It’s very easily accessible from main roadways. Great value and there is a lockbox with a key to make your way in. It’s located in Adare, a touristy town with lots of things to see and do. Great Airbnb to stay in when on a budget !

  • It was a very nice time in Limerick, the accommodation of Maura & Pat was very nice. She had everything to support herself and was in a blameless condition. Also, the communication with Pat was very good, we have received valuable tips from him and always had the feeling to be able to address him in case of problems. Many thanks to the two again!

  • Pat and Maura’s place offers a great base to explore the local area. Pat welcomed us with his home made apple cake and gave us useful tips so we could make the best of our stay. I recommend exploring the County Clare & Kerry coastline - there’s plenty to take in.

  • Great, immaculately clean, comfortable place to call home for a few days. We travelled to Ballybunion, Cliffs of Moher, Limerick and Adare. Was an easy drive getting there from Kilkenny with a stop to see the. Rock of Cashel. Good location but you definitely need a car. The hosts are welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend staying here a few days.

Sure we will come back again !!!

  • Olive is the absolute best. She went way above and beyond, even taking our laundry and washing and drying it for us, and bringing it back folded in the morning. The kindness just kept coming! The place was perfect for my mom and I and two girls. It’s a tad bit outside of Limerick in the country, which was a relaxing evening and morning! Touring the small town was grand and my mom even took an early morning bike ride, thanks to Olive bringing her a bike! Her design taste has a vibrant flair that makes the home welcoming and upbeat. All was just perfect. We left as friends feeling like family.

Before, during and after our stay she could not have been more helpful, and meeting her was an absolute joy. The apartment is fantastic, with super comfy beds, and great kitchen amenities to be able to cook your own meals. The location is lovely also. Thank you for everything Olive!

  • My fiancée and I really enjoyed our stay at Slattery’s. Kay was so inviting and made us feel very welcomed! She gave us tips on where to eat, as well as chatted with us a bit. She made us breakfast in the morning as well which was delicious! We do wish the pub had been open though, but despite it being closed, Kay made sure to give us recommendations on where to go!

    Mike2019-10-24T00:00:00Z
  • Kay is a great host and went out of her way to ensure I had a great stay I would highly recommend a visit to Slattery’s guesthouse.

  • Slattery's Guest house was selected for our trip as it was a good stop after our day on the Dingle Peninsula and Tralee. We specifically selected this stopping point on our way to Bunratty, Cliffs of Mohr and Galway. It is in a very small town connected to Slattery's Pub. This house is very, very close to Adare if you want to stop there to see the thatched roof houses. We did not get in until late (around 10pm) and the Slattery's pub was closed - but the small convenience across the street was open with snacks and beverages that worked perfectly for our group. If you wanted to go down to 7 Sister's Pub - less than a mile down the road - it was open. We opted to stay in and play cards. We had the whole house which was great for our group. There were (9) of us. One room on the ground floor worked well for my mother and sister and I with a king bed and (1) twin bed and private bath - tub is a bit high and was somewhat difficult for my 85 year old mother to handle but she was able to get in with assistance. I had (3) young couples - (1) had a king bed and the other (2) had rooms with (2) twin beds. It worked for them for the night and all had their own bathrooms. There is a main parlor on the main floor with the dining area that was all set for breakfast. We gathered there and played cards. There was a kitchen and a small quaint little backyard area with a table and chairs. Kay could not be there due to other circumstances that she previously communicated but she left us plenty of breakfast provisions. We had several cooks in the group so we cooked scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, toast. Kay provide plenty of coffee, juices, yogurts fruits and vegetables. We filled up and went on our way! Thank you Kay for providing your Irish hospitality.

    Katie2019-12-22T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful property, a mix of great space and wonderful hospitality. Myself and five friends stayed at Tir Chonaill for a wedding weekend in Adare. The property is easy to find, check-in was great, and there was plenty of room for our cars. The rooms are a great size, with comfy beds and finished with nice soft furnishing touches. Maureen is a brilliant host, we felt like we were in a home away from home and the breakfast was really fantastic! Cyrus the dog was an absolute bonus and we loved seeing her. My only pieces of feedback would be that the rooms can be a bit cold at night- one room had an electric blanket, so it might be a good idea to have those in all rooms! Also the hot water tank didn't have enough for all six of us to shower in the morning- but we just staggered our showers and we're fine. Ultimately this is an Air BnB we would all stay in again without hesitation.

