This beautiful studio apartment is only steps away from Bogue Sound and 1 mile to the Atlantic Beach Causeway bridge over to the beaches on the southern Outer Banks, including Ft Macon and the Crystal Coast. Other than the rustic structure that was built in 1947 (the owner put his name and date in the concrete!) everything in this apartment is brand new, and comes with access to the washer and dryer at the back sunroom on the main house on the property.
