Jyoti is a perfect host, very welcoming. I felt like at home. The apartment is very neat and comfortable. Jyoti and his daughter are great tips for visiting Mumbai and shopping. JYOTI's cuisine, breakfast and dinner, is delicious, healthy, with fresh products. Dadar train station is a few minutes walk from the apartment. Dadar is a lively area, there are many shops and restaurants. The JYOTI district is quiet and residential. Both the neighborhood and the city of Mumbai are very safe for a woman traveling alone.

Jyoti is very warm and welcoming, it feels like home. Her daughter is also very kind. The breakfasts are delicious and healthy, different every day and home cooked. The bedroom and the bathroom are very clean and comfortable. Jyoti is very responsive and there to advise us on the different places to visit in Mumbai. The apartment is located in a quiet area a few minutes walk from Dadar East train station, from which you can reach the CST terminal in about fifteen minutes. From here you can go anywhere in Bombay. The area is quiet for a woman traveling alone, you can come back late without any problem. An excellent address in Bombay.

We had a wonderful time at Jyotis and felt very very comfortable. Not only because the flat is really spacious and clean but mostly because Jyoti is an outstanding host!

Great place for a short stay. We were in Mumbai as tourists, and this place is located in the center of the city in Parel, near main road with great accesibility. Luxurious stay and spotless clean place. We loved the stay. Highly recommended!

Very friendly host and hostess in small flat in S Mumbai. It was convenient for me as I was leaving from the nearby station. Lovely clean room and bathroom, usually used by host I think, judging from shors and shaving gear. Big double bed was v comfortable but didnt leave much room for cases etc. Was on my own but would be a squash for 2. Interesting chat after I arrived at 10pm wich revealed that the family have lived all over the world and that their daughter, a doctoral student in London, had been supervised by a friend of a friend who taught at the same place. Small world! Egg and toast for breakfast was welcome. Rumi kindly took me to the station and stored my luggage for my 48 hr trip to the hills.

We stayed for 10 days with this delightful couple in their very clean and comfortable apartment. We enjoyed the cooked breakfasts and lots of local tips and recommendations. There is plenty to see and do in Mumbai and their home is centrally located in a safe, friendly neighbourhood within easy walk of shopping, food and public transport. We would happily recommend this accommodation and stay with them again if the opportunity arises.

Lovely place in the green neighbourhood of the Parsi community. Loved all the trees and all the parks in the area. Its safe an quiet and perfectly placed if you want to get around a little bit more to several parts in Mumbai. Kind if in between everything. The hosts are lovely people and so nice and intersting to talk to. So thoughtful and kind, lovely breakfast chats. The room and the whole flat is immaculate clean. Oh and after three weeks travelling in India, the shower with unlimited supply of warm water, real warm water, was heaven. Cleanest hair Ive had in 3 weeks...

The property is situated in a decent area. The rooms are very clean and the amenities were sufficient. There is full time security to open the main door. It has a close proximity to the railway station and it is situated on the East side of the Eastern highway. It's almost a centre place to travel to any part of mumbai. Over all a safe and good place for everyone. We would recommend this place strongly to our friends.

One of the best options in mumbai if you are planning to get around everywhere. Dadar is right center of mumbai and This room is in a good neighborhood.

Staying at Sagar's place was nothing but positive. Sagar was extremely fast at answering any questions I had before checking-in and the directions were very detailed. The accommodation is located it a great and well connected area, with the train station being a short walk away. A quiet colony with a lot of vibrant life happening around the area. Sagar's parents were so hospitable, warm and helpful. I'll definitely be staying with them again next time I am in Mumbai.

Sagar was timely in responding to messages and took care of me with a last minute booking. His parents are incredibly friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and well equipped. Bed was a bit hard to me but it was a minor issue.

Where to start about this magical little space in the heart of an amazing Muslim community? With no time, we were greeted by smiles and helpful neighbors who showed us how to operate the home the Indian way. The bed was a little hard but it had forced us to sleep straight and helped our back problems which we had for awhile. The home is located on top of Mao's family restaurant which makes really good Kepsa and Chinese food(I know it does not make any sense at the moment but it will). The staff at Mao welcomed us as if we've lived there for years!(which we obviously have not). It is really easy to get from and to all the parts of mumbai with it not being really touristy at all. The space also has really fast wi-fi which was amazing for India. The shower stays hot for a really long time as well! It is also equipped with a kitchen for cooking and a fridge to keep your left overs if you ordered with Swiggy or Zomato. Did I mentioned that you would also be only walking distance to Baba Falooda? Which is probably(my opinion) the best Falooda in town?

