This charming 1930's farmhouse sits in the locale of a "retired" 180+ acre dairy farm and is roughly 15-20 minutes away from Boone/Jefferson. If you enjoy mountain scenery, hiking trails, or any outdoor activities, Ashe County is the place to visit! NOTE: The farmhouse only has ONE BATHROOM and it is located INSIDE BEDROOM #1 (bathroom is not accessible via any other rooms besides bedroom #1).

Sleeping Bear Cabin is nestled away in a private mountain community that has it's own lake and just a two minute drive to the New River at the entrance of the community. The cabin is surrounded by forest with a main deck and an upper deck. Just recently remodeled and redecorated, we designed Sleeping Bear to be the perfect place for anyone to enjoy the mountain life. Fishing, walking, biking, hiking, tubing, kayaking, bird, butterfly, wildlife watchers and 35 -45 minutes to skiing.

Get back to nature in this cozy eco-friendly spring fed cottage in the mtns. Experience great views & sunsets, Wildlife, Hiking trails, Blue Ridge Parkway & seasonal farm. Cabin suitable for non-crawling infants and children over the age of 4. (Stairs have gait installed for safety). NOTE: PET FEE . 1 dog is welcome for $45. Fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking to avoid reservation cancellation. Pet must be leashed while outside. Pasture has electric fence.

Our Happy Little Hut

Come and stay in our unique quonset hut! This is a half circle metal building turned into a unique tiny home cabin experience. This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain. This space is ideal for couples, and two kids.
