Our friends and I stayed in this apartment for a weekend and had a lovely time. The apartment is spacious and very nice. The location was perfect, next to great restaurants, the supermarket and nice shops. Patricia was a great host she accepted mu short notice request in no time, even if she wasn't present, she attended are needs and made sure we had a wonderful time. Will be booking through her again!

The apartment was located in the Marina, which is a very central area in the Casa de Campo resort. There are various restaurants and shops nearby. The only grocery store in the resort was right across the street from the apartment. The apartment itself was a bit outdated. I was not previously told that there would be a maid coming daily, and we had to share the key to the apartment. It was a bit of an inconvenience planning my day around when we had to go back to the apartment to lock and let her go home. The only other thing I would note is that in the master bathroom, the shower head would not clip to the wall, so you had to shower holding the shower head. Overall, it was great value and Patricia was very helpful and accommodating.

If you're looking for a quick, weekend getaway or an extended stay, this apartment is best way to go. It is perfect in every way possible. The perfect balance between traditional, Caribbean style and character – wooden ceiling beams, rustic flooring – and all the modern amenities one needs for work and pleasure. The layout is spacious, rooms have very comfortable beds, and most importantly, fully air conditioned, making it a great for for couples or families. One feature I love is the balcony. Being able to sit outside in the early morning, drinking my cup of coffee and eating local fruit, or in the late afternoon with a cup of wine, enjoying the breeze is priceless. The Marina ambience is great as well. Lots of dining and entertainment options, as well as mini grocery shops. All in all, this apartment is my perfect getaway from the everyday grind. Highly recommend it!

With a superb location near the marina, supermarket, cinema and other amenities, this is an excellent fit for up to six people. Four is the ideal. We stayed 9 nights in comfort. Renting a golf cart, you have access to all the resort easily. WIFI something substandard. If you like cooking, there will be some problems since the kitchen is not very convenient. At least four stars as a global experience.

Jeannette went out of way to assure that we were informed about the details of check in and places to visit. The location of the villa is ideal and we enjoyed many of the delicious restaurants just a few steps away. The view of the marina from the balcony is magical.

We are very satisfied with our stay at Jeannette"s apartment. She answered right back at our questions and made sure everything was ok for us. The place was super clean and the pictures are very accurate of the apartment. The maid was very courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay gain!

Jeannette was a wonderful and attentive host. The apartment is very comfortable and has an unbeatable location: a stone's throw away from the Marina and the resort's best restaurants. Rosemary, the housekeeper was very helpful to my party and a wonderful cook.

This place is absolutely amazing, the views of the sea with all the boats coming in and out of the Marina is lovely. The property must have around 200 meters of coast line, its super quiet and peaceful. The host and the staff were very capable and friendly.

I'm a regular AirB&B user, renting properties in many places. Jyssel, has been the best host I have encountered. With an eye on attention to detail, and made our stay a truly relaxing and special stay. Will visit very soon!

Staying at Alejandro's villa was perfect! It has everything you need to have a great stay in CDC. I invited three friends from US to Dominican Republic since they had never been. Me being from DR wanted to show them around the best parts of the island. Needless to say all of them were amazed with CDC. Starting with Alejandro's villa townhouse which is really well kept and the hospitality and warmth of Sulinda (the maid). The villa is exactly as pictured. When we got to the villa she was waiting and greeted us. She had set everything up for us and gave us a tour of the villa. If you want to stay at the marina and at the same time like your privacy this is perfect. Its a one minute walk to the movie theater and the supermarket, two minute walk to the main marina plaza, and a 5mins drive to Minitas Beach. From the villa terrace which has a really nice jaquzzi and bbq you have a great view of the inlet marina. Alejandro was an awesome host and communication with him was seamless. He was there to answer your questions at any time and also during the stay he checked in through txt to make sure we were having a great time and see if he can make our stay better.
