American Restaurant

“American restaurant combined with an interesting gift store. The menu is based on traditional Southern cuisine. The front porch is lined with wooden rocking chairs. The decor including artifacts related to the local history of the area, including antique household tools, all wall calendars, advertising posters and antique photographs. Breakfast is served all day, and there are two menus: one for breakfast, the other for lunch and dinner. Offered delicious homestyle cooking and friendly service. Healthy, natural and organic ingredients are used for their flavored food. Good for vegetarian people, good for all. Right prices.”

“To Break up the trip or for the best base to visit Everglades National Park, I HIGHLY recommend staying a night or two at Everglades Hostel before/after coming to Key West. It is so peaceful and one of my favorite places in the world. They help arrange tours of the everglades, hikes, kayaking, canoeing, alligator watching, and more. They know everything about the park and the owner is an awesome person.”

“Everything is way more expensive in the Keys! If you need some beach essentials check out this Walmart Supercenter on your way to the Overseas Highway or Card Sound Road.”
