Natural Feature
“Footbridge Beach is technically part of Ogunquit Beach, but without being quite as overrun and crowded as if you went down to Ogunquit Center. The parking lot is smaller, but you're so close to the beach that you can walk, or drive down, drop off the family & beach gear, park at Compass Pointe, and then walk the 15-minutes to join the rest of the family. It's the same beautiful beach as Ogunquit beach (you can literally walk down to Ogunquit beach from Footbridge beach), but with less people and more room to spread out. It's the best beach in the area--my family doesn't go anywhere else.”

“Amazing pizza, hands down my favorite in town when we want a take-out night- crust is edible to the end. The spinach and feta pizza is to die for, and the owners, Maria and Kostas, always know we're the Texans ordering when we get the jalapeno pepperoni. ”

Transportation Service
“Visit the Molly Trolley Depot on Route 1, Ogunquit. There is free short term and paid all day parking. Here you can grab a bite to eat, shop and then get on the trolleys or even rent a bicycle! Ogunquit and Wells have separate trolley lines, but you can easily transfer trolleys. Ogunquit trolley rides are a small fee per person. In Wells, kids ride free.”