The apartment is conveniently located in Mahim. Close accessibility to Bandra. It has a nice strong a/c, cable television, a large fridge, kitchen etc. The hosts are immediately available for any help you need. They provided us with extra bedding to fit 3 people, ample sheets, pillows and towels. I was even allowed to check in a day earlier, since the place was available free of charge. The area outside might appear old as many places in Mumbai do, but once you are inside the apartment it has been recently renovated so its a good escape in central Mumbai. The hosts relatives live next door and they are extremely helpful for anything you need.

The room is great for couple or familly. It is super spacious and trendy. There is a fully equipped kitchen which is perfect for cooking. There is a big flat screen tv with a sofa where you can relax. The bed is super comfy with lots of pillows. The AC will cool the room in minutes which is great with the extreme temperatures of Mumbai. The hosts are super friendly and helped me in all possible way. The room is located in a nice area in Mahim, Mumbai. There are so many different restaurants around.

If you have to be in the area I want to suggest to book this place before it's not available. The room was perfect as a traveler, but also as someone who wants to stay there for a few weeks. Store are there enough and family will keep an eye on the appartment. Hospitality in general can be a rare thing, but here it's normal to keep asking if I need anything or if everything is going well. All in all, my 10 days here were well spent, largely because of being able to make use of this appartment.

This is a cozy little apartment that's great for anyone whose offices are in Lower Parel/Worli. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you would possibly need. Location: This place is in a super convenient location (near Birla Centurion building) so I could just walk across to my workplace. Space: This is very well designed with fancy fittings. Food: Breakfast is not available although there is a kitchen. However there are enough stalls right outside the building for bfast that serve poha, dosa etc. If I have to visit this part of Bombay on work again, I'll certainly choose this Airbnb

Nice place to stay. Almost in the middle of the city. Southern and northern Mumbai is at commutable distance. The place was clean. The communication was really good. Amenities are just what you need. Overall nice place to stay. Just once thing to notice , the place is for 3. 2 can stay in a bedroom which has got AC. 1 perosn has to sleep in the living room which doesn't have AC. This is okay as this is what you are paying for. Overall I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a Airbnb in Prabhadevi, Mumbai

I went to participate in half marathon of Tata Mumbai Marathon (TMM) 2020. It is close to the starting point. The shuttle service for half marathon was in walking distance from this. The location was good. Jyoti was available for clearing any of my doubts. Special thanks to the caretaker boy Sachin who gave me a cup of tea at 3:30AM before I leave for TMM. Overall I had a pleasant stay. Thanks.

Good homely set up

Room and washroom were sparkling clean. We had a very comfortable stay. Although there was a confusion regarding the Checkout timings but after talking to Jyothi, it all got sorted out. Breakfast prepared by the caretaker was very tasty.

Excellent location and a lovely host! Huge room for two people which is kept really clean. Ranjana and her husband Rajiv also were kind enough to stay up when we got back late from dinner at night. WiFi was out of service but that was the case for the whole flat and Ranjana was looking into resolving it.

Our stay with Ranjana and Rajiv was excellent! We found the neighborhood super convenient, both because it was close to our family's home, and also because it was close to many amenities for children, like a massive playground at Five Gardens just around the corner. Ranjana and Rajiv were incredibly thoughtful hosts -- when we arrived on an early-morning flight, they let us check in early, and even provided milk and a stuffed animal for our 2-year-old. We were out and about from morning till night so didn't have much time to spend with them, but anytime we did see them they made sure to ask if we needed anything and to get it to us immediately. Since our stay was long, we needed to do laundry, and they accommodated our need for that as well. Finally, the room itself was exactly what we needed -- spacious enough for us to put two weeks' worth of stuff and a Pack n Play (portable crib) for our son, and still be able to move around comfortably. The attached bathroom, which was very clean with great water pressure, was a fantastic bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Their place is really nice! The apartment is very spacious, well-kept, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is as nice as you see from the pictures. Ranjana and Rajiv are super welcoming and make an effort the guests have pleasant stay. There is a lot of natural light and the view is very pretty. It is also conveniently located away from the noise but a short walk (some 10 mins) from Dadar train station. I stayed a whole month and would definitely stay again with them.

