Train station less than 5 minute walk. Bus stops are right outside the building with routes to Claremont, Subiaco and the City as well as to Fremantle so easily accessible. Washing machine located in bathroom. Plenty of (communal) drying areas as well as racks for your use within the private courtyard.
Close walk to the beach or river (depending which way you go!), close to coffee shops, bars, restaurants. Less than five minute walk to train stations which will take you directly to the city (via Subiaco, Leederville) and Fremantle. Claremont quarter less than 10 minutes walk for shopping, more bars and food options.

    Cottesloe is Perth's favorite beach suburb and the only one accessible by train. And the Swan River, Cottesloe main street (many shops and lovely cafes) and the vibrant Claremont Quarter are all all less than a 10 minute walk from the studio.

We also found it perfectly suited for travel to our surf lessons in the morning, the city and fremantle with public transport (bus and train) just round the corner.   • I was a solo traveler and stayed in this studio for 3 nights. The hosts were really super hosts. The studio is not a far walk from Grant St Station, which is how I arrived, maybe a 10 min walk. The instructions for checkin were accurate and access was easy. The studio is a km from the beach which is where you’d find most of the restaurants, supermarkets etc. I managed fine without a car. The studio is handsomely appointed to every detail. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare meals. The hosts were very thoughtful in stocking the fridge with milk and fruit. The bed was very comfortable. This is a studio, so it would be tight for two. All in all, I would rate this a 5 star property, it really is good value and had a great time visiting Cottlesoe. I highly recommend this property.

It is located within a short driving distance to Perth's fashion mecca, Claremont Quarter and associated shopping precincts. Claremont is midway between Perth and the port city of Fremantle and situated in the heart of Perth's prestigious Western Suburbs. Public transport (bus and train) is an easy 5 minute walk. Located close by are many popular public amenities including Claremont Pool, Lake Claremont Golf Course, Challenge Stadium and Claremont Showgrounds and more.     Many local attractions and events held by council Saturday garden market at local school 2 blocks away University Sommervill outdoor theatre a must in summer. The beach, Perth CBD, Fremantle and other inner-city hubs, like Subiaco and Leederville, are just minutes away. The train station is 400 metres from the complex with a bus stop directly out the front.

    Claremont is a top-end inner-city suburb. The Claremont Quarter Shopping Centre is a boutique mall offering access to quality retail and grocery stores. Trendy cafés and restaurants are found within and around the mall. Claremont lake and the Swan river are close-by and are a nature-lovers-paradise. The lake offers native flora and birdlife, while the iconic Swan river is a beautiful, water-lovers playground. The amazing Perth coastline is only a few minutes drive from Claremont. Swim, sunbake, relax or stroll along Cottesloe and Swanbourne beaches. Watch the sunset over the ocean at one of the seaside bars and restaurants. Kings Park, Fremantle and Perth CBD are about 10-20 minutes drive and offer something special to every visitor.

  • Cozy apartment in Claremont which serves as an excellent place to explore Perth and it's surroundings from. Safe neighborhood. Ideal for couples! Place was sparkling clean when we arrived and had all the amenities you might need. We used the oven and stove and some basic cooking supplies available to whip up a dinner. Place also has a washing machine though we did not need to use it. Jenna is a fantastic and communicative host. We accidentally locked ourselves out one afternoon and she responded very promptly and had her friend drive down with the spare key so that we could go back into the apartment. (Much thanks again Jenna!) Overall, would highly recommend this apartment!

  • I echo the sentiments of previous reviews - Jenna’s place is great and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if visiting Perth again. The apartment was clean, comfortable (excellent bed in particular)and in an ideal location. Jenna was very prompt with communication, and kept in touch. Check in and out were both effortless. The apartment is self contained with everything you need (we stayed four nights) and I highly recommend for a couple or solo traveller.

