Staying with Veena and at her place was great. Everything was clean, Veena and her son is very kind, they provide nice home made food and also communication is good and prompt. Although she doesn’t speak English she was trying to help anyhow with using translator and i was also lucky with the neighbor guest who speaks both English and Hindi so i got a great help in him. I can recommend the place definitely. But for short stays as I missed only access to daylight through a window or something.

The place is close to Karol Bagh which is one of the popular shopping place in New Delhi . Please remember to inform the cab guy to drop you in front of metro pillar number188 so you can easily locate the place . Also please read the instructions in the picture listed to get full details .Veena Aunty and her Son was very nice and attentive. And nice and helped me with the luggage’s too .You get your privacy here and also local transportation is easily available. Highly recommended this place if you are looking for a budget accommodation with good hospitality.

A wonderful place to stay

This is one of the best place to stay on AirBnb , celebrated my birthday here with a small group of Friends, totally worth the money , good place for even your insta uploads and ,they even arranged bornfire on request, I got into an argument with the host Abhishek after booking ,regarding rules and regulations of the place and found him very rude but it was sorted out soon ,and it was nice that he dealt the situation with maturity , once staying there it was very hospitable and sweet of him to provide all the amenities. Highly recommended !! If you are a couple or a group of 4-5 friends !

Adding to all the positive reviews of this place: The kitchenette is well equipped can easily cook many things if you have the need. The location is beautiful not too far away from metro station, within walking distance of other modes of transportation. The place is beautiful, it's the little things that make it a homely stay. Communication was good and check-in was smooth. Definitely recommend this place and would love to come here again.

Peace and calm, 600m from metro station and most important, kitchen equiped with utensils to cook simple dishes: omelette, spaghetti, morning coffee. Safe parking space for motorbikes on the premises.

The place is very nice and located in a peaceful neighborhood. The rooms are big and nice. A little bit more maintainance and this place for be a hidden gem.

Ira was very efficient when it came to communication or addressing any issues during the stay. Would love to visit again.

Good peaceful location in one of the cool and green parts of Delhi. Open view, good locality, morning sun and a spacious secure Car parking. Not many amenities, luxuries and new polished stuff but that is fine since this is priced very low. Definately value for money. But there were certain problems since Ira has only recently started hosting this place and perhaps doesn't find much time to check. Firstly the thoughtful touches that one expects in a Airbnb home were missing. Kitchen was there with a gas stove but the space was not usable. There were no utensils, no cleaning tools, no proper sink, no sugar, salt not even a gas lighter. These things have to be thought over and planed in advance before hosting. After all there is no point mentioning a kitchen when it is not at all usable. Secondly even though Ira is very responsive and positive to all requests but the caretaker seems reluctant to meet the requests fully. He does the needful, but only partially fulfils what is required. Out of 5 things that are asked for he only does 2 and says he will come back later but does not show up. Additionally no one checks back if the problem has been solved or not. For cleaning one cannot clean and maintain the place on their own since there is nothing provided to clean with. The staff was sent by Ira for cleaning once but he just broomed the place in 2 minutes and then disappeared. No one empties the dustbin neither is there designated place to do so. I recommend at least basic cleaning tools should be provided and there should be more dustbins.

The house keepers are nice and helpful, offering help in every possible case. Location is quite and beautiful. Overall 10/10

Ira was very helpful throughout the trip. The location is the best thing, peaceful and quiet. You wake up with birds chirping and sun rays through the window. Housekeepers are one phone call away and very polite and kind to help you. I would give it a 10/10.

Nice place, excellent host, prefer staying near yellow line metro station though, the pulbangash metro station is not much useful if you want to roam around Delhi. Also, there is hardly any hygienic food place nearby, all of them minimum 2 KMS away. But for apartment and homely feel, this place is a must and amazing stay. Had a week long stay, didn't miss home though.

We had a perfect stay in the apartment which had everything we needed to feel at home. Mr. Ravinder was a kind and helpful host.

This is nice room with much better balcony and a big washroom . My stay was nice and they maintained my privacy. Overall great stay. Just in case you are coming late night in this property you better ask the host about the directions as ashok vihar gates closes after 12am and you just have 1 entry to enter and that's tricky.