Dadar Parsee Colony is a beautiful place and so is Ranjana and Rajeev's flat. Surrounded with typical Parsee apartments and lush greens, the area doesn't give a feel of being in Mumbai. Both Ranjana and Rajeev are super-host indeed; friendly, caring, responsive and helpful. They seemed to be art and books lovers as the home is adorned with art pieces, souvenirs from all over the world and paintings. They have a good collection of books in the room. The room was quite clean and peaceful. We felt at home staying there. Provision/grocery stores and good cafes/restaurants are neary by to the locality in a walking distance. One can have a great morning or evening stroll in the colony. We had a great three-nights' stay and wish to stay there if we come back to Mumbai. Thanks a lot to the hosts! Cheers!

Prity and Suren’s place was perfect for what I needed. I am an American women who has a lot of experience living and working in Mumbai. I was looking for a private, safe, comfortable space in a centralized area I could easily access the train from. As a PhD student, I was also looking for good value as Mumbai is incredibly expensive- even for mediocre accommodations. This space was all of those things. Privacy is hard to come by in India- this space was a place I could cook, work, sleep and had no fears or worries. It’s not highly designed or large- but for me, it was all I needed. A maid came every couple of days to take out the trash and sweep. There is a washing machine which was awesome! The train station is a ten minute walk and there are good restaurants all over. This isn’t Bandra so if you’re looking for a bougie expat area with a Starbucks close by- this isn’t it, but is a 15 minute train ride away ( and you’re not paying Bandra prices).the Satra’s were wonderful. Once in the 45 days I was there, the internet went down and they fixed it immediately. Another time I lost the key and they had someone let me in within 20 minutes. I couldn’t have chosen a better place. I hope I can stay here again!

Dr prithy is an amazing host. Starting from a warm welcome to the last moment when we left, the hosts were so friendly as if we know them from years. This was my first trip to Mumbai but we felt at home as soon as we reached there. The hosts were very helping and caring. They helped us navigate the city and the guided us very accurately in reaching our destinations in Mumbai. Also, the house is at a very prime location and is sparkling clean with every facility required to feel more than at home. We had a wonderful trip and all thanks to the wonderful place and hosts to live with.

Prity and Suren are helpful and kindly. I am satisfied my one month stay. Location is good. I can go to restaurant, shop and park. I stayed at the intermediate hotel near to this house several day, but equipment is equivalent. AC and electric fan did not have any problem. Washing machine is free. Water pump is moderately loud when switched on, but it is unavoidable. WI-FI is useful. The kitchen is shared, but I became friends with the guests in the next room. If I have next opportunity of Mumbai stay, I will also book next time.

It was a neat and clean premise with well designed interiors. Mr. Ashok is a fantastic host who is always there to assist. The location was awesome, with in 3 km reach to important places like Siddi Vinayak Temple, Mahalakshmi Temple etc etc. Lot of places around to eat, shop and entertain etc etc and didn't require us to extensively travel. It was quite and peaceful, and a nice place to stay with the family.

Amazing locality, clean and we'll maintained house. Although the place is a 1 bhk, the room as well as the living room is very spacious. However, 4th person will have to sleep on the floor using the extra mattress available there. Very friendly and helpful host, had a great time here.

The place is a bit small but cozy, best for couples.

Manish is a great host. he has a very hands-on caretaker, raj, who is available whenever you need him. the place is nice and cosy and has a lovely homely feeling to it. the first thing you notice about the house is how aesthetically it has been done and that feeling stays with you.

Our stay was great! Manish was nice to suggest what to do for Holi & we followed his advice and had a great time! Area is safe & Uber rides are cheap to anywhere you need to go as a tourist.

Manish's apartment is a bit older and had minor issues, but Manish was extremely helpful, always available and took care of everything right away. We felt very comfortable with him. The neighborhood is super nice and although the apartment was very quiet, after a few steps you were in a lively neighborhood. We would choose Manish's apartment again.

Amazing abode which is filled with immense warmth. The Super-host, Jyoti aunty, would go to any mile to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The guests are welcomed in the sparkling clean abode with a big smile and bid bye with lot of love at the end of the stay. The moment I had entered, I was made to feel at home. The room is spacious and absolutely clean. I had loved waking up to the view of sunrise from the bed itself. The room has an attached balcony and washroom. Rest of the home (sitting area, kitchen, entrance, etc.) has a special and thoughtful touch with lot of attractive home decor. The location is perfect. It is in the centre of the city and it is very convenient to find all modes of transportation. The place is at walking distance from one of the major station (Dadar). Talking about food, there are plenty of options around. However, the most lip-smacking food is cooked by Jyoti aunty herself. I would certainly miss the tea and breakfast that gave fantastic start to the day. Wish I get many more chances to go and stay in the house full of positive vibes and the host who sets highest benchmark of hospitality. The place is highly recommended.

