Beautiful residence with 2 parking spaces. Very nice and pleasant neat apartment with balcony and sunny until the evening. Nearby: 5 minutes from Epinal Cité des Images, Canal de l 'Est with its kilometers of bike path. The port of Epinal (Bike rentals). 10 minutes: Bouzey Lake. Hiking, Bike Rentals Between 40 and 50 minutes: La Bresse, Gérardmer/Longemer (its lakes) , Ventron, for skiing, snowshoeing, or hiking. To get a breath of clean air in les Vosges.