Per the other reviews, Anuradha is a very kind and friendly host. The location is quite nice - within a few minutes walk you can get to the metro, a range of restaurants, and a nice park. We saw a wild peacock in the park! Unfortunately we had a change in plans due to the coronavirus outbreak but Anuradha & her husband were very accommodating. When tourism resumes, I do recommend staying here. It’s a calm place in a whirlwind of a city.

The best thing about this place is Anuradha herself: she is an amazing woman, so full of warmth, positive energy and hospitality (in a non-intrusive way). The garden villa itself was sparkly clean, beautifully looking and Anuradha took care of some wonderful extra touches like fruits and flowers. It is very conveniently located near Civil Lines metro station -with a few nice restaurants- and though the living room borders a busy road, in the bedroom you only hear the occasional honk. It was a lovely stay and we felt extremely taken care of.

It's been 20 years since we were last in Delhi, and Anu's villa was a perfect base to explore the city again. Especially as getting around the city has been transformed with the metro, which is an easy 5-6 minute walk to the Civil Lines station. It is also only a 45-ish minute walk to the Red Fort and the heart of Old Delhi which we did on our first morning to ease us into Delhi! All our pre-arrival questions were quickly answered, and we were personally greeted by Anu on our arrival for a quick tour around the villa and then allowed to settle in. It was lovely not to worry about getting supplies in for breakfast as the fridge is stocked with some helpful essentials (though there is a handy 24Seven and mini mart by the metro station). Despite an early departure, we were seen off by our hosts and were very helpful in helping to organise our transport. The bedroom is spacious, the bed comfortable, the hotwater plentiful. Being located adjacent to the Delhi ring road is really the only downside if you are a light sleeper. We were late back a few times (it is a big city after all!), but the staff were always on hand to let us back in, and always felt safe and secure. A nice touch was that the porch lights were put on for our late arrival. If I am in Delhi again any time soon, I would certainly come back again. We can see why Anu deserves her Super Host title!

It’s a lovely villa beyond expectations not only because of the house but also the host. The villa is in Anuradha’s garden which is close to the old Delhi city and beside the Civil Lines metro station so you can go to almost every attraction of Delhi easily. The host couple is friendly and adorable. One night after I asked where I could get some beer and they even had their servant to ride a bicycle to buy some for me. If you had a habit of cooking, you can make breakfast with the ingredients prepared by the host in the fridge. In a word, it’s the real meaning of B&B.

Definitely recommend. Super nice host, great location, warm service! It is run by couples and is very friendly. Help us find a place to buy a SIM card, help us book train tickets, book taxis. Provides some helpful information. Check in was smooth, we arrived later than expected and have been waiting for us. The kitchen is well-equipped, and drinking water, bread, tea, eggs, yogurt, milk and more are provided free of charge. The bedrooms are warmly furnished and the beds are comfortable. We left at 5 am the day we left, and the couple got up early to see us off. A particularly satisfying experience.

Anuradha is a next level ‘super-host’: super helpful, super knowledgeable, super fun! She went above and beyond in terms of service and support. The villa is very comfortable, with all the basic amenities, a lovely patio, and a nice garden view. It is situated next to an arterial road so traffic noise is fairly loud and consistent, but I got used to it. The location is ideal - just a 7 minute walk to the local metro station (the Delhi metro system is amazing - best way to get around).

A great stay with a great Lady! Anu was a true hostess with a cheeky sense of humour and a natural willingness to assist with all manner of things beyond the accommodation needs. You cannot go wrong here - and if you do, don’t stress Anu will put you back on the path.... 😂 P.S. If you choose this accommodation you gain a friend FOC!

