Lodging
“There can be few London experiences more magical than dinner in this spellbinding dining room. It really doesn’t get ritzier than a night at the Ritz, with its gilded ceiling and gracious, polished-to-perfection waiters. John Williams, MBE, heads up the kitchen and he’s all about the very finest seasonal British produce – Scottish lobster, Norfolk crab or beef Wellington are favourites, and you’d be bonkers not to order the crêpes Suzette for pudding (they’ll fire them up on a gleaming silver tray by your table). A pianist tinkling away in the background every evening adds a romantic feel and helps the real world fade away for a while. ”
