Golden Sunrise is a vintage inspired suite with modern amenities. Recently remodeled with new rainfall shower and skylight, it offers king bed (low height 15”) with luxe linens. It has a small couch and vintage furniture . You will have your own AC /heater split system w/remote control . Close to the Moonlight beach ( 3 miles), excellent restaurants. Great spots for picnic with eucalyptus trees close by . Hiking trails are just around the corner. Close to everything San Diego can offer.

Awesome location! Excellent value! Best deal in this area! This studio guest suite is 5 minutes away by car from world famous Del Mar race track, Cedros Design District, and of course the BEACH! Enjoy the fun and sun in San Diego. Quick access to the I-5 will get you to all of San Diego’s wonderful attractions. Everything you need is right down the street including Starbucks, CVS, Sprouts Market, and many restaurants and amenities. NO PETS! DO NOT BOOK if you are a smoker! Fine plus eviction!

The Lounge is a quaint, cozy 400 sq. ft. one-bedroom detached guesthouse with lots of character in the "funky" community of Leucadia. Located just east of historic Highway 101 in a quiet neighborhood a mile from beach access, you're close to many eclectic shops, restaurants and entertainment. You'll also have access to a semi-private patio and shared access to our back yard, where, as of June 2023, Debe works 3 to 4 days a week in her studio. We really love it here and think you will too.