I saw the property in the listing and found that Himanshu is a super host.. There's always an anxiety until you reach the place and feel it got yourselves. I should be honest that for few minutes after I entered the building, i didn't feel good. There were few issues with the cleanliness. It was only because I was checking in 5-6 hours earlier than normal check in time and the maid was only coming later to clean it up. Himanshu being away from Delhi managed to contact the caretaker, the maid and asked them to come in early and got everything sorted in a matter of few hours. And that's it. After that it was a pleasure staying there and my whole family felt at home.. we enjoyed the stay and it's at an ideal location too. Loved the vibe at your place and would come in again whenever I come to Delhi. I not only chose to stay, but also made a good friend in Himanshu. Appreciate all your help mate. Overall.. Superb stay.. Enjoyable experience. Thanks once again to the caretaker Abhishek and Suman hi for coming in everyday and cleaning up the property. Cheers

When we checked in there was a caretaker that took care of our parking, explained everything about the house in detail. Also, Abhishek(the owner) was really helpful with everything :) We partied all night long (6 friends) and there was absolutely no interruption at all from anyone! 2 spacious rooms, one big Living Room (living room had No Ac). Food is not a problem here, the apartment had cooking top(gas), microwave, Fridge, loads of utensils! And the best part, 3-4 shops were right around the corner, Stones throw away from the apartment. A little things might be here and there on the downside, but it doesn't affect my ratings coz we enjoyed a lot. All in all, a great place with a great host.

Uncle and Auntie provide a safe, clean, comfortable, and private space for those wishing to fully enjoy their Delhi experience. Located on the top floor, the apartment provides all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Bed and living furniture are comfortable, and kitchen equipment is adequate to provide some small and simple meals. Washroom has hot water and western style toilet. Balcony and rooftop access also make the apartment enjoyable. The park is located 1 min walk from the door and provides ample space and equipment for nice exercise. The best part of this apartment however is Uncle and Auntie themselves. They are such kind and loving beings and truly care about their guests.

Its is like a home away from home. Well equipped with all the basic amenities. Its on the 3rd floor so i wont recommend it for older people. Rest assured Mr.Ashok was like my own old man :) Very comfortable stay though you might have to walk a bit to find a restaurant/eatery but again i do not know much about the location as i was here for a business cum personal trip so i dint not find time to discover the place. Bottom-line, its homely as any home can get.

Ashok's apartment is super clean, comfortable, spacious and has everything which is needed. The surrounding is very calm, from the windows you overlook a nice little park and I felt very safe in that neighborhood. Ashok and his wife are very helpful and caring. As a single travelling woman I felt very much taken care of. I would always recommend this place and hope to come back soon.

Ashok's place was exactly what I was looking for and Ashok & his family were amazing hosts. One of the issues I had with most other places I stayed in Delhi was that what you see in the ad and what you get were actually two very different things but this place is actually better than what you see in pics plus the hosts are great. This place is super close to metro and the couple of times I used uber, the drivers came within minutes. Ashok, invited me for home cooked meals almost daily which was an added bonus. The studio is big with all the amenities. If i ever come back to Delhi, this is where i am staying. I highly recommend Ashok's place!!

Location of Flat is great! Located off of the main street in the Moti Nagar neighborhood. You can take evening walks through the grounds between the towers and have no traffic or noise of the streets. It is a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi. The Capital Greens Complex has there very own convenience store located in Tower B. It is stocked with household items along with fruits and vegetables, which made going to the store for a quick item very easy.

Definitely enjoyed staying in Shalini's place. Everything was smooth and we had a wonderful stay. I will definitely come back and stay with them again.

We had a great time at Shalini’s place. The location was perfect. DLF is a beautiful setting in the city. The grounds are gorgeous and our son loved the playground. The place was more than big enough for all five of us and we had extra room to entertain family who stopped by. It truly felt like a home while we were away. We’ll be sure to come back and stay here. My son even referred to the place as our home in India.

We totally loved arleigh at this apartment. It is in a very safe and quietcentrally located neighborhood. Close to most places of interest. Also, it's near metro stations of 3 different lines. So you can travel to pretty much anywhere in Delhi. Uber, lyft and food delivery services are easily available. The host was very quick in responding to all our needs and queries.

Ashok and his family were amazing ! Ashok were advising me really cool places where to eat and where to shop without going into the tourism wildness of Delhi. They speak a perfect English witch was good at some point of our trip ;-) . And I loved the area of the house, Uber safe and very peaceful 🙏❤️ And thank you so much for keeping our bags during the all day before to move out.

