“Great brunch and in the evenings amazing chicken wings ! They don't take reservations in advance or by phone so pop in early on the day to book. Great for families and casual dining.”

Burger Joint

“Ok these guys only do burgers. Hamburger, Double-hamburger, Cheese Burger, Double-cheese burgers. They are beyond EPIC. Don't be going anywhere else for a burger. Please, you will only be disappointed and wondering the whole time you're eating it - is this as good as a Bunsen Burger? You'll have to queue but please remember - good things come to those who wait.”

“Live music and really nice atmosphere in the heart of Temple Bar area. It's not the best place for drinking a lot because it can be quite expensive (as it is almost every bar in Temple Bar). But is worth it the visit!”

Pub
$$
“The Old Storehouse is our go-to pub in the Temple Bar neighbourhood. It's 20 metres from the centre of the action, but there's a lot of room and it's usually a bit less packed than the other bars in the area. They have live music every night and tons of space to listen to it! It's easy to get a table near the entertainment, which is not always easy, especially in this area.”

Italian Restaurant

“One of my favourite restaurants in Dublin. Italian - authentically focusing on cuisine from Puglia. Small, simple, homely basement restaurant. The food and the owners do the talking.”

Bar
“One of the more lively tourist spots with good live music that can be busy during the week, not that bad for getting laid either, I avoid on saturday and sundays as more sophisticated and interesting nightlife on dawson street for example is a better choice.”

Italian Restaurant
$$
“Enjoy delicious Italian pastries like cannolis, tartes, great coffee, savoury bites like cheese and charcuterie boards, great wine and of course my personal favourite - Aperol Spritz. Be warned, all of the above are served with a relaxed / sometimes frustratingly slow serving style. Worth it if you've time to relax and chill.”

Sushi Restaurant

“Tengu Izakaya is located at the rear of Yamamori Sushi on lower Ormond Quay, and with an entrance on Great Strand Street & plays host to a variety of dance nights, my favourite being the monthly Lumo Club. It’s a tasty Japanese restaurant by day, part of the Izakaya family and the bar & club open from 10pm on Fridays & Saturdays. They get great DJs in, with a covered garden with plenty of seating for smokers & tasty cocktails all night long. Cool vibes all round. ”
