Church
“The historic place to visit - especially St Michael's, a 14th-century Gothic church later designated cathedral, which remains a ruined shell after its bombing during the Second World War. For those not scared of the heights, there is an option to view the Coventry's skyline from the top of the Cathedral Tower. It is really worth climbing those 180 plus steps to get the magnificent views! Cost: £2 child, £4 adult (2019 prices)”

“Great arabic restaurant (it doesn't pigeonhole itself more than that). Set in one of Far Gosford Street's old buildings - occupying both ground and first floor, extended at the back and with a HUGE tent beyond that - it's rather higgledy piggeldy with cushions, candles, hookahs, open fire and carpets all around.”
