Excellent location to restaurants in the downtown area (walking distance) and not to far from the beach.

Very clean and organized loft! Next to a street full of bars. Very calm street, without noise. Loft enters the side of the house, well reserved.

This is an inexpensive option for staying in Hollywood. The location is great, just down the street from young circle. It is a pretty basic place and considering the cost it met my expectations.

This place was quiet, not a far distance from the beach and shopping center. Easy to get in. Matthew communicates well, spacious backyard, place to park, WiFi worked fairly well and tv with firestick! All around good experience.

Matthew's cottage was very comfortable for a short stay and is a fine alternative to a hotel if you prefer staying in a residential neighborhood.

Amazing place! Stayed there with my girlfriend for only one night after our cruise vacation but wish I could’ve stayed for longer. Overall very clean, very modern and very comfortable. You definitely get more than what you pay for. Location was great, 8 min away for the airport and 10 min away from Aventura mall. My one and only concern is that the walls are fairly thin so you could hear the people walking/talking in the hallways or in the room next to yours, but other than that I highly recommend and would 100% stay there again!

Great location for Ft Lauderdale area business meetings

This was our first time using an air bnb and it was great. House was clean and the neighborhood was great. The only issue I had were the sheets on the bed seemed to be fraying and were rough to sleep on and some of the plaster on the ceiling was falling down. Other then that I would absolutely book with Gloria again!

Well-equipped, comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. The bed in the second bedroom was a bit too soft. Also, we would have liked curtains that kept out more light. Really just small details. The place was great!

Cozy and very clean place

We flew in from Ireland, picked up a rental car and drove down 30 min to the accommodation. Check in was a bit stressful but once that was sorted everything else was absolutely brilliant. Hollywood beach is exactly 10 min. I’d absolutely recommend

Great place with the perfect setup to be away from home. Minutes from the beach and equally close to all main arteries, including i95, you can get to everywhere you want to be in a reasonable time.

The cozy was very welcoming. The studio was very clean, check in was easy, and communication was great. Nikki provided a lot of great things to do and places in the area to visit. I would definitely recommend the cozy and would stay here again.

Very clean and gets the job done! We spent only 10 bucks on each Lyft ride to get to Hollywood beach so the location was very convenient. The shower was big, there were snacks that we could have and the best part is that she has an umbrella and a beach chair for your use and since my boyfriend got burnt, that got put to use. Great stay! She has lotions and sunscreen and band aids and more toiletries for you to use. You can tell she cares about the satisfaction of her guests.

This place is perfect for a solo trip or even as a couple! I stayed as a single woman and felt very comfortable and safe in the space. I liked the neighborhood and it was very close to the beach and grocery stores. Nikki was an excellent host and really cared about me enjoying my stay. She gave great local tips and the space was really thought out.

It is a room not a house, just to let others know. It was super clean and looked great. We loved the ease of getting in and out and had no issues here. However, the fees (if you have more than 1 person there is a fee, cleaning fee, and booking fee) were a little much. Still deserves a 5 star rating and owner was kind and polite and even offered an upgrade for free. All in all great little room with a bathroom and kind hosts.

amazing stay on comfortable house. everything according an american high standard. location is nice, very quiet and safe. apartment has everything what you need for short or long stay. very comfortable king beds, coffeemaker, micro-oven , huge fridge, electric stove, oven, grill and otc. The house itself, with its unique design and beautiful backyard its realy luxury. Incredibly easy check in/out and great communication! Will be back again on my next trip to Miami.

Matthew's place was exactly as described/pictured in the listing. Easy check-in, great area, extremely clean, and Matthew offered great communication.

We were impressed by the beautiful big house, in which nothing was missing. Large garden with seating and grill and all in a super quiet and safe area. You can still ride your bike or on foot late at night. Shopping, going to the beach in Hollywood - all by bike! Last but not least, we would like to mention that Matthew is a very attentive host who answers questions quickly. We will definitely book with Matthew again!

Slight strict with checkin but worth it, very clean place.

Matthew’s place is more tan. I expected is so well equipped and clean excellent location. He is very responsive and easy to talk with. For us was a pleasure to stay at his place and it was definally better that I could ever expect.

We stayed for two weeks at Matthews Beach Hideout. And our vacation there was a blast. The house is oerfectly located and has everything you need. With the full equipped kitchen we were able to cook if we didn't want to go out. Also for our two year daughter was a separate bed avaible. The house is clean and we really felt like home. Matthew is a super friendly host. He answered all our questions and gave us a lot of tips what to do. While it was our first AirBnB booking he rose the bar very high for all other bookings to come.

