It is situated in a residential block and therefore respect for the neighbours is paramount.
Location is everything and being a stones throw from the Train Station and only a short walk to all of Nottingham's finest shops, restaurants and bars, you'll find yourself in the perfect place. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and being next door to the hotel, you'll feel secure in the knowledge there's always someone on hand 24/7.

    Newly acquired, Prime location, just a minutes walk from the train station and 5 mins from Nottingham's shops and bars and restaurants. The apartment is modern, clean and bright and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Nottingham. Sofa bed in living area, allows for 4 guests comfortably. The apartment comes with everything you need from a home-from-home. Digital locks give complete flexibility for arrival and check out, reducing the demand to arrive at a certain time.
    The apartment is tastefully decorated and modern with all the amenities you could want. There is one double bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The Juliet balcony allows in lots of light and fresh air. I pride myself on making sure the apartment is spotless for guests. Perfect bolt hole for guests wanting to explore Nottingham. Facilities available include all mod cons and although you are only a stones throw from all Nottingham's restaurants, you have all the facilities to cook in house. Also available is a TV, Wifi, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer and X-Box. The apartment is located across the road from the railway station and is set back from the main road so offers a quiet and relaxing space even though you're so centrally located. It is safe and has the added security of the Jury's Inn hotel opposite it's main entrance which is manned 24/7. Guests will have access to the whole apartment. As I wouldn't be living at the property there would be little interaction. However I would be on hand and can make myself available should guests require anything to facilitate their stay. This can include help to plan excursions, organising lifts/taxis to and from the airport etc and any other advice required. The apartment overlooks the Nottingham canal and you can often see the barges and wildlife floating up and down. The surrounding area is built-up and non-residential and therefore quiet and safe. It is well lit and well served by all means of transport including taxis, buses, trains and there's a fantastic cycle path which you can take which feeds into the Nottingham Circular Trent and Erewash Valley Canal Nature Route. The location of the apartment couldn't be better served by public transport. There is a taxi rank outside on Station Street itself and the main tram stop and railway station are at the end of the road within a minutes walk. The apartment has an assigned secure parking space.
    The Train Station is immediately across the road from the apartment. Recent modernisation of the surrounding area has attracted 2 local express supermarkets, a Starbucks coffee shop and boutique cocktail bar all on your doorstep, as well as Virgin Active Gym less than 2 mins away. This apartment would be an ideal bolt hole for anyone wishing to explore Nottingham. Day visitors, commuters or for those needing to stay a little longer would all find its location and facilities ideal.

Even though it's in the city centre the location was nice and quiet but you could quickly get to bars, shops and restaurants on foot. Sally was always quick to reply and very helpful in the checking in process. I used the parking facilities that were available which was a big bonus. Thanks for a great stay Sally!

    Cosy terrace house on a quiet street with a nice park at the end of the road. **Self check in** suitable for social distancing. The house is just 15 minutes walk into the city and 25 min to the station (10 min and roughly £5 in a taxi). There is free parking on the street- visitor permit provided. Great for events at the arena. Strictly no house parties/ loud music or noisy groups to respect our neighbours. Guests who break these house rules are immediately asked to leave

    Newly acquired and freshly decorated, this City Centre apartment has everything you need for a City break. Ideal for business stop overs and Nottingham's visitors alike, it is only minutes from Nottinghams main Train Station and an easy walk from the centres shops , batts and restaurants. The the apartment is clean, comfortable and comes fully equipped. You will find everything you need for your stay, however for any other necessities there's a Tesco'a only a stones throw away. Flexible check in and check out times and a host with 2 years experience of hosting short term stays, it's a gem.
    Location is everything. Being so handy for the City Centre and everything it has to offer, and only a short walk from the Station makes its location ideal. The Hotel is on the doorstep and helps to create a safe environment day and night with its many visitors.