    Rebekah2019-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • Really convenient to the Woodlands House Hotel where we attended a wedding. Maureen was a great host, we had a peaceful nights sleep and a gorgeous breakfast the next morning.

  • Thanks for the warm welcome! Also a very fast communication. Clean room, plenty of towels, a bottle of water & a candy bar next to the bed. Got offered tea at our arrival and breakfast in the morning (we liked the brown bread). Recommended!

  • A wonderful place to stay. The room is perfect and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Above all, Pat and Carmel's hospitality is second to none.

  • If you are looking for a snuggly soft bed with fresh, clean linens in the home of a friendly couple close to Adare but not in the middle of tourist traffic, you will be happy here. We appreciated the little touches—reading lamps on both sides of the bed, chocolates and water bottles waiting after our drive. So nice! Carmel & Pat were both home to welcome us, too, with a cup of tea, fresh apple tart (autumn visit!) and plenty of local information. Just what we needed!

    Barry2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • Pat and Carmel were wonderful hosts. Very hospitable. Very clean comfortable room and handy location for Adare, Limerick City or enroute to Kerry from Limerick. Would definitely stay again.

  • Lil’s apartment is one of the best I’ve stayed in in many years. As an Airbnb host myself I was impressed with the cleanliness and spacious rooms. Quality bedding, fixtures and fittings throughout. So quiet and a green and calm outlook from all windows. Warm and cosy with a pot belly fireplace in the downstairs room and plenty of appliances to make your stay comfortable and homey. Lil was an excellent host in responding to messages straight away. Couldn’t ask for more! I’d return to Curraghbeg house any time.

  • Great Accommodation with both space and comfort. Downstairs has a small kitchenette with all the essentials and has a comfortable lounge area. Upstairs has the master bedroom with a comfortable bed and room to spread out. Plus a good bathroom with an excellent shower. It is located on the side of a craft studio that you won’t know is there. With views onto a paddock and pleasant garden at the back this is a tranquil retreat. Lil has plenty of tips and a visit to Adare Manor for breakfast or afternoon tea is a must. The property is about a 15 minute walk from town which was easy but take a torch if going at night. Just loved our time here.

  • Grania's apartment was perfect - clean, comfortable, quiet. Better than the pictures! Grania is very friendly and helpful - a perfect host. THANK YOU!

    Erica2019-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • Granias place is amazing. it is cute, it is a bit quirky and it feels like you step into a relaxed world. Two things for foreign visitors: if you are not used to driving in Ireland, the tiny road can be quite scary if you have oncoming traffic to deal with (I was sitting in a "corner" for 15 minutes on Friday early afternoon with 9 cars passing me). The other thing I have discovered, lovely for vacationing, not necessarily helpful while I was working from there - I didn't have any cell reception. The WIFI signal is strong though and most things run over the internet nowadays anyway. long story short - if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of a city and enjoy nature, time away and just peace and quiet, this is the place for you!

    Julia2019-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • The house is well located and connected. It is a good base for sightseeing in the southeast side of the island. Charming of an authentic house of pages. Very clean and cozy. Grania is a very affable and friendly person.

Foxmeadow Cottage is close to the picturesque village of Adare with its historic buildings and wide range of quality restaurants, atmospheric pubs and family-friendly activities. You’ll love the cottage because of the views and the peaceful rural surroundings. It is good for couples and families (with kids) and is also ideal as a base for touring the Wild Atlantic Way or for guests attending weddings in one of Adare's renowned hotels.
  • The cottage was perfect for our family of five adults with plenty of room. Our time spent was in February and Ireland made the weather a bit of a challenge, as expected, but Mary’s place was warm, cozy and dry every day we returned from our daily excursions. Communication was excellent, the location is very easy to find with the village of Adare a 5 min drive away, it has a small market, pharmacy and great local pubs. It’s is rural Ireland which is what we were looking for. Highly recommend Foxmeadow Cottage.

    Greg2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • The Foxmeadow Cottage offers everything you could ask for. Fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to entertain. There is wifi, smartTV, fireplace, laundry and 3 comfortable bedrooms with 2 bathrooms rooms and 1 extra toilet . The location is great only a short trip into Adare and only 25mins into Limerick City. Host Mary is just next door and makes living there easy and convenient for any guest requests. She is a super host!

