Fenton is a great little town! Nice, neat, and clean. The Condo was convenient to Hwy 24 and Interstate 75.

Close to the highway, clean condo, spacious, and quiet. It was perfect for my needs. Mike as easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Place is exactly as pictured and is a great value. We traveled with an infant so we enjoyed having a full kitchen and a separate bedroom.

We were pleased! Nice, clean and bright! Fenton is a quaint and pretty town and we were close to restaurants and stores.

Michael was easy to communicate with as well as his property manager Dale. The apt was very clean and conveniently located and we had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The Loft was a perfect place and so were the hosts Christy, Philip, and of course Bama! Beautifully decorated, centrally located, and very private. All the amenities needed for a weekend away and close to everything downtown and within walking distance. Greeted by the hosts and arrived to a bottle of wine and chocolates in addition to some fresh baked cookies one evening. Can't get better than that. Highly recommend and would return!

The loft was very high-end with premium finishes. Two large televisions, concrete counter topped bar area, comfortable bed, the list goes on. This place is like your own person loft apartment. Last but not least, Christy & Phillip were very welcoming by meeting me and making sure I was situated and knew of all the great things the loft had to offer as well as downtown Fenton. I highly recommend!

Christy and Phillip's Loft is ideal for a stay in downtown Fenton. It is close to restaurants and bars and is perfect for 4 people (6 if you are friendly). We were welcomed with wine and chocolate and beer in the fridge to relax with after a long day. Christy provided pastry's from Crust in the morning too! We will be back.

Christy is one of the sweetest and most friendly people I've ever met! She was so welcoming and open. We felt like we were staying with family or at our own home. Beautifully decorated, cozy, and clean. Shared entry way still felt so private and hidden away from hosts' main living area. PERFECT!

Our stay was AMAZING! The loft is definitely the place to stay in Fenton. When we arrived we were greeted by Bama the sweetest of the family members! Christy and Phillip did an amazing job with all the personal touches. My favorite was the Celebrate Wine and Chocolates and my husbands was the frozen whiskey/bourbon ice balls in the freezer. Christy was kind enough to give me a full tour of the house and you can tell they have put a lot of work into their home. My only regret was that we were so busy during our time we did not get to spend more time in the loft. We will be back for sure.

The Loft 208 exceeded our expectations in both location and their offered amenities, both of which we were already greatly anticipating. The Loft's location is conveniently in the heart of everything and anything travelers could hope to discover in Fenton. The exterior of the home is beautifully maintained and presents a welcoming feeling. The interior is truly wowing! Christy and Phillip have left no detail unexecuted or understated. There is nothing one would need and or want for, yet should the occasion arise, Christy and Phillip happily assuredly make it known they are available to accommodate any request. The personal and unique finishes found throughout the property speak to the passion, professionalism and perfection of Christy and Phillips' property. I can only except that as The Loft's reputation grows throughout this community and beyond, it will surely be the place to stay for this area and anyone would be lucky to have the opportunity to stay here.

Donald is a friendly host along with his two cats. The location is is convenient to highway. No problem with finding a parking space.

Donald was an excellent host and very accommodating. My room both extremely comfortable the bed was wonderful. This is a great value for a traveler on a budget.

Stayed here for work. Perfect place to buckle down and get things done. Loved having the desk in the bedroom. Bathroom is attached right off the bed room very convenient. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Would stay here again.

What a wonderful weekend we had at Dan's island retreat! The home was immaculate and so warm and comfortable. I drove up from Kansas with my mom and dad to visit family in the area and took a chance and booked here -- what a great decision! It felt like we were staying at a friend's lake house for the weekend - not like a rental at all. The views are spectacular and it was so lovely sitting out on the awesome decks at both the front and back of the home. The pontoon was very nice and it was an easy trip back and forth from the island to the dock where our car was when we wanted to go visit family in the area. Dan was a very gracious host- he was just a text or call away if we had questions or needed anything-- which we didn't -- but I felt comfortable and at ease knowing that he truly wanted us to enjoy our stay at his family home. I would recommend staying here to anyone as you will definitely be pleased! It would be wonderful for a family looking to get away and enjoy the lake, or for couples, or even a girls' weekend of enjoying the water and sunshine on the decks. So fun!

Mary is amazing! We came to Holly all the way from NY on a College sanctioned trip and Mary was super helpful in getting us settled and letting us know about the area. She was so inviting and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The weather was perfect so she took us out on her boat and also let us use her kayaks and paddle boat on our own time. She left us breakfast the second day we were there and opened up her home for us to call our own. I would recommend Mary's lakefront home to anyone! The entire neighborhood was wonderful and an easygoing, safe, fun, and relaxing place to be. 10 out of 10 would do it again. We love Mary!

Beautiful house on a quiet little lake!

The neighborhood was lovely, the lake idyllic, and the house comfortable. Great cooking kitchen!

Mary was a very gracious host. The place is beautiful! We would have loved to take advantage of all that this lake house has to offer, however, the weather did not cooperate....I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that likes to chill by the lake and relax!!

Mary's home and her hospitality were both excellent. It has a great vibe and a charming town nearby with good restaurants and an excellent coffee shop (Zanie Janie). Mary gave just the right amount of attention and even graciously guided us to the house when surprised by an interstate closure. The lake was peaceful with low key boaters. Great place for a few days respite.

The saying goes - don't judge a book by its cover. The same was with this home. The posted photo and surrounding area looked very nice - but in real life it was spectacular! There were three sitting rooms, two facing west and one east. Both sunrise and sunset was enjoyed while resting or chatting in one of the rooms. The view of the lake was amazing with various aquatic life and boating activities. All the bedrooms were clean and roomy. Everyone slept great and then communed in the large kitchen each morning for breakfast. Mary kindly left us a box of donuts and a nice welcome message to start off our vacation. It was an oasis centrally located to all the areas we visited. A must say place that we highly recommend to anyone visiting.

We booked this home to be able to attend the Renaissance Festival for the birthday of our youngest (13 years old) son's birthday. What a lovely place it was! As my 24 year old said it "the place was wonderful, the house was amazing!". Glad Mary could get us in.
