Shopping Mall

“It's a beautiful place to come check out, with many good stores and good places to snack on and eat, including the famed Cheesecake factory. Some of my favorites are the candy store, the trolley, and the farmers market!”

Farmers Market
“Sitting south of West Hollywood is one of LA's most beloved landmarks: The Original Farmers Market. Founded in 1934, this cream-colored facility reels in both residents and tourists with the promise of fresh produce and the aroma of ready-to-eat snacks. You can visit throughout the week, although hours vary depending on the day. Entry is free, but you'll want to have some cash on hand should any of the treats whet your appetite. Complimentary parking (when a ticket is validated at the market) is also provided for up to 90 minutes of parking at the market's two lots. For a more contemporary shopping experience, head to The Grove. This massive commercial and entertainment complex sits adjacent to The Original Farmers Market. Here, you'll find a long list of your favorite shopping haunts, as well as a variety of dining venues, a movie theater and plenty of special events.”

“There’s usually a huge line outside of Blu Jam Café, but if you get there super early, at 8am, you can often beat most of the lines. (0.3 mile/6-minute walk from here) ”

Park
“Pan Pacific Park is the largest park closest to A Fine Residence. It is approximately 3/4 of a mile or a 15 minute walk. This park is not fenced so dog owners will need to bring a leash. It is across the street from The Grove and the Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust designed by Belzberg Architects. ”

Italian Restaurant
$$
“One of my favorite classy casual pasta spots in LA. The cavatelli may be one of my favorite dishes in LA in the $$ range. All the dishes here are great! The salads, calamari, pizzas, and pastas are all fantastic. Make sure to make a reservation as the wait for walk ins can be long. There is also a wine store and bar in the back so if you are waiting its a great place to have some wine and maybe even purchase a bottle. ”
