Just yards from Devonshire park tennis and theatre, and even closer to the seafront, the iconic South Downs are just at the end of the road, perfect for the end of the South Downs Way. The living area is significant and has a dining table a smart TV, and good internet connection. The kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, fridge/ freezer kettle and toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and freestanding wardrobe with draws for storage.

This wonderful lodge is located in the 'Sunshine Coast' of East Sussex. The property is bright, clean and spacious and located at the back of the owner's large garden. It has its own pathway along the side of the owner's house, and is completely self contained and private. However, hosts are nearby at the top of the garden if needed.
