Great place !!

I loved my stay in the apartment an iconic building in the centre of town, the apartment is well connected to other parts of town and made getting around very easy. Unfortunately the centre of São Paulo has some issues with homelessness and drug addiction, which means getting a cab to and from the apartment if alone is advised, But because the entrance is on a large street with shops open late, getting in late at night wasn’t a problem. Be aware but enjoy this fantastic building and great location

I really liked the apartment, everything clean and well organized, great location. I missed a jar to make a juice, I could have another set of towels and one or two cloths on the floor ..., ....... other than that all very well, everything quiet.

This place is centrally located and worked out perfectly. Also near an amazing place to eat. A Casa do Porko bar. A must if in Sao Paulo

Great atmosphere! loved it

This is a MUST stay place if you are planning a trip to SP. The location couldn’t be better, it’s in a very safe quiet place but very easily accessible to all touristy things in the great city. It is a two minute walk to a huge grocery store, bakery’s and shopping. The street it is on is a quiet dead end, so it is really easy to bring your car or be picked up by Uber. If you are renting a car the parking garage is very easy to park in also. If you don’t use Uber there is a taxi pick up point two minutes away in front of the grocery store. The apartment itself is adorable, clean, and has everything you need. Fluffy towels, shampoo, hair dryer and extra everything in case you run out. Lu and will are very quick to respond to any questions! Also be sure to get the the top of the complex, there is a pool and a great view! Perfect stay for a São Paulo trip.

We loved the stay so much! Although it was only one day, the apartment exceeded our expectations and met all of our needs. We were greeted with a clean and well-organized apartment, excellent quality hygiene products, and a very interesting library: Calvino, Joyce, Mann, Flavio de Carvalho, Turner, Fausto do Goethe ... We who were in 6 architects loved the decoration of the space and found it super stylish. We love every moment we spend in the apartment. Thank you Renato! We will be back for sure!

He was in the cast of Phantom of the opera for a year and a half! Leo is also a bit of a genie, appearing at just the right moment with helpful advice on any subject including how to operate his state of the art electronics. His apartment is a miracle of organization: the only place you might find a smaller apartment could be in a competition for ingenious architects and it so happens that he is studying to become one! The apartment is very well located and the area is quite safe.

The space is great. Very well located (several restaurants and supermarkets very close, subway etc.), quiet and organized. The reception was perfect, with everything prepared to make your stay easier. The ad description is accurate about the amenities. I went to work and needed silence and facilities (well equipped mini kitchen, great Wifi signal, cable TV + Netflix, study table). Leo is an attentive host and has good people working with him for whatever it takes. It was an excellent choice that I will repeat for sure in the future.

Euler’s apartment was the perfect base from which to explore São Paulo. Well located, thoughtful and intelligent design, adequately stocked with essentials, and a very simple check in / out process. Tips for the city were provided upon arrival, nespresso coffee pods left for breakfasts, and a thorough guide to the apartment and building itself were made available to us. The building itself is very secure, and the beautiful rooftop sauna and infinity edge pool area provided great views across the city. Highly recommend this apartment for your next short term stay in São Paulo.

Great luxe place

Euler's accommodation is beautiful and very modern. Everything you need is available and offers a lot of luxury. A modern SmartTV including Chromecast is available to enjoy a film or series at the end of the day. Two air conditioning systems quickly cooled down in hot outside temperatures. The bed the couch were very comfortable! I particularly liked the huge infinity pool, which offered a great view of the city. There was also a sauna and a sports room, but I didn't use it. The entrance area is fenced and is guarded by security 24 hours a day. It gives you a good feeling of security. Subway, restaurants, shopping, etc. are all nearby. Attractions in Sao Paulo are scattered, so there is no perfect place to stay. Therefore, the accommodation is optimal. It is located centrally and therefore never far from the destination. I highly recommend the property and would use it again. Info for Carnaval visitors: Please make sure that there is a bloqinho in front of the accommodation on the day of check-in or check-out!

Our second visit and it was even better. Now the bathroom has a box, in the living room there are more cute vases made by Mariana and in the kitchen, bowls. The house is even more charming and cozy. It was our first experience and I was very anxious, I had no idea what I would find ... and we found a clean, cozy and very stylish house. Camila's mother is a separate chapter: friendly, polite, fun. We barely entered the house and she treated us as if we were old friends. Not to mention the careful decorations made by her. Throughout the house there are comics, pots, birds, pillows ... pure delicacy. TV with plenty of channels, ultra comfortable sofa and bed, warm shower, microwave, refrigerator, everything working. I liked the closet, very spacious. We also like to meet Billy and Emma (the furry ones) and we even received a visit from a frog (I got a big scare lol). The accommodation was very short, just to celebrate New Year's Eve. But it was a delicacy, you can go without fear. An amazing apartment with everything that you will need to stay in carapicuiba, SP comfortably. A supermarket just by the side of the apartment block is super convenient. Also there are plenty of great restaurants and bars within a 5 minutes drive. The apartment is clean, stylish and with access to WiFi and Netflix which is ideal if you just want to stay in and relax. The building itself is very safe and has several features such as leisure, laundry, accessibility for wheelchair users and etc. The host, Crispe, was very helpful and kind .. We spent New Year's Eve with our family at Mônica's house, it was super nice days, equipped kitchen, well-kept areas and all of us very well installed. It is worth mentioning Dina's work, which makes everything impeccable. It was a beautiful day, a very clean pool. Mega towels well taken care of, worthy of a 5 star hotel. We love it and intend to return.

This is my favorite area to stay in São Paulo! Vacation home inside of the City, everything was much better than expected! We hired the maid Dina (extra, but so worth it, loved the woman, wanted to bring her home with us). The Hostess Monica was absolutely perfect, communication was on the point. Dina says great things about Monica and all the years she works for her, her hospitality and the way she took care of us really enhanced the experience. Monica couldn’t have organized this better! The beds were super clean, linen, towels washed as needed. Kitchen offered everything you need! Swimming pool was very clean and refreshing! There are: main house (3 suites), second house (1 master suite with living room), third house (3 bedroom, 2 baths, leaving room, dining room and small kitchen). The pool area and covered patio was to die for it. After all, it couldn’t be any better, we all miss this place already.... we can’t wait to return. Thank you so much Monica, Dina, and the team!

The house is great, in a safe place, super clean, in a quiet space in the middle of nature, very airy, with minimally stylish decor, close to the market and restaurant, it is pure charm. And without a doubt the strong point was the hostess Flora, friendly, attentive and super helpful. I suggest and I will definitely come back more often.

House very large and exactly as in the pictures. As we did an event, we only used the outdoor area, which has a support suite and two more bathrooms, enough for a day use - we were 10 people. We were able to decorate the house the day before booking (as the house was free). Flora was very attentive and careful with the details, always present but without disturbing us, on the contrary, she helped us a lot with everything she could.
