The apartment is wheelchair accessible. It has wide doors and from the parking lot to the terrace everything is spacious. The toilet has large support handles and an emergency call line, where in an emergency you can acoustically and visually draw the attention of the accompanying person in the living room. The kitchen and living room are in one large room. Here, too, there is high-speed Internet and Netflix on the TV. If you arrive with an electric car, you can charge it on our property at a wallbox.

The apartment is located on the edge of the forest, ideal for walks or just to breathe. At the same time, you are in the center of town in a few minutes, with shopping and everything you need. The place is small and tranquil, but its central location makes it the perfect starting point for excursions in the region – whether hiking, cycling or city trips.

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!