Great location, within minutes walk to the city centre with nice canal walk along the way. The apartment it's self was lovely, it has a very modern feel and even had a selection of snacks.     Beautiful spacious, furnished room on ground floor with king size double bed and sofa bed if needed. Bathroom shared and located on 1st floor - up 1 set of stairs. FREE parking & Wi-Fi. Ideal as an overnight stop or short weekend getaway in suburban Nottingham.
    This large central heated room is on the ground floor is 1 of 3 in an end property. It has 1 double bed and 2 fold out beds if needed all with fresh duvet, pillows and fresh towels are provided, there is also storage drawers for clothes. The room is bright and airy with secure double glazing and opening windows overlooking the front of the property, there is a kettle a fridge with water, tea & coffee provided on your arrival. There is a communal bathroom at the top of the stairs and is cleaned twice a day. If you smoke there is various (smoking areas) in he back garden and can be used whenever you like. My husband and I plus 2 other rooms listed on Airbnb share the facilities with you, however we will ensure your privacy and personal needs if requested at all times. Our cat Trevor is not allowed in any Airbnb rooms and a latch on the inside and outside of the door ensures this. Observing this house rule is appreciated. The kitchen and dining room are always available for your use at all times however please appreciate although communal it is our home and personal living space.
    This is a village after all so any local information we can supply you with. There's so much to do in Carlton, Gedling & Netherfield with quick access into city 3miles away 20 mins by bus . We are green belt area so lots of beautiful country walks riverside experience and nature reserves on our doorstep. The street has free parking, quiet but busy, people are friendly locally and our neighbour's are the same, they are also approachable if needed. This is a quiet neighbourhood with a local 2mins walk Petrol Station/Supermarket/Off Licence & a friendly Bar/Restaurant that offers daily food menu. There is a nearby shopping (small) centre and then a large retail shopping park about a mile radius. We are directly next to a cricket playing field, tennis courts and bowling green.

The room has a fridge, kettle, microwave and tea bags and cups which was great. We didn’t see the hosts a lot, but this was good because we could get on with everything we wanted to.     Large family home , offering spacious , modern and comfortable accommodation. Close access to major roads M1 and A1 and only 20 minutes drive into Nottingham also a good regular bus route
    Walking distance to local shops , lovely country walks in Country Park or canal tow path or woods . There are 2 pubs in the village Cotgrave Leisure Centre with a gym , swimming pool and other sports facilities. There’s a chip shop and Chinese takeaway on the precinct.

  • Debra welcomed me at the door and was friendly and bubbly from the off. The stairs are quite steep but she carried my case up for me, as I am a tad large and slow on my feet. Room was lovely and cosy and very clean. Not something I usually notice so it must have impressed me :0) The room has everything you need for a weekend stay. Teas, coffee, automatic air freshner. Very quiet when I got back quite late on saturday. I slept beautifully. The room has black out blinds for those people that need complete darkness. And the bed was very comfortable. Lovely and warm and has windows that are easy to open if you want some air. A really great experience and my first time staying in a house while host is there. Would reccomend whole heartedly. And Trevor the cat is gorgeous. I found him stretched out on the floor outside the bathroom and tickled his tummy. Whats not to love. Enjoy

    Our Bottom cottage studio room is in a converted barn next to the main farmhouse, in the centre of Cotgrave village, 10 minutes from Nottingham. It is a ground floor room. It has a kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Ensuite shower/toilet, shaver point. Hypnos double bed and single bed. Wardrobe with ironing board and iron. A camp bed can be added for an extra child at £10.00 per night. Breakfast is available on request at £7.50 per person.
    We do allow dogs at £5 per night per dog which is payable when you arrive.

Only 20 minutes away from the city but the village amenities are very close at hand. Our dog loved it here. Communication with the hosts was brilliant and they really made her feel at home with homemade cake and refreshments as soon as we arrived. Would highly recommend 😊

    A Victorian cottage with a lovely sunny courtyard at the rear in a popular village. There is a very small and quiet tabby cat resident in the house who spends most of her time in my bedroom. Ruddington is an attractive, friendly and lively village just 20 minutes from Nottingham city centre and the train station. The renowned Rushcliffe Country Park is just under ten minutes walking distance. Ruddington is great for the M1 & East Midlands Airport (Junction 24), excellent transport links to Trent Bridge (10 min) and Nottingham City (15/20 min by bus - either No 3 or No 10). The No 3 will also connect you to the tram at Ruddington Lane. Neil's house is very clean and tidy and the bedroom and bathroom are very well furnished and finished. I was offered hot drinks and was made to feel at home as opposed to simply being a customer paying to stay

    Set in the Vale of Belvoir between Cropwell Bishop and Colston Bassett a self contained annex is offered. The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.
    The space is self contained with its own door and key. It has a large upstairs bedroom with an ensuite shower room, and a welcoming downstairs living area. The room has a log burning stove, smart TV with Netflix and a compact kitchen with sink, fridge, fan oven and hob. The property has its own 1 acre plot and guests are welcome to enjoy the area but should be aware that the garden may have children and chickens roaming.
    The villages of Cropwell Bishop and Colston Bassett are famous for their Stilton cheese and a factory shop is open during working hours. The Vale of Belvoir offers a number of attractive villages and guests can enjoy the Wharf cafe in Hickling or a pub lunch at the Martins Arms in Colston Bassett.

