There are two separate apartments, each almost 100m². Each apartment has a large bedroom and 2 guest or children's rooms, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer-dryer, living room with a large couch and of course a fully equipped kitchen and large dining table.

Attention: Boat is located between mid-November and end of February in the harbor in the first row with Mosel view (see pictures).

In December to the end of February is the houseboat, as can be seen on the first two pictures in the harbor pool. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer bay, with a direct view of the water. The sun pampers the whole day. It has one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof is another sun terrace.

The apartment is located a few meters from the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and very close to Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher's shop and supermarkets are within easy reach of the apartment by car.
