A bright, comfortable studio with high ceilings, and a full sized kitchen which includes a butcher block counter seating area for working or dining. Gas stove, Fiestaware dishes, Revere ware pans, silverware, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, and refrigerator. Fully fenced in yard with private gate, patio, and lawn. The secluded Mesa Lane Beach is 2 blocks away, and the Douglas Family Preserve with beautiful bluff views is a 5 minute walk from the house.

Peaceful studio suite with private entrance, queen bed, kitchenette, and bathroom, looking out into our garden. Family neighborhood, close to 101, 10min drive to downtown SB and Goleta, beaches, hiking areas, dog parks, great restaurants. All pets are welcomed; no additional fees. Pet sitting & rental car available. Looking for low-key guests as the studio is attached to our main house where we live with our three cats. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. Sandpiper Trails: a coastal preserve experience.

Sandpiper Trails is a private studio in our house with a private entrance, private side yard, and private bath. This tract home neighborhood is a half block to hiking trails on an ocean bluff preserve. Monarch butterflies winter here while herons, egrets, and hawks, share ocean and mountain views with you. Beyond the waves dolphins and migrating grey whales surface with a Channel Islands backdrop. Sandpiper golf course, Bacara Resort, and UCSB are close by. It's about a 15 min. drive to SB.

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Large Sunny studio with ocean breezes

Light filled large studio in quiet neighborhood. Private beach access 1/2 mile walk away through our quiet neighborhood. Less than 1/4 mile away you will find over 200 acres along the beach bluff with many trails. UCSB is close, in fact you can bicycle there along the bike path just outside our community. The studio is ideal for business or vacationing as it is located between the many businesses in Goleta and the numerous attractions in Santa Barbara.