  • A lovely little find. Self-contained annex with facilities for cooking and delicious breakfast offering. A peaceful, calm space in the countryside perfect to get away from it all. The log burning stove is a nice touch and was much appreciated on one of the windiest nights of the year. We even had daffodils left for us, which had opened by the time we left on Saturday morning. Great communication from Jo, who was close by if needed but left us to ourselves otherwise. Could not fault this place.

  • I had to come over to Nottingham (where I spent my childhood) in a rush from France because my grandma was passing away. I had considered a hotel but they were too expensive and was aware of Tollerton being near where I needed to be. Rosemary was a perfect host, does a lovely breakfast, and I was able to move freely in and out of my accomodation without fuss. This was ideal for me as I didn't really know where or for how long I was going to need to be for my Grandma. My stay with Rosemary really couldn't have been better to be honest, and I would recommend her to anyone. The accomodation is self contained, with comfortable bed, warm (underfloor heating), and it's own private bathroom. I believe there is also an attached conservatory but it was winter so didn't investigate. Thank you Rosemary, you did a great job and it was a pleasure meeting you.

The British Geological Survey with a free, fantastic "geological walk", a shop selling books, maps, minerals, fossils and jewellery is a 10 minutes walk / 5 minutes by car.

    The annex is newly built to suit our airbnb customers. It offers a kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedroom. All furniture is completely new and we have installed modern features, such as an automatic tap and the mirror in the bathroom to double as a speaker. There is a double bed and sofa bed and we are pet friendly.
    The village of Kinoulton is a friendly village with lots of nearby cycling and walking routes, great for dog walking. The Grantham Canal runs through Kinoulton which can be a beautiful walk. Kinoulton is nearby to Nottingham, Loughborough, Grantham, Leicester, Bingham and Melton Mowbray. Within a 2 minute walk, there is The Neville Arms, a popular pup. In the nearby village of Hickling, it hosts The Old Wharf Cafe, situated next to the canal basin, and The Plough Inn. As well, there are 2 dairy’s nearby, in Long Clawson and Cropwell Bishop.     Enjoy a worm welcome to a comfortable and private medium size studio. Very close to the City of Nottingham (10 min walk), train station 5 min walk, 2 min bus stop for many distractions. Within 2-3 miles are the towns of Cotgrave and Bingham, both of which have a variety of amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants.     We have no immediate neighbours .Fosse Paddock studios stand off a short private road. Apple green filling station are close by with a small shop and are due to be redeveloped to include a coffee shop and breakfast facilities in the next few months. Bingham is only 3 miles away which has major supermarkets and many eateries and takeaways catering for all tastes.

  • We recently stayed at Molly's place for two nights whilst attending a gig at the motorpoint arena in the city centre. The space was really well thought out with loads of great little touches, that only added to our enjoyment and love of the place. Molly really had thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The place was warm, but the heating was easily controlled by a nifty dial on the desk, so if you like it cool at night which I do, then you didn't have to worry, and it warmed up quickly again in the morning by time you'd sat in bed and drunk one of the delicious coffee's from the nespresso machine (there was even decaf for awkward people like me!). There's even a handy fridge! The road is a dead end, so super quiet at night, but only a short walk from loads of great local amenities, and a ten minute drive to the city. Parking was a breeze too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Molly's place again in the future.

  • We enjoyed a one night stay at Tim and Julie’s. We were met with smiles and introductions and were shown to our large double bedroom overlooking the rear garden. The first thing we noticed was the original artwork decorating the accommodation which has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. The bathroom has a large shower enclosure and an impressively large bathtub - all scrupulously clean and the quality towels are thick and fluffy. There is a further room at the front of the property with electric kettle, glasses, cups and essentials for making tea/coffee, (provided.) and a microwave plus a sitting area with table and chairs. Overall, Tim and Julie have put care and thought into creating a warm, peaceful and relaxing space.

