We are 3km’s from the heart of Havelock North and in a semi-rural location; on the main arterial road into the village. The cottage is fully self-contained and on separate grounds to our main house, which is on the adjoining property. There is even room for a caravan (with external power point)

Located on a summer fruit orchard, surrounded by trees with a view to the Tuki Tuki River and Te Mata Peak, this small 2 bedroom flat enjoys all day sun, with the lounge opening to an outdoor area. A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available on request. Perfect for short stays. The villa is spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (including spa bath) open plan kitchen, lounge and outside deck. Our outdoor pool is heated to a minimum of 28 degrees from October to April. We are just 12 minutes from Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and Cape Kidnappers. Explore the wineries and bike trails that surround us. Our cottage is located on a quiet, no exit road only 5 minutes drive to Hastings, 7 minute drive to Havelock North, and only a 15 minute drive to Napier. There is a fantastic Farmers market every Sunday at the local Showgrounds which is only a 3 minute drive away. A cycle way runs through our road and links to several different cycle tracks covering Hawke’s Bay. Our place is good for couples, small groups and families (with kids).
