We really liked the cute old style bakery, it takes care of everything to make you feel good. Very friendly hosts, many lovely details, we felt very welcome and would love to come back.

We spent three great days in the Bakhuis. The house is even more cozy than the photos already make it appear. There is a great outdoor area for children with a swing, slide and trampoline. Bep and Hub were always there for us. The contact was great. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

What a wonderful house to spend a few vacation days! The owners have renovated and furnished it with love. Warm welcome with a piece of cake. The cottage is fully equipped and was perfect for the three of us. The couch in the living room transforms into a full bed. Everything has been thought of: extensive breakfast for the first morning, hiking guides, flowers on the table etc. Highly recommended! We are happy to come back!

What a delight on the Huiskenshof! Everything is well arranged - the communication, the reception, the location and the stay itself - and the breakfast was also great! Our children aged 4 and 7 also enjoyed the trampo, playhouse and go-kart. It is precisely the small scale that creates a huge holiday feeling here. We definitely want to come back here!

We have a great midweek spent in the cozy Bakhuis with two adults and two kids (9 and 6). Everything was in perfect order and with the wonderful sunshine we also enjoyed the garden (with trampoline, swings, playhouse) and the BBQ!

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by Kelly and Diana, who are incredibly friendly and hospitable. In the apartment you will immediately notice the wonderful bath. With the neighboring brasserie you have everything you need within reach, while on the other hand the brasserie closes on time so that you have no noise pollution. In the immediate vicinity you can make wonderful walks, we enjoyed!

Neat, welcoming, a delicious breakfast in our apartment, and on arrival in the evening on Boxing Day, even some food was arranged for us, really super!

A wonderfully quiet place in a beautiful location and close to the major cities. The apartment is fully equipped and beautiful. The hot tub in particular is very tasty and pleasant. Next to the apartment is a small brasserie where you can eat well. We enjoyed a huge piece of Limburg pie. We therefore certainly recommend this apartment to others.

What a wonderful place in Schinnen is this! Nice view on one side over a bird-rich lake, on the other side the hilly landscape with meadows. This is a comfortable base for a walk or bike ride. Upon your return you can enjoy coffee with custard (ai) or a fresh drink with snack or meal in the restaurant below the apartment. Good hanging couch and luxury bath are available to relax on / in. Kelly and Diana are cordial and hospitable people, pleasant to deal with. We will gladly come back again!

My wife and I were in the area for a wedding and needed a place near the venue. It perfectly suited our needs. with all the amenities one needs for a short stay. Being a geek, the only thing I'd point out is to bring your own chromecast for the TV, if you don't want solely German programming. :)

We spent a few very relaxing days with Susanne. The accommodation is very lovingly and fully furnished and is ideal as a retreat after long hiking tours or city trips. Susanne has provided us in advance with some tips for things to do and shopping. As a visitor has previously mentioned, you sometimes hear something from the main building, but it is limited. We had a good time and gladly come back on occasion!

The pictures didn’t do it justice! The bedroom we stayed in was quite big and stylish with the bathroom attached to it. We also enjoyed chilling out in the very cool courtyard.

We had a wonderful dinner with friends at Guven. After that we stayed in a nice room with private bathroom, wonderful shower gels and more than enough towels. It was a super evening and a quiet night. The three of us (father and daughters) spent the night with Güven and his wife, and we enjoyed it very much! The first evening we took advantage of the opportunity to dine with them, which is definitely recommended! The breakfast was great too. The room and the whole atmosphere around the house and the paradisiacal little garden were super comfortable and comfortable. In addition to the room was a lounge and the small garden available, so you can enjoy both privacy and the company of other guests or the host (to our stay, we were the only guests). Güven and his wife are very friendly and accommodating - and conjure up a really fantastic breakfast for a small extra charge. All in all highly recommended!! :)

We stayed at this accomodation for one night on our way driving to the UK. The place is very comfortable with all the necessaries amenities. The host was very friendly and helped us check in.

This is a charming and cozy house in 70's style with a very friendly host and hostess. The house is equipped with all modern conveniences such as bath, very complete kitchen, beautiful veranda and garden, good wifi and good beds. It is within walking distance of the shopping center with ao Voncken bakery where we bought tasty fresh rolls in the morning. It is recommended to visit the free market in Brunssum on Sunday.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Tilia and can really recommend it. Our friendly host Karen was on hand to welcome us and show us around. She was happy to help nd give any information that we needed on the area. The accommodation has everything that you will need. It is tastefully furnished and well equipped. This is in a very quiet location. So much so, that we slept better here than in our own home. We would certainly stay here again if the need arises.

A very nice, comfortably furnished sparkling clean apartment. The only drawback that you have to walk 2 floors from the bedroom to the toilet, but the lovingly furnished apartment and the quick help if something is (for example, the TV cables are not plugged in) make up for it. Again any time. Really great hosts.

The room is quite basic, which was fine for the purpose of my visit to Heerlen; I only came to sleep. Tamara (the host) did her own thing and was quite welcoming. The apartment and room are very clean, the amenities (shower, use of her kitchen, toilet) are clean and fit for purpose. I was very happy with the cost of what is on offer. Will definitely use it again when I need to be in Heerlen in the future

This is an excellent place to stay, The host is first class.