  • It was a horrible night with driving rain so we were grateful to find that Tim's accommodation was warm and comfortable. Situated on the first floor of a spacious house, with immediate access from the entrance hall, it felt very private. The bedroom was spacious and freshly decorated with a comfortable bed and nice view over the large garden. The modern, stylish bathroom had a large bath and separate shower with nice towels. The kitchenette (again quite spacious) was much appreciated - microwave, crockery, cutlery, kettle, several seats and a table. Radcliffe is a couple of minutes walk from the front door where you can find restaurants, shops and cafes. The off-street parking was a bonus, as on-street parking looked interesting! Tim was very welcoming, quick to respond to communication and informative. We would definitely recommend this airbnb experience.

    The cottage style living space has a separate entrance and is attached to the main house, but separated by a utility room. It has one modern double bedroom, spacious living room which opens onto a patio overlooking fields and hills, with elevated views. A modern bathroom with walk in shower, large kitchen with electric stove, microwave and essentials. There is excellent high speed WiFi throughout the property. Outside has ample parking for 2 cars, a small private, sheltered paved garden surrounded by various flora which is ideal for a bbq or just relaxing. On a free range dairy farm, that supplies the local dairy with milk which is used to make the finest Stilton cheese. Easy access to green belt walks on your doorstep.
    Hickling village has the Wharf tea room on the Grantham canal, the Plough Inn pub which serves local food, the Tap & Run which is a modern gastro pub is two miles away serving delicious food & cocktails. The Vale of Belvoir has plenty of quaint villages and is ideal for road cycling and numerous village pubs along the way, including Belvoir Castle & Langar Hall. Walkers have plenty of choice with Kinoulton 2 miles away, historic Vimy Ridge and the Grantham canal.

  • Perfect. Perfect hosts, perfect Airbnb, perfect location. I honestly feel privileged to have stayed here. Deon’s communications before I went were excellent - I had an issue with payment, but he was very patient and accommodating. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and showed me around the farm (but are happy to give you space if that’s what you want). What an experience! I learned lots of new things, like cows only have teeth on the bottom row. The accommodation is beautiful - even nicer than in the photos! Deon has exquisite taste - the place is lovely to look at and the decor flows beautifully, creating a calm and peaceful oasis. A great deal of thought has gone into it and it has a lot of things to make your stay comfortable (I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker, for instance). The bed is comfy, the kitchen has everything you need (I loved everything, from the lovely china to the breakfast cups). The hosts really care that you have a lovely stay, but, quite frankly, the view from the window in the front room and the peaceful, beautiful surroundings of the accommodation guarantee it. It’s very private and a great place to curl up with a book, do yoga or just get some peace in the winter or to go walking and exploring. I took some work with me - it’s also ideal if you have a project you need to concentrate on. I went to Melton Mowbray, which isn’t far, and the links to surrounding towns are fast and straight through. I live in Nottingham and it only took me 30/35 minutes. What a little gem this place is - thank you so much for letting me stay. I’d give you all the stars in the sky if I could, but the top rating here will have to do!

  • Although I tried to book the apartment it was taken - so I can't comment on it! HOWEVER - I did stay in Susie & Paul's B&B which is opposite the apartment. They were fantastic hosts; the bedroom was lovely & cosy (and very big); bathroom huge & spotless - and they made a very tasty breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended (and a special mention for kindly posting back my Kindle that I managed to forget!)

    My place is close to nightlife, public transport, and the airport city centre. You’ll love my place because of The good amenities i.e. Trent Bridge cricket ground Nottingham Forest and County football grounds and Rugby, Ice rink. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

  • Lovely, sparkling clean room with a private bathroom in a modern energy efficient house overlooking a park. It's 30 min walk to the city centre or a short bus ride. Judy was a very welcoming host and we enjoyed chatting with her. Spotting a kingfisher during a morning run along the river Trent was an unexpected lovely bonus. The location so close to nature yet not far from the city centre definitely worked for us.

  • Judy is a welcoming and hospitable host. Access to own bathroom with both shower and bath options. Bed was extremely comfortable too. Very clean, modern and bright home which is perfectly located to Football & Cricket grounds as well as the nice bars that West Bridgford has to offer. Highly recommended and will look to stay again in future if availability permits.

  • I have been in over 10 B&Bs in Nottingham, but I can easly say that Judy's place is the best. To all Italians, if you look for something really clean (like home) you have to book this place.
