This double story home has a kitchen and living area below with a huge loft bedroom, full en-suite bathroom above. Sliding doors lead you to a wooden deck overlooking the bay. There is safe private parking enclosed with electric gates. The clients will have the place to themselves and will be able to use a lockbox to get the keys out. The owners are on hand should they prefer personal assistance.

The studio has a separate entrance and is private from the remainder of the house. Whale watchers will also be delighted as they compete with the dolphins in passing by. We are close by a few restaurants and the beach.
