Curry Pizza and Curry Pizza, on Guy Fieri's Diners | Drive-ins | Dives (premiered January 4th, 2019). Curry Pizza has an eclectic menu, will deliver, AND they are open late (until 10 PM on week nights and 11 PM on the weekends). The Indian dishes are surprisingly good, you won't be disappointed! Website (for current menu): www.BhindasCurryPizzaPalace.com NOTE: Curry Pizza is located in the formerly known local favorite, The Badger Den.”

“Wow, a real different experience dining in the middle of nowhere. Sweetwater Kitchen is located at the Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch, a few miles down the Hell’s Backbone Road 6 miles from Hills and Hollows gas station in Boulder. Super relaxing with a view down the draw from outdoor deck seating. And the food? Incredible. Only open for dinner, call in advance as they occasionally close for weddings.”
