“$$/$$$ Reservations recommended. Hands down my favourite restaurant in the Cayman Islands. Located in an office complex downtown, The Brasserie is the epitome of slow food. They have an apiary and chicken coop, own fishing boats, and employ fishers and gardeners to bring in the fresh catch and produce from the greenhouse and urban garden. If they don't grow or catch it themselves they source from local farmers wherever possible. Check their Facebook page for daily specials and always order the grilled cheese share plate. Note: Closed on weekends.”
