Paul and his lovely wife were ideal hosts. They gave us a lovely warm welcome on arrival which instantly put us all at ease. This was our first stay through airb&b so we were a bit apprehensive. Paul could not have been more of an attentive host. He even offered to take me into Leeds city centre which is so over and above any service I have received from any accommodation I have stayed at. The rooms were lovely. The decor was current and trendy. The finishing touches such as the shower gels, towels, champagne flutes and bottles of water really made us feel like a lot had thought had gone into our stay. In the morning we left earlier than we were allowed to check out (check out times are very relaxed which was great as there was no presure!) and when we got down stairs the breakfast table had been set for us. Again this was over our expectations. Our stay felt like a very well put together b&b! I really wish our hosts the greatess success with this venture as they are naturals. If I could rate them over 5stars then I would do. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

I stayed with my wife and two year old daughter. Its a nice one bedroom separate unit with its own entrance. Close to local amenities and just a few minutes drive to Crossgates. Martin is very friendly and welcoming. He is always there when you need any help or recommendations. He arranged an extra bed for our daughter. Quiet and comfortable place good for singles and families as well. Good heating system with extra oil heaters if required. 50 inch TV with free channels, Youtube and Netflix, though internet speed is slow at times especially in the bedroom upstairs. Nice small kitchen with all the white goods and cutlery. Another plus point is free onsite parking which can be an issue with city centre flats. 10-15min drive to Leeds city centre and very easy access for M1 acces if you like travelling. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for couples or small families.

Martin was an excellent host. The flat is private, spacious and has everything you could want. My stay was quite a long one and I really appreciated being able to watch Netflix on the big screen. It's a quiet neighbourhood but with a good bus service into the Leeds city centre and easy access to the motorway. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home near Leeds.

Martin and his family were very welcoming. They were extremely helpful in showing me the area and making sure I had everything I needed. The flat was perfect, it had everything you would want for a self catering stay. I would definitely recommend Martin's place and I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm down that way. From the moment I arrived, much earlier than I'd said, I was made to feel welcome. The accommodation was actually bigger than I thought it would be and it was very secure which was good as I was on my own. It was also very easy to find and that was a huge bonus for me. Bye the time I left I felt I had made new friends. Thanks for making my first stay so welcoming.

Martin (& his parents) was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and make sure we had everything we could possibly need. The apartment was delightful and in a great neighborhood, and the off street parking was nice. The location is great for visiting the historic places in Leeds and York and the surrounding areas (castles, old abbeys, etc.) and also close to shopping. We were there a week and I would definitely return!

Everything was perfect. Martin and his family are very friendly and accommodating. Property is very nice as described. Bus stop, post office, supermarkets, fitness centre, pub, cafe....all in walkable distance. Highly recommended.

Very lovely host, gave a great warm welcome. The room is small, but everything you could want is there. Lovely hospitality tray and even a box of choccies on my pillow, who could ask for more! Nice and private as the room is separate from the hosts house.

David was quite nice to me and helped me anything I needed. It helped if we had questions of where to go and how to use public transportation. The house is very nice and the neighborhood is very comfortable and safe as it can be easily reached, besides having near the supermarket and that's very helpful. He let us use all the rooms of the house and gave us the freedom to do whatever we wanted.

Lovely home to a lovely couple who do everything in their power to make you feel welcome. Bedroom was cosy and warm, slept great the entire time I was there. Would highly recommend to professionals and tourists alike as it's only about 15-20 minutes into the city centre by buses that come every 10-15 minutes.

We had a great stay with David,Richard and their dogs! They were very considerate and friendly, making us feel comfortable:) The place is only a bus ride away from Leeds and close to the train station for a day trip to surrounding areas like York. I would recommend staying with them!

David and Richard (and the dogs) made me feel like an old friend right from the start. Lively and interesting conversation was on tap but they were also happy for me to shut myself away and work without interference. Their home is lovely and they made every effort to ensure that my stay was pleasant. Nice to have plenty of wardrobe space with ENOUGH HANGERS (other hosts, take note!). Highly recommended.

The accommodation was very clean. In the pictures you do not realise how big the front room is. Needed assistance with something when I arrived so left a voicemail. He called back 10 minutes later and immediately answered my query. Parking immediately outside the property. It was perfect for my business trip to Leeds. I much preferred it to staying in a hotel and would definitely go there again.

We had a pleasant stay at Dean's flat albeit very brief! The flat is a great size and was perfect for myself and 3 other members of my family. We had a few problems with the wifi on arrival but Dean's wife responded immediately to help us rectify the problem and we soon got it sorted. We loved the personal touch with the chocolates at the end of the beds - a lovely little welcome surprise.

Great spacious flat, easy check in and parking. About 20 mins walk to promenade of shops including one bar we liked called Preston . A small shop nearby with cash point, 30 mins walk to tropical world or £3 Uber. Dean left milk and tea bags it was all very easy and we had a great stay in Leeds

Everything was accurate and easy to access. He even left little chocolates on the pillow. So cute!

Dean responded quickly to my queries. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe and a second bedroom with a single bed and a further temporary bed (if needed). The bathroom has a shower over a bath which is easy to use and powerful. The lounge/diner/kitchen is large and comfortable with 2 large squishy sofas. The wifi worked perfectly once plugged in. There is ample secure parking and it's only a £5 Uber trip into the centre of Leeds. Dean cleaned the flat before we arrived and left milk and tea/coffee which was a lovely touch. The towels and chocolate in the bedrooms were great. Thanks Dean. We will stay again.if you are available next time we visit Leeds.
