The landlord couple Clara and Luigi are two very, very friendly and welcoming landlord, they really care for us in every possible way. Location is quite convenient place to stay, surrounded by convenient supermarket Famila, Conard, etc. as well as convenient laundromat. Clara ha preparata tutte le accessorie necessarie in casa, in somma non manca nulla, a dirittura c'è anche olio d'oliva fatta da loro, delizioso! Il giardino e ampio, ci sono i cane da caccia i coniglietto, i cigni, e le capre, il mio bambino piace tantissimo i animali quindi per lui e davvero divertente di giocare con questi animali. La posizione di casa e ottimale, vicino a supermarket Conard, famila, si arriva anche senza l'auto, in più lavanderia self-service si trova 100 metri lontano da casa , comodissimo! Si trova da vero molto bene qua, senz'altro la possiama volta che vengo a Gualdo verrò sicuramente di nuovo qua, perché qua c'è feeling di casa.

Availability and confidentiality joined together. The old mill and its surroundings speak of the care, love and attention that these two wonderful people have towards the things, animals and people. Clara & Luigi are sharing an amazing piece of history in their beautiful home. A jewel set in wonderful landscape in the ancient town of Gualdo Tadino. We had such a warm welcome, brilliant hospitality and shared stories - all without a common language! Communication is no problem when it comes from the heart. Highly recommended for a fascinating homestay.

We spent two days at Clara and strongly recommend, especially for families with children is a great place for them, not only for the beautiful garden graced by the presence of so many animals, with which our children were happy to play, but also for the exquisite courtesy of Clara and Luigi, who welcomed us with great hospitality (they even invited us to their house to eat bruschetta and roasted chestnuts), and they were patient and careful with children. The house is spotless and lovingly cared for in every detail.

Good morning, I wanted to congratulate the host Silvia for their patience with the reception ... we arrived a few hours late due to traffic on the highway. The house is very cozy and reflects the description reproduced on the site. The location is great for visiting the main cities. In short, a good weekend spent in peace.

Silvia and her little family were always kind and helpful. They welcomed us into their home, reserving an attic nice and bright with each space and situation of comfort. For two days we moved easily to any destination in Umbria. Great experience!

The house is situated along the Flaminia but it is very quiet, and friendly. We stayed very well.

Everything was great and Silvia is a perfect host! The flat is as per images, clean and quite...we'll be back to Silvia as soon as possibile!
