Come and stay in our refurbished flat in the basement of our Victorian town house. Guests also have a beautiful light-filled lounge. We have just added a Nespresso machine and pods! Spacious for couples & business travellers. Very close to Guildford's historic High Street and 2 minutes from London Road Guildford train station. The Old Stable

We have converted the old stable into a guest accommodation and can offer a compact and modern living space right in the heart of Dunsfold. No street lamps, one pub and the village shop just about sum up the ambience. It's a beautiful springboard for country walks and our cosy and separate studio will provide a comfortable and well appointed base. Whilst some reviews suggest that the stable is small, and that's something we can't deny, everyone also adds that it is perfectly formed!

Delightfully Refurbished Semi Detached House

Openness was the key theme to the 2018 refurbishment ; the Kitchen and Dining rooms merged into one with large doors extending this space further onto the patio. Space re arranged upstairs to include a bathroom and three separate bedrooms. Taking the chimney breast out was quite a job but provided room for the corridor and made the new layout work quite well. STAIRS : Please not that this is a Victorian era two up two down house and as such the stairs are quite steep.

This is a very cosy self contained double bedroom with ensuite, not a cottage with lots of rooms! Please read the full description and look carefully at the photos. Kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave. Very efficient electric wall heaters. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week.