We felt like bad guests (arrived late, needed help booking train tickets) but Ashok helped us every step of the way. He is a caring and genuine soul and my Wife and I feel blessed to stay at Krishna Lodge on our first day in India! We had trouble booking trains through the IRTC website and Ashok was so helpful to secure our passage to Darjeeling via sleeper train. Honestly, this trip could’ve been very difficult but he helped us out of the kindness of his heart. Highly recommend staying here and hope to see Ashok in the future.

Ashok Sir and Ein ma'am are wonderful hosts who've together built a beautiful and earthy home. I loved every bit of my stay here. If you've work in this part of the town or want a moment of relaxation from the humdrum of city lights, I would recommend this place with your eyes closed.

Ashok and Ein's home is absolutely wonderful. A real paradise in the heart of the craziest place on earth. Ein was so welcoming, she really made us feel at home, and after a difficult morning travelling, Ein went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The house and rooms are designed with care and style. The conversation even more stylish. Highly recommend this unique and authentic airbnb!

Awesome - amazing - warmth ( best words to describe my experience at Nina's stay )

Nina is a wonderful and caring hostess. During our stay she was hospitalised but even then she kept communicating with us to help us with easy check-in. The apartment is quaint and warmly designed. Bright and comfortable bedroom with all necessities. Only the place is on 4th floor and may not have an elevator. So be ready to lug your bags up the stairs.

A great location - within in easy walking distance of the metro. Nina is a hive of handy information that really assisted us in enjoying Delhi. The breakfasts are great and enjoyed the care from Sunita. highly recommended - would stay again!

Nina is a kind and helpful lady. Her flats location is good if you like Delhi history. Nicholson’s cemetery is just behind the flat. Kashmir Gate and the old city walls are 10 mins walk away. The Delhi ridge is just a few mins away by three wheeler etc. Kashmir gate metro station is just 5 mins away as well so pretty convenient transport wise.Nina’s maid provides a good breakfast in the morning as well. The flat is up a couple of flight of stairs so if you are in poor health etc or have a huge amount of baggage this might not be so convenient but for all others going up and down the stairs won’t be a problem and is a good excuse to burn a few unneeded calories. Nina’s a long term resident of the city and provided a few tips and suggestions which were welcome. Unfortunately I missed out on an invite to the Gymkhana of which she is a member due to time constraints. But it was very nice of her to invite me there.

Nina is a fascinating, intelligent, helpful, thoughtful Queen of Delhi. For me she contributed hugely to my enjoyment of this great city.

The bed is huge and comfortable, the room is cleaned daily, the complimentary breakfast is very yummy indeed. Though you are in a family home, there is a lot of privacy. The location is also convenient for the metro, about 10-15 minutes walk. This is New Delhi so there may be (very brief) blackouts, air pollution and a few mosquitoes. But I enjoyed my stay very much, and I highly recommend it. Thanks Veena!

Veena and her son Himanshu treated me very well, the homemade Hindu food a delight. The only thing for me was very far from the center, where I always like to be.

Great place n amenities with amazing host .

Wonderful spacious flat that has living areas big enough to spend time there. The neighborhood itself was very nice and even has a small grocery store. Central to other places to visit in Delhi and the auto ride to the metro station takes less than 10 minutes. We definitely reccomend this rental!

The place is amazing for family visit apartment has good view , the area is very clean and green , many places for sport and waking , play ground for kids , security is excellent if I come again I would love to stay in this place. Royen

Pros: Excellent ventilation, clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and linens, well maintained locality with lots of greenery (perfect for morning walks), the host was responsive (even in the Airbnb app), there is decent parking space for visitor cars, pretty tight security, decently stocked kitchen. Cons: Leaky water purifier (they'll probably fix it soon), extremely slow WiFi (cellular reception was pretty decent though).

If you're looking for a clean and safe complex, then I highly recommend this place. The security is tight and it has a local grocery store. The apartment itself was clean and had complimentary toiletries and towels. There are free electric shuttles to and from the main gate and around the complex. You can enjoy a walk around the well kept grounds and take part in morning yoga. The residents were friendly and helpful. The security was impressive and the complex is a safe haven away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi. For transport, I highly recommend Uber or Ola but you will need to specify the exact pick up point or address. The apartment is a credit to the hosts who ensured that it was spotless and welcoming.