  • The apartment is comfortable, clean and has all the conveniences one would expect in a 1 bedroom flat. The location of the property is fantastic. It's literally across the road from a great shopping mall which has 2 good size supermarkets as well as loads of really cool shops. The property is within a 5 minute walk to bus stops and Claremont station. The beaches can be reached by bus or a very pleasant 25 minute walk. Perth CBD can be easily reached by bus or train in 15 minutes. I can genuinely recommend this place for a great stay in Perth. Jenna always responded to my questions in super-quick time.

    The Yoga-Room is part of the ARIA Swanbourne 5star resort-style luxury apartment complex http://www.ariaswanbourne.com.au/ My one bedroom unit is on the 3rd level. It is quiet and you can enjoy a nice view. The minimum rental period is 3 months according to the regulations. Wifi is included but you need to pay your own water and electricity bill. There is secure parking, sauna, bbq/dining area, gym, and a yoga shala.
    You will love Yoga-Room because: -It is very peaceful and you can hear sometimes the surf at night -the sand beaches are pristine, and the sunsets are magic -Nice picniq spots along the river -you will enjoy the lush gardens by the pool -furnished in a minimalistic way to reduce mental distraction -very pleasant walk to the beach and cafes -public parks are close -easy access to public transport into CBD and Fremantle close by, -top golf course -dining area, sauna, yoga shala, bbq area, pool -Very friendly community -property manager on site 24/7 -secure parking

The two Airbnb rooms share one bathroom with two sinks and a separate toilet. The host has her own ensuite bathroom. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS AIRBNB IS SMOKE-FREE AND NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL SMOKERS. YOU WILL NEED TO FIND ANOTHER BOOKING.

She knows the University of Western Australia very well both as a current postgraduate student and former lecturer. UWA is also where she obtained her undergraduate degree. There are flannel sheets on the bed in winter for extra warmth. There is a tv with Apple tv available which gives you all the smart tv functions. Fast internet!
    The house is in a leafy, quiet street in historic Claremont with shady, safe, unlimited and free street parking outside the house available for your car. Cottesloe Beach is a 15-minute bike or a 15 minute bus ride away. UWA is 10 minutes by a bus with the bus stop 3 minutes walk away. Perth and Fremantle are easily accessible by nearby buses or trains. Claremont Showgrounds are a 10-minute walk away. It is a 10 minute walk to the Swan river foreshore and there are many beautiful places for walking, biking and jogging. It is a 5 minute walk to 2 gyms, one an excellent general gym, Essence gym, the other specialising in Pilates, Bodywise. For delicious breakfasts and lunches It is a 5 minute shady walk to Domain on Loch (URL HIDDEN) "Open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and coffee from 7 am. Domain on Loch is the result of more than 30 years experience in the restaurant and catering industry by its award winning Chef Owner. The success of Domain on Loch is testament to its food, its coffee, its friendly staff and its desire to be “the place the locals love”. They are at 30 Loch St, on the corner of Bedford St, in Nedlands. Their Menus change frequently, taking advantage of the best available local produce and our valued customers’ suggestions."

These are easily reached from Claremont bus/train Station which is adjacent to the Claremont Quarter shopping centre offering high end fashion outlets, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and bars. Just a 5min walk. Claremont aqua centre and gym is 8min walk.

It was lovely to sit in the sun in the little private courtyard on a cool Spring day. If you turn out the gate to your right and just keep going you will be at the train station and shopping centre within 5 minutes, or continue straight ahead for 2-3 minutes and you are at the show ground.     A lovely bright and airy Art Deco apartment in a complex of 3 units. It's perfectly situated between the river and the ocean with the Claremont Quarter and Cottesloe shopping precincts nearby. It's also an easy walk to the Swanbourne train station, shops and cafes and the city buses are at your doorstop. There is also an outside area where you can sit in the garden and enjoy the sunshine or a balmy summer evening.
    On arrival there is a welcome of tea, coffee, milk,cereal etc to make your stay more comfortable especially if you arrive late and cant get to the shops.
    Neighbourhood is very easy to get around and close to the University of Western Australia and bus will take you directly to to QE 11 Medical Centre.

