“49th State Brewing Co. is the only brew pub in the Denali area. Great beer and good food with outdoor dining combine to make this a fun place to eat and drink. Sometimes they have music outside! It's located north of Denali Hideaway in the small town of Healy - across from the 3 Bears Grocery Store.”

“In the heart of "Glitter Gulch" where many of the restaurants and hotels are just outside of Denali National Park is Black Bear Cafe. It's a little local gem in the midst of corporate hotels. They have great desserts, coffee, breakfast, and lunch items. Their outdoor deck is nice for relaxing and people watching. Locally owned and operated. ”

“Going to the Denali "Doggie Demo" is a highlight of many visitors to Denali National Park. A Park Ranger gives an interpretive talk about the sled dogs of Denali. You also get a chance to pet the wonderful, friendly sled dogs if you'd like. It's free and no reservations are needed. The Doggie Demos are at 10 am, 2 pm, and 4 pm seven days a week. There is a free courtesy bus that departs the Denali Visitor Center 40 mins. before each show to take you there. The show lasts about 40 mins. ”