This is a cozy little apartment set in a quite, peaceful area. The apartment is sparkling clean. Els left a bottle of Sekt and some sweet bread for us. She even left some treats for our dog! The kitchen is stocked well to cook and there was water, coffee, and tea available. There are markets very nearby. There are some basic toiletries in the bathroom and nice cozy bath robes. Communication was fast and the apartment is in a good location to explore the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Els was a very proactive host and ery careful in each aspect. When I arrived I've found the apartment perfect and complete of whatever was necessary. Even some food to cope with the first necessities before shopping. During my stay she made a great improvement with the help of his man Pascal, adding the washing machine. Moreover she is reactive to messages and very helpful. To sum up it couldn't have been better and if I will need to go back to that area I will definitely call her again,thanks Els!

I can only confirm what I wrote during my previous stay. This flat is large, comfortable, tidy and clean. The fully equipped kitchen is an added value, especially for long stays. I also appreciated again very much Els' and Pascal's availability and kindness. I honestly recommend this flat as I am sure nobody would regret it.

From immediate booking Marlies and Friedel were on hand to assist. Prompt response and very helpful. When we arrived at the apartment Friedel was there to greet us and show us around the brand new apartment, which is extremely clean and shiny finish to a high standard. Large open plan kitchen / lounge, all amenities required other than washing machine but local drycleaning options available. Huge bathroom and a brilliantly quiet bedroom. Location is perfect from going between the Netherlands and Germany with great walking / running & cycling trails around. Highly recommend a stay here and will be using this as our hub when visiting the family in the Netherlands.

I stayed for business at Marlies place and it was perfect. The apartment is amazing: very clean, spacious, modern and luxury. All attributes you need are available. I can highly recommend this place for business or enjoying the nature. Marlies and her husband are very friendly people!

I had two very quiet retreat days with Birgit. The place was perfect for my purposes. Very quiet, simple, simple, clean. The room under the roof is also quiet in the house. Shared kitchen and bathroom are one floor down - equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has a large fridge that I could use alone and a microwave. The house is located directly on the field and at the end of the street. Birgit is an open-hearted and attentive hostess, who has joined in my desire for tranquility and being alone, totally enthusiastic. I was fine all the time.

If you are looking for a super cozy house that can be your home for a while - then you've come to the right place! Everything was in perfect order and tidy. Everything has really been thought of; various nice / nice gifts, special bed linen for the kids, Christmas decorations, ... With the icing on the cake, the giant breakfast picnic basket! The central location gives you the opportunity to do all kinds of trips in Limburg. Certainly an address to remember!

A beautifully spacious guesthouse where comfort, luxury & hospitality is paramount. The decor is stylish and very atmospheric. Beautiful art objects have been subtly added to the interior and stimulate curiosity. Nothing is missing, even the fridge is filled and there are tasty snacks ready to eat. Upon arrival there was a small gift with a welcome card. There was a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room, which made us immediately feel like Christmas. In short, a great stay to feel at home and compliments to the friendly hostess Danielle.

Lovely place with lots of little personal touches. Easter eggs. Funny bits of pottery everywhere. And a lovely traditional Dutch breakfast with hagelslag! Really enjoyed our two days nights there. Highly recommended.

The view from the room is cosy and you can see agricultural fields. Breakfast is simply delicious with variety in reach day. I stayed this apartment to official trip. IIona is really kind and alway speedily response. The house located in quiet and safe residential section , and supermarket „EDEKA“ is also near by, it take 3min by car. House is really clean and they have enough towels ,cooking equipment, dishes and also we enjoyed the fire stove. They have small garden . We enjoyed cooking , relax , sleep so everything. I can do everything like my house. For these reasons I have spent perfect 4 days at here . I really recommend this apartment and I would like to stay here again.

This was our third stay with Moritz and Riccarda and it was wonderful as always. If you like to stay at a home that is comfortable and in the beautiful countryside but close to civilization then this Airbnb is perfect. This was our second time staying with Moritz and Riccarda and it was a great stay once again. They have a lovely home in the country not too far from Aachen. It is quiet and peaceful and great for walking tours. The home is beautifully crafted and makes you feel very comfortable and cozy. There is everything you need for your stay including an amazing kitchen to make meals and a luxury bathroom with jacuzzi tub. This is a great place to stay and we will be back again for sure!

Gertrud and Wildfried are very friendly hosts. The house is fully furnished and every detail in the house has been thought through. Although this house is at basement level, the space is attractive because sufficient sunlight fell in. We also liked that we did not live at street level and this helped us to relax. We slept well on a lovely bed here. A tiny minus is that the internet reception is only mediocre. The apartment is spotlessly clean, in short, we are very satisfied.

Great little house with nice location in a neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, it has a crib for little ones and is very user friendly. Our little one really enjoyed the backyard and the trampoline.

The owners were really friendly , spacious rooms , very clean house with a beautiful bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and fast internet was a good bonus. Very happy with the overall hospitality and accommodation. Highly recommended.

This was the second time we stayed at Maurice’s home, and once again we had the best time at the PinkPop festival, all thanks to Maurice. His house was spotless, and there was everything we needed, towels , toiletries, coffee and tea etc. Communication was 10/10, he always responded to any we queries we had. Definitely recommend Maurice with a stay in Limburg.

Lovely home, excellent location. Great for exploring the local area.

The house is in close proximity to the German border. A supermarket and some restaurants can be found in walking distance (about 1/2 mile away). It has been a perfect place for us (2 adults and 3 kids). We are looking forward to being back in the near future.