    Shae2019-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Fox Meadow Cottage was perfection! It was easy to find, using a GPS, and we were pleased to see that it looks just as the pictures! Mary met us as we were unloading the car, with a warm welcome. She took us around the house, explaining how to manage heat, appliances, etc. She had also left us fresh eggs from her chickens! We were there in November, and she had a fire laid in the family room stove, so our first night was cozy and perfect! I texted her the next day and asked what we buy for more supplies for the fire and asked for a lesson to build our next fire. When we returned from our day, she was out for the night, but had laid another fire for us and let us know that she'd give us our lesson the next evening. The cottage is very Irish and homey. All new hardwood floors, except for tile in the bathrooms, entry, laundry room and kitchen. Lovely well done kitchen great for cooking in. We felt very at home there. Mary is helpful, prompt to respond, and has a great personality! We enjoyed our visit with her on our last night in the cottage. She has great insight to the country, and to Adare, suggesting good pubs, shopping, etc. We look forward to visiting with Mary again! We feel as if we had a wonderful vacation and have made a new friend. Ann and Jim Reego

    Matthew2019-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • Foxmeadow Cottage is charming, updated, super clean and comfortable. Mary met us (even though we arrived late), and quickly walked us through the cottage. For US folks, we found lots of "like home" amenities including plenty of hot water, an easy-to-use heater and plenty of outlets. Mary even had shared eggs from her chickens - which we used for breakfasts. The cottage provided a comfortable refuge from the weather. We came home early a couple days to enjoy some wine and cheese by the fireplace. And, it was well located to give us a base for multiple day trips and regular forays into Limerick to visit my son who was studying at UL. We'd stay again. Thanks, Mary!

  • The full Irish breakfast is very affordable and delicious! The rooms themselves are stocked with extra blankets and hot water bottles for those traveling during winter. The bed was decently comfy and the ensuite bathroom was very clean. Florence herself is a treasure whom can recommend many places to see in the area or simply sit with you for a great chat. Florence's place is a bit further from town than some of the other Bed and Breakfasts in the area, but it makes it more cosy and peaceful.

  • Adare Cottage was an absolute delight to stay at. It is hidden gem down the end of a quiet road, close to the river but not at all far from the gorgeous little town of Adare. There is ample room for parking a rental car at the rear of the property, nearby the main house where two of the hosts live. The cottage has been beautifully renovated and decorated to make you feel at home. The under-floor heating was a treat and made having a shower on a cool winter’s night much more bearable. There is also an electric fireplace in the living room for extra heat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including an induction stove top and fridge. Both bedrooms have large cupboards, a mirror and a lamp, and the beds are very comfortable. Francis, Ann and Aoife were fantastic hosts. They are incredibly friendly people and went above and beyond to make sure that our time at their place was enjoyable. Small things, such as the cake they left for us when we arrived and their helping hand to ensure we could get our laundry done, meant the world and didn’t go unappreciated. Highly, highly, highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is an old estate house, originally built in the 1600's and redesigned in the 1800's, supposedly by the same architect as America's White House . It was completely refurbished by its current owners in 2008. It is an old walled estate, situated on 114 acres, with 55 stables and 2 gallops. It consists of 3 floors, 8 ensuite bedrooms, four reception rooms, a large country style kitchen and a working national hunt yard. It is located on the outskirts of Rathkeale town and is a 10 minute drive to the pretty village of Adare and a 20 minute drive to Limerick city. Both Shannon and Kerry Airports are a 45 minute drive, and the car ferry at Tarbert (Co. Kerry) - which crosses on a half hourly basis to Co. Clare, home of Irish traditional music, the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren - is only 30 minutes away. It is also part of the route of the beautiful Wild Atlantic Way.
The towns of Adare, Askeaton and Newcastle West border Rathkeale. Adare, an 8 minute drive from Beechmount, is renowned as one of Ireland's prettiest villages. The main street combines typical Irish architecture with the English styled buildings and infrastructure, purpose-built for the Dunraven estate. It is a tourist destination and is also a very popular wedding venue. It has many boutiques, pubs with Irish traditional music, hotels and a local heritage centre, which gives insight into the history of the village. There are two 18-hole golf courses - Adare Golf Club, home of the 2007 & 2008 Irish Open and Adare Manor Golf Club. There is also a popular pitch and putt course in the town and Clonshire Equestrian Centre which is a five minute drive from this location. Askeaton is a small town located on the River Deel, with a Desmond Castle dating from 1199 and a Franciscan Abbey dating from 1389. Located within the grounds of the castle is the Halla Mor (the Great Hall), one of the finest examples of its kind in Ireland. Also on the grounds is the Hellfire Club, an almost intact redbrick building built in 1740 (the same year the monks abandoned the nearby friary). It is one of two in Ireland. The Hellfire Clubs, throughout Ireland and Britain, were 18th-century clubs where rich men gathered to drink, gamble and have orgies. Visits by the devil and human sacrifice are part of the lore surrounding the goings on in Hellfire Clubs! Modern day offerings in Askeaton include a fine leisure centre, including a 25 metre swimming pool, a learner pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi hot tub and gym, with special facilities for disability - see (URL HIDDEN) Newcastlewest is the largest town in Co. Limerick. It is a busy town with many boutiques, shops, restaurants and pubs. It is on the route from Rathkeale to Kerry and is the birth place of "Munster's de facto poet laureate", Michael Hartnett (Irish: Mícheál Ó hAirtnéide) (18 Septemb(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) October 1999), in whose honour Éigse Michael Hartnett (a literary and arts festival) is held annually (in April). On the outskirts of Rathkeale town is the 15th-century tower house of Castle Matrix. The castle was built as a fortress during the early 1400s by Thomas FitzGerald, 7th Earl of Desmond, and was later the home of Maurice FitzGerald, 9th Earl of Desmond. It contains a display of art objects and holds historical records and is one of a series of significant Desmond properties in County Limerick, as is the nearby towns of Adare, Askeaton and Newcastle West. In the cemetery of Holy Trinity Church are many gravestones bearing names of Irish Palatine families. These families came from Rheinland-Pfalz, the Rhineland Palatinate in Germany as refugees in 1709. Many of their descendants now live in North America, though the region around Castle Matrix in the villages of Killeheen, Ballingrane, and Courtmatrix contains the largest concentration of Palatine descendants in Ireland. Rathkeale's former railway station on the closed North Kerry railway line from Limerick to Tralee has been converted into the Irish Palatine Museum - (URL HIDDEN) Sean (Jackie) Finn, Brigadier of the 4th (Rathkeale) West Limerick Battalion of the IRA during the Irish War of Independence was a native of Rathkeale. His grave in the local graveyard features an impressive Celtic cross.
  • Paula was an amazing host. She was quick to respond and always went out of her way for our family. We were a large party traveling with people ages 75-18 months and this home has something for everyone. The breakfast was perfect. The scenery is breathtaking! We loved being out with the horses and dogs on the property. The kids cried real tears when they realized we were leaving! We will definitely be coming back to stay if we are ever in the area again.

