Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Need a place to sleep in the center of Arnhem? Vacation home De Oude Oever is what you are looking for! In our house with private access, you will find a bedroom, bathroom, storage room for bicycles and a living room with sofa bed and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave (note! no stove). Right in the city center, so all amenities are within walking distance. There is plenty to do in and around Arnhem. Wonderful cycling on the Veluwe, shopping, a city walk or a panoramic view from the church tower.

Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Good heating, cooking facilities including pots, pans, oven/microwave and crockery and a refrigerator. TV, WiFi, private shower and toilet (small bathroom), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs with 1 single and 1 double bed. Cot and toys are also provided. It has its own front door, private terrace, little view and within walking distance of a lot of amenities. Information folder regarding activities in the area is provided.

2 streets behind the Klarendalseweg, in the middle of the Modekwartier, you are in the middle of the action, but still wonderfully quiet in this nice upstairs apartment (2nd & 3rd floor). The nice, bright spaces, fresh colors, large windows and the spacious balcony offer a wonderful place from which you can discover the city of Arnhem, but also the Veluwe. I am still finishing the kitchen and live here myself when I am not renting, so there are also personal items present; nice and homey 😉