This modern self contained guesthouse is 10 minutes walk to the popular George Street Precinct, Fremantle Arts Centre and the river. A 20 minute walk will take you into the heart of Fremantle City. The quiet and comfortable space would suit one or two adults, a couple or business traveler. It has a well appointed kitchen, bathroom and laundry area. The guesthouse provides many amenities to compliment.
    The guesthouse is separate from the main house and privately screened. Property Access is through a secure keypad operated front gate. The guesthouse is located at the end of a well lit drive/pathway. Self check in and check out is available however we are happy to greet you and answer any questions you may have. Your privacy will be respected. The sunlit living area opens onto a private deck, the perfect place for a nice breakfast. The living area sofa can be extended into a bed if required. The living area TV has HDMI/USB connectivity for any devices that you may bring. The well appointed kitchen with comfortable island bench seating is ideal for meals. It is completed with an oven, cook top, dishwasher, medium size fridge and most pantry essentials required for your cooking needs. A comfortable queen size bed in the separate bedroom is complimented with a wall mounted TV. The adjacent en-suite has an open shower, full size vanity and a partitioned laundry space with washing machine and clothes dryer. Car parking is available on the street, however if preferred, secure parking on site can be provided. This guesthouse is opposite a gorgeous park.
    The George Street precinct has many quality bars, cafes and restaurants. The river is close by for a stroll and offers more food and bar options. On the other side of the river is North Fremantle and its interesting mix of food, bars, live music and antique stores. But off course the major attraction is Fremantle which has long been renowned for its eclectic mix of arty and alternative types, street buskers, bars, bands, cafes and a myriad of food options and restaurants.

The kitchen was very well equipped and was glad to find a hairdryer and iron/ironing board—things I didn’t think of in advance but which proved very useful when preparing for the wedding we were in town for. The property is in a beautiful leafy green st and we got to enjoy hearing the local birds in the morning. Wish my own house was as comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

    Located approx. halfway between Perth and Fremantle and close to public transport, the self contained one bedroom unit is fully equipped with modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. Within 10 minutes walking distance of a major suburban shopping centre, and a short drive to the Swan river and ocean beaches. There is free on street parking.
    The house is located in the suburban setting of Claremont, but is not far from the main shopping precinct and several bars and restaurants. A movie theatre is nearby and features many art house movies. The University of Western Australia is nearby and hosts many events during the year and especially for the Festival of Perth held in February each year. A number beaches are within 10 minutes drive and many of these have coastal cafes. Kings Park and the Swan River,also close by, have many places to appreciate the relaxed lifestyle of Perth. Two train stations on the Perth to Fremantle line are each approximately 1km away. Regular bus services traveling both to Perth and Fremantle along Stirling Hwy, with the bus stops a couple of hundred meters walk away.

The cool Rodney's Bait and Tackle Bar, a must see as the interior is decorated like and old boat, with nibbles and live music. Sampson's Paddock has a sophisticated menu and outstanding wine list. A cozy warm outdoor fire and and squishy leather sofa is a must with a glass of red in hand. Yoga studio is a 5 minute walk. Sydel will welcome you. Also to be found is a gentleman's barber, hairdresser, beautician, antique shop, op shop and pizza.

Cottesloe beach is a longer walk approx 15 mins but is on a public bus route 2 minutes away.

The entrance to the apartment is directly through your private courtyard, so you do not need to access the common areas of the complex block with the other occupants. Connect with nature with the floor to ceiling windows in the lounge and bedroom, with views onto the gardens and mature trees over the newly renovated courtyard that provides private access to the apartment. We are centrally situated between Cottesloe beach and the Swan River, close to Claremont Quarter Shopping Centre, Cottesloe shopping precinct, Eric Street shops and Grant Street train station. The Fremantle to Perth bus route stops right outside the building in each direction. There is free parking a few steps from the path to the apartment, with guest parking on the premises also. The comfortable queen size bed has luxury linen provided. The towels are bath sheets and beach towels are also provided. The kitchen has stone bench tops and a dishwasher (4 tablets provided on arrival). There are card-operated washing machines and tumble dryers in the laundry area of the complex, with plenty of drying space, but a drying rack is provided in the apartment for small items. A few laundry tablets are provided for emergency washes. In the bathroom there are luxurious shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap provided, which are made from rich extracts and essential oils, are vegan friendly, sustainably sourced vegetable soap, paraben and cruelty free.     Crawley is a lovely neighborhood - relatively quite, though very close to UWA, Charles Gairdner Hospital, Perth Children's Hospital, Hollywood hospital and the river. It is only a short bus ride into the city. Additionally there are several cafes, restaurants and a grocery store just up the road from our apartment.

