Os avenue is a peaceful Downtown area built around 1920. The house is located on the same street as the famous cobbler castle in the hall that stands at the end of Os avenue just 1 minute from the Rooster Park. The area is in 10 min walking distance from the library, cinema, cafer, Busterudparken, the cultural center and the pedestrian street. South halden is only 15-20 min by Halden train and bus station, the harbour, pier cultural hall and all the city's serving places and restaurants. Schultze Valley which is the city centre's amazing natural gem is 5 min walking distance from the house.

Large, airy apartment on the 2nd floor of a semi-detached house, centrally located with great views of the city towards the fortress. Fifteen minutes walk to the city center. Nearest neighbor is the beautiful Red Manor with a farm café, gallery and park facilities. In the area, there are several good hiking trails, including Kyststien. Halden is a lively small town with a good deal of cultural events. Cosy marina with several restaurants along the edge of the jetty. 10 min drive to Svinesund, 25 min to Strømstad. Great bus connections to Sweden

How about resting at the Fortress, overlooking the city, close to everything you could need? Haldenhytta has a charm you discover as soon as you see the space at the top of the cobblestone hill. Here, the tour areas at Fortress meet the old downtown. The host lives here partly himself, so some private things will be there. It is possible to rent rooms for a more reasonable price, if guests want to stay here while the host is home The house in the lush garden is located on the pilgrim trail. Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Wonderful guest house by the sea on Galtö.

The accommodation is located by the sea, on Galtö on the way out to Resö. Right between Strömstad and Grebbestad. The guest house with sea view is located on our property about 50m from the sea. Within 20 miles there are four golf courses. Galtö also offers good fishing waters for sea trout and fantastic forest walks. From the terrace you can enjoy the sun and sea views. My place is good for couples, small family, golfers, fly-fishers. Even dogs are welcome.
