Clean, cute, and welcoming! PLEASE NOTE: Vanderbilt is a small, quiet town. For more things to do, visit Gaylord (8 miles), Boyne City (15 miles) or Petoskey (20 miles). Please do not book this space expecting otherwise. Thank you. This historic property dates back to the 1930’s-1940’s so please note this home is old and has a wall furnace in the living room, therefore closing the bedroom doors can make it colder in there during the winter months. There are space heaters in both rooms.

This tiny home is brand new from ground up in the spring of 2019! It’s a industrial style home and equipped with everything you’ll need for a great stay! Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. Big Lake Cabin W Hot Tub/ Kayaks/PngPong/Cable/HBO

The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees.
