Located 20 minutes away by car from downtown Montreal and 7 minutes away by car from Trudeau airport. Recent furniture. Comfortable wall bed. Private entrance. Shopping mall at 3-4 minutes walking distance. Quiet residential area, access to Netflix, 4K Roku TV, Bluetooth speaker, Wifi 7. Light continental breakfast included.

Studio 15 min from downtown

Studio with double bed, small kitchen, private bathroom and private entrance to the appartment. Really nice neighborhood, 10 min walk from the metro station Jolicoeur, which is at 8 stations from downtown (15 min). Really nice and welcoming. Half basement. The staircase is not very large (little smaller than regular stairs). The ceiling is lower than normal, 6 feet 7 inches (2 meters). Not suitable for more than 2 people! Perfect for short stay.

Private parking is available on-site. IP TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime. 2 kittens are on the first floor.

Peaceful haven, See the conditions below for using the hot tub. Very warm renovated accommodation. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with spices, oil and others on site. Located 8 minutes from the 30/30 The hot tub is not included, the cost is $50 for stays of 3 days or less and $100 for 4 days to a week The area is quiet and very safe. And less than 10 minutes from the city center.

The studio is located 20 minutes from Montreal. It's located in a new peaceful neighborhood near the Route Verte, a bike path through Canada. You'll love the studio because of its great comfort, its modern look and the outdoor sunken pool available to you (not exclusive since shared with us, the owners). My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. Not suitable for parties or meet-ups for friends.