Meeting Amit is like meeting a old friend, I had such a great time staying in his house. The location is 5 star, I have been to Bombay many times and can definitely vouch for this. Its very central and close to the Local Train station. Great hospitality and very generous offering of breakfast & meals makes this place a SuperProperty in Bombay! I am coming back soon.

Great stay! Very clean and accessible.

The most value-for-money option you will ever come across. The building is in a wonderful part of the city, away from the madding crowd, but close enough to the heart of transport around Mumbai. The building itself is quaint and memorable. The apartment is fabulous, from the tiles to the lights. Literally amazing. And the rooms are extremely well maintained, clean, classy, and genuinely the best experience of a home stay I've ever had.

Ajay is a brilliant host who goes out of his way to help his guest stay comfortable. The place is sparkling clean and our sheets and towels changed everyday. There is a fully fitted kitchen for you to cook if you dont want to eat out. Easy access to property and is situated centrally. There is a market 2 min walk to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Plenty of restaurants outside the front gate. Thank you Ajay.

Ajay is a very accommodating host and room was a lovely place to spend a few days in Mumbai. I arrived with the beginnings of a head cold and not only did Ajay help me out with the pharmacy, he also ensured that I had tea every morning to sooth my throat. He's also worked in the hotel industry for the past 20-some years and is very knowledgable about any travel-related questions/concerns you might have. The flat is indeed very convenient to bus and train (both of which I used frequently) though if you prefer a car, there's always a cab available on the corner. It is a bit of a distance from the historical center of Colaba, however, if that's the only side of Mumbai that you want to see, I'd guess you'd probably be looking in that neighborhood instead. With this flat, you get an actual neighborhood to call home, complete with an excellent restaurant just down the street (Goa Portugese), some beautiful temples in all directions, and a wide variety of local flavor.

First of all Ajay was a really great host Although he was private involved he has given us many great tips and support us in all our undertakings. The property correspond to the pictures and the service was great. We had a nice time in Mumbai

Great room, sparkling clean n lot of restaurant, shops nearby n of course Sadanand ( caretaker) is a good guy.

It's a real nice place. Chic and clean. Had a wonderful experience staying over here. And 5 mins walking distance to Tata Memorial Hospital.

Awesome room and host

You can rely on Ashok for any information before and during your stay. Very helpful, he can arrange lots of your needs (arrival from Airport, to have a small rest before check-in..). The room is well located (Bank of india in front of the building, 10 minutes walk from Dadar station and Market, 2 minutes from the "highway" which leads to gate of India…). At last, the room was fully as intended, a very good place to stay in.

This place is newly renovated and is sparkling clean and it is made so beautifully and thoughtfully. The decor and the interiors are just marvelousm. The check in process was very smooth and the location of Saajid's house is very much in the centre city so getting around to all main locations is quite easy. Kudos to them 💯

Amazing studio apt with all that one needs, especially a fully setup kitchen. 5 mins away from Matunga Road station, the place has nice cross ventilation and admist a quiet residential area. Madhu is the prefect host, ready to help if needed.

I loved my stay at Madhu. Quiet and authentic neighborhood. Close to transport. The accommodation was clean and there is everything you need.

It's a wonderfull place and has everything you need. i stayed there for one month and I really enjoyed living there. especially because the flat is in a not so touristy area. I met countless very nice locals in this district and all the people were superfriendly, especially all the people living in the same street. if you ever need something to eat, its just a 30 second walk and you have more different foods than you can try. its just a 1-2 minute walk to a "Western"-styled supermarket where you can buy everything you need , from food to a television there is nothing you can't buy there. also its just a 3-5 minute walk to a big park and also mahim beach. the trainstation also is only 2 minutes far away from the flat. also the flat has mosquitonets on the windows, so you dont need to worry about insects coming in. i think its perfect for 1-2 persons. overall i really dont regret staying there instead of a hotel, i can recommend this flat to everyone. greetings fro germany :)

Madhu’s place is a studio which you have to yourself. The place and amenities are as described. The studio itself is comfortable. We stayed during the Mumbai monsoons and the place was airy and well lit with large open windows. There are 2 fans and an extra bed if required. The society itself has a functional lift and we felt safe. The location is central , steps away from public transit. Madhu and his daughter were very responsive, kind and available throughout. Thanks for the stay!

This cozy studio is located in Matunga which is as central as it gets. A trip to Bandra (northward) or Colaba (southward) is a breeze via the train system (station is 4 minutes away by foot). Most conveniences are readily available around the apartment including some great restaurants. The place itself is clean, comfortable and furnished. Madhu is great to deal with, transparent and responsive. I highly recommend.