    Our home is located next to a leafy park and features a permaculture garden. Your accommodation is at the back of the house with separate access via a gate off the park-side driveway. Some steps lead to a paved patio area with two more steps to reach the sliding glass door to the apartment. The apartment comprises a bedroom with a queen size bed, bedside tables with lamps and a dressing table. A walk-in robe with a luggage bench, mirror, ironing board and iron adjoins the bedroom as does an en suite bathroom with bath, shower and handbasin. There is a separate toilet with bidet seat off the bathroom. The living space includes cooking facilities with basic equipment, a cooking range, small refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and stick mixer with various attachments. There is a dining table with two chairs, a two seater and single seat lounge suite, coffee table and television as well as a bookcase with a selection of reading materials and a couple of boardgames. A table with two chairs outdoors is there to enable you to enjoy the air and garden view.
    Claremont is an established suburb midway between Perth city and Fremantle and is serviced by the Fremantle train line and the number 27 bus. Check the transperth.wa.gov.au/Journey-Planner website. Our local train station, Loch Street Station, is about a ten minute walk and Claremont Station is a pleasant 25 minute walk (just under 2km). The Number 27 bus in Alfred Road is 5 minutes away. A cycle path follows much of the rail line from Perth to Fremantle. See the transport.wa.gov.au/activetransport/24024.asp website. A delicatessen, hairdresser, medical centre, newsagent, and liquor store are a short walk away on the way to Loch Street Station. Claremont is a fashionable shopping precinct and has cafes, restaurants, a public library and night life to suit most tastes. You can take the train from Loch Street or walk the 2km there.   • The little converted garage is absolutely charming, very clean, and well set up. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen set up is great. Location is fantastic, walking distance to the beach and very close to the train station (frequent suburban trains to the centre of Perth and to Fremantle), and a block away there's a little commercial village with a supermarket and a cafe. Cressey is very accommodating, relaxed and friendly. I recommend Cressey's place and would not hesitate to stay there again.

    You enter the garden and immediately feel transferred to southern of France or Tuscany. Hide away and relaxe. Inside the house you will find a mixture of Swiss chalet and a fortress. Aircon cools your room, if the Fremantle doctor (name of a daily wind) don't do enough. The kitchen and open plan living room invite for healthy cooking.
    Palmyra is a very quiet and peaceful suburb with many little coffee shops adjacent to East Fremantle's core, the George Street!

Our home is in a wonderful spot, with the beautiful Swan River and a lovely foreshore walk just a five minute stroll away, and restaurants, cafés, excellent shopping and supermarkets in the exclusive Claremont Quarter, five minutes in the other direction. Public transport is right there, too. We also have The Goods Shed, a super little gallery and coffee spot that is just across the railway tracks. Bethesda Private Hospital is minutes away and we are surrounded by private schools. Cottesloe Beach is 3kms away - just a short bus or train ride.

  • We had a lovely time with Rodney and Noelle. Their house is spacious and so is the bed and private bathroom we stayed in. The breakfast was very nice, with yoghurt, fresh fruit and (specially purchased for me) gluten free bread. The location was great. Next to a high standard shoppingcenter with beautiful shops. The trainstation to perth or Freemantle  is at 5 minutes walking distance. We coukl not have chosen a better place to stay. Rodney and Noelle helped us with everything. On our first evening they even took us to a concert in a parc nearby. They also assisted us with booking our trip to Rottnest island. For us Rodney and Noelle are really supersuperhosts! We can highly recommend them. If you are able to stay with them you are very lucky!