    Erin2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • Couldn't recommend this lovely place any higher. We were so well looked after, from help with taxis, a delicious breakfast, and all around welcoming environment. The house is gorgeous and the surroundings are so serene and beautiful. An ideal place to get away from it all in peace and quiet.

  • Paula and Kate are the most AMAZING hosts! This Air B&B was truly EXCEPTIONAL! The home, history, cleanliness, and hosts were extremely WONDERFUL! All 8 of us had an amazing time! The food was fantastic, loved waking up and hearing the horses, the puppy’s were so sweet, and the entire property was magnificent!! We WILL be back!! You will NOT find a more unique, GORGEOUS, extremely well kept home, and the entire history the host (Paula & Kate) give you is AMAZING! This place nestled in an amazing town gives you the BEST Ireland experience! AND you will not find a better host in all of Air B&B than Paula and Kate!♥️

  • We had a fantastic stay at Paula’s house. What an amazing property to stay at and explore the nearby towns. The rooms were huge and sparkling clean. Kate was so accommodating and made us a delicious Irish breakfast in the morning. Their 4 sweet puppies greeted us upon arrival and were so fun to play with. Don’t hesitate to book this place, everything was perfect!

  • If this amazing home is available - SIMPLY STOP LOOKING AND BOOK THIS HOUSE!!! I rarely write reviews but this time I had to let everyone know what an amazing family and home this is if you are in the area. Paula and and her family made us (11 cousins from all over the world returning home to Ireland for a wonderful wedding) feel so welcome. Incredible house, grounds and amenities. A few minutes from the wonderful village of Adare and a short run to the Cliffs, Ennis, Galway, I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor, you deserve the best... and this is it.

  • What can I say! Beechmount House is a hidden gem in Limerick. Paula was very quick to respond to messages and she sent on directions which were spot on. We were greeted by her daughter Kate who showed us to our beautiful room. It wasn’t the twin room which we had booked as they had recently had a fire outside the that room and Paula didn’t want us looking out the window at the burnt out tack room. So we were in a lovely big double room with an extra double camp bed. Both beds were extremely comfortable and my friend found to her joy that the big bed also had an electric blanket! That was very welcome as the only drawback to our stay was that the room was quite cold. Kate did turn on the heating and we also had an electric blow heater which we made use of. I’m sure this is one of the quirks of living in a huge manor house and I can’t even imagine what their heating bill is like. The bed linen, towels and furnishings were all very high quality and the room tastefully decorated. Breakfast the next morning was way beyond what you expect from Airbnb and Kate looked after us beautifully. We had a wonderful full Irish fry up complete with gluten free sausages, pudding and bread for my friend along with cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, scones and brown bread. We were completely spoilt. We were lingering over our wonderful breakfast when we finally got to meet Paula and a more interesting person you cannot meet! Two hours later we were still there talking about everything from politics, local history to our shared love of music. Alas, we had to reluctantly leave. Our stay was too short and I would so love to go back again for a longer stay and a wander around the magnificent estate. I would highly recommend Beechmount House for a little taste of luxury and a very welcoming family. Paula and family, thank you so much for having us.

  • Staying with Paula and her family was wonderful. I only wish I could have stayed longer -- but it was just my first stop on a long trip, and a perfect way to begin my trip through Ireland. Waking up to the horses and her four adorable pups was amazing-- and Paula's jovial attitude and thoughtful nature make it to the top of my list for best hosts. I thought Adare would be the main event nearby- but honestly, I'd make a special trip just to stay with them again!

    Mango2018-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • Paula's location and home are so beautiful, calm, serene, and Paula and her family are fantastic hosts. Room, breakfast, hospitality, and patience were all out of this world, and we loved our all-too-brief stay. Thank you, Paula and Kate

    Anna2018-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • Clear directions and stunning location, view from the bedroom windows enchanting. Soaked up the experience and very comfortable. Hosts were exceptional. Breakfast was a joy and the nearby villages of Adare another charm in itself. Would highly recommend a night in this surroundings.

  • This house was a really good space for us for the two nights before our trip home. Very conveniently located for Shannon airport. The house was spotless and we so enjoyed the fresh flowers on the table on arrival. It's nicely decorated - the bathrooms especially so. The dryer was out of order, but I would imagine it will soon be repaired. Watch the step from the living space to the utility space as it's difficult to notice.

  • Great, spacious place for our family of 5 for 5 days. Nestled in quiet seclusion, we used it as a home base for day trips to Killarney, Cliffs of Moher, Blarney Castle and Galway. Definitely recommend... The host is very responsive to needs or issues. Great find!

This is a bright and spacious bedroom, located on the second floor, with beautiful views of the side lawn and the gallop at the front of the house, where the horses work in the mornings. It has a king sized bed (5ft), plus the option of a comfortable sofa double bed (4ft 6ins), and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It is ideal for a family, but is also suitable for a couple. It is one of four available guest rooms.
Kerry) , which crosses on a half hourly basis to Co. Clare - home of Irish traditional music, the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren is only 30 minutes away. It is also part of the route of the beautiful Wild Atlantic Way.
The towns of Adare, Askeaton and Newcastle West border Rathkeale. Adare is renowned as one of Ireland's prettiest villages. The main street combines typical Irish architecture with the English styled buildings and infrastructure, purpose-built for the Dunraven estate. It is a tourist destination and is also a very popular choice of wedding venue. It is on the route from Rathkeale to Kerry and is the birth place of "Munster's de facto poet laureate", Michael Hartnett (Irish: Mícheál Ó hAirtnéide) (18 September 1941 – 13 October 1999), in whose honour Éigse Michael Hartnett (a literary and arts festival) is held annually (in April).

  • Would recommend for a unique & memorable accommodation: - Amazing place to stay if you love horses, huge grounds and plenty of horses. Enjoyed walking around and checking on their beautiful horses! Some were curious and came towards me for a stroke :) - Room was bigger than expected & bed was comfortable - The dining room is so grand, had a lovely breakfast there each morning - Paula & Kate were so friendly and made our stay pleasant. Paula especially exudes such warmth and is so jovial! Would definitely recommend and this is a stay I will never forget! Will miss those horses for sure!

  • What a fantastic place to stay The house is beautiful and the property is stunning. Paula is a gem and we could not have been more welcome.

  • Paula was such a gracious host and the property is absolutely breathtaking. We stayed for one night here as part of our honeymoon and Paula was so sweet and got us a little bottle of champagne and chocolates to celebrate. She also had a lot of good traveling tips for us and we had a great big breakfast before leaving the next morning to get us ready for our walk on the Cliffs. The room we stayed in was lovely and exactly as described. The location is close to the adorable town of Adare which we stopped in for both lunch and dinner. This location was ideal for us to unwind after running around like mad people for the few days prior. We shared many great laughs with Paula and we hope to be back one day!

  • Pure relaxation in a bucolic setting, with the added attraction of observing the horses go through their morning work-out. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable, and Paula laid out an amazing breakfast. I would highly recommend Beechwood House.

  • I had a spectacular stay with Paula at her beatiful home near Rathkeale. She is a truly welcoming and generous host. She provided recommendations for places to visit within a short drive and local sights. The home is beautifully maintained with all modern conveniences. She cooked a lovely breakfast each morning and always made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you again Paula. I'm looking forward to seeing you again the next time I come to Ireland.

Beautifully restored cottage dating back to the 1800s situated on a working dairy farm. The cottage is set on extensive grounds which are private and peaceful and is also home to the main farmhouse. With a wide variety of activities to choose from there is always something to do nearby. We are ideally located for visiting the various beauty spots in the area. We are situated 2.5km from the picturesque village of Adare with its historic buildings and thatched cottages.
  • The farm cottage is located just outside Adare on Bryans farm. Very quiet and peaceful, this was the perfect spot from which to take day tours to the many historic sites in southern Ireland. Bryan was a very pleasant and helpful host, we enjoyed meeting him and appreciated being able to stay in his cute cottage!

  • It is a beautiful place on a wonderful working dairy farm. The hosts are so welcoming. The cottage is roomy and very comfortable. It is convenient to Adare and many asides thoughout Ireland. We loved our 2 week stay in the Adare Cottage.

  • The welcoming atmosphere, advice, hospitality were all fantastic. Bryan left directions for appliances, let us know about the outside dryer (there was some trouble with the one inside), it was comfortable inside the cottage, everything was cozy. It was awesome! If we ever make it back to Ireland, we would stay again and will recommend it to anyone who plans to visit.

  • Lovely cottage on a beautiful farm, conveniently located near downtown Adare. Plenty of space for our family of five. Bryan promptly responded to my inquiries. Would recommend to other travelers.

  • Paula's home is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I have stayed in. Paula and her family were very accommodating with our late arrival and were very knowledgeable about things to do in the area. I absolutely loved waking up early to meet all the horses and taking pictures of the stars at night. We wish we could have stayed longer!

  • So relaxing and atmospheric.

    Wayne2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Do not even hesitate to book this place!! The rooms are enormous and beautiful, with views of all the horses and fields — even got to watch the trainers/jockeys exercising 6 of them on the track the first morning. Breakfast is exquisite, served on fine china and silver. Warm & genuine welcome & care. Great location near (but thank God not IN) adorable Adare village. Book a lunch at the Carriage House at the Adare resort so you can walk the gardens and peek inside the stunning nearby hotel (ladies you must check out the gorgeous ladies room at the hotel!) 😁

  • Paula’s place at the stables was incredible! We were welcomed to stroll through the beautiful garden and interact with the horses at our leisure. Paula’s daughter, Kate, was an excellent host, greeting us at the front door and immediately offering a hand with our luggage. Our stay was tailored to our comfort. The breakfast was as good as you will find and the amenities were perfect. We had a couple of lovely chats with a couple of stable workers and the neighboring farmer, an overall superb place full of good people. Also, we had a slight mix-up on the booking on our end and Paula was more than understanding and accommodating to us. Can’t recommend this place enough.

  • Paula's BnB is a stunning sweeping old generation farm house situated on acres of beautiful thoroughbred property. Paula has a wonderful energy about her, and we felt right at home. If you're looking for a quiet irish countryside getaway, look no further.

  • I am so happy I came across Beachmount on Airbnb and will definitely return. My family will be enthusiastically recommending Beachmount Paula and her family home to others. Next time, we hope to stay longer than one night. Beachmount is a little ways off the main road, but so well worth it! From the initial tree lined driveway, past horse grazing fields to the beautiful front door, we immediately began to relax. The interior of the magnificent house didn’t disappoint, from the warm greeting by Kate and the cozy, comfortable en-suite room on the top floor. Really appreciated Paula and Kate accommodating our request for an early breakfast, which was delicious and more than satisfied before our long return flight to US. An added plus recommended by Kate was a magnificent nearby restaurant for dinner - Neville’s.

    Marian2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place! So beautiful! Amazing breakfast! Visit the stables, pet the horses, and watching the jockeys train them! Friendly pups as well!