Cute studio with all you need for a few nights

This guest suite is clean, comfortable, cozy, and is a wonderful place for a short stay! It has a private entrance and it’s close to the airport, restaurants, stores, and easily accessible via Uber or Lyft. The hosts are very nice and responsive to all inquiries. I highly recommend this little suite if you’re in the area!

Diana and Brad were the perfect hosts! This was our first experience using Airbnb and we were pleasantly surprised and happy with our experience. From our initial inquiry any and all questions were answered quickly and clearly. Brad and Diana’s place is spotless, cozy and conveniently located near Port Everglades and the Airport, perfect for the night before or after a cruise. Diana and Brad gave us great tips on places we could go, just a short Uber ride to the “Broadwalk.” (no spelling mistake this is what it’s called) We would have no hesitation in recommending Diana and Brad’s place for a short stay.

My friend and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this place! It was nicely decorated, clean, and the shower water was nice and hot after a long day of activities. Little things like a microwave, iron, mini fridge filled with water bottles, eating utensils, soap, and amongst other amenities helps this place stand out because it’s a huge convenience and keeps you from making store runs or finding alternatives for conflict. I would most definitely recommend and return to this comfy abode.

Katja’s place is clean, quiet and stylish! The location was good - just a short Lyft ride away from Hollywood (about a $7 ride - so quite affordable). The room is definitely “tiny living” - but it’s a great space if you are travelling light! We had one suitcase - but if we would have had more there wouldn’t be any floor space. Easy check in and a nice place to stay for a couple nights! :) thank you!

The Chill Room was the perfect stay for my friend and I on a quick trip to Florida! The room was spotless and held so many great touches that we loved. Perfect amenities, a beautiful and thoughtful kitchen set up, and the most comfortable bed! We joked about spending all day in our Airbnb because it was such a positive experience! We had a great time staying at Frank and Carlos's home. It was spotless and the back yard is great! We enjoyed sitting by the canal and lounging around the pool. The location was great too! Shopping and the freeway was near by, and being located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, it was so easy getting to these locations!

My husband and I stayed here 4days prior to our cruise. Beautiful place with a lovely pool, places to sit or lounge. One of our favorite places to sit and have morning coffee was beside the intercostal waterway that runs by their backyard. We did rent a car which was a great option as this home is in a residential area.

A wonderful place! It looks exactly like it does in the pictures and the check in process was super easy. Juan was really easy to communicate with through the AirBnB app. As pictured, there is no curtain between the bed and the French doors, so make sure you pack an eye mask if you want to sleep in. :)

Frank and Carlos were amazing! Beautiful home and beautiful people! I have been to Florida many times, but never been to a place like this! So many animals! Frank was very attentive, but also let us be! Answered in a heartbeat any questions or requests we had! Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! It was a great stay at Deric's place. It was exactly how I expected. I used the Sun Shuttles to go to the playa often and it was really great (you need to install the app for it and have some data). They can take you directly at the apartment. Also, if you want, you can walk to the beach by the Hollywood Boulevard, it took me approximately 45 minutes. Enjoy your stay !

We had a great stay and Robert and Lizbeth’s place! Everyone we met was very welcoming and helpful, and our late-evening check-in was a breeze. Lizbeth showed us how to use the alkaline water faucet, which was delicious. The home is close to the airport, beach, and many places to eat. The outside area is beautiful- so many flowers and trees. The neighborhood was quiet and I enjoyed a nice run in the morning with little traffic and noise. It is a shared bathroom with other guests, and a few people live in the home, so there isn’t total privacy, but everyone was easygoing and helpful.

Reasonable price, clean, and nice hosts!

Mike and Tom were very friendly, and keep a clean and inviting home. We stayed when we were in town for a concert at the Hard Rock and to visit Miami, it was good value for the proximity to both locations. I would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Quick response. Great layout, and middle room to block out noise, especially useful, if only 1/2 people staying. No big oven, which is ok! Just overlooked the detail on our part.

The 2nd room is small and it gets hot & stuffy at times. The beds are extremely comfortable. Found some stains on the pillow cases and not sure how clean the blankets/sheets were. The grill wasn't clean and some of the kitchen appliances that were available. But overall the place was better than the pics showed, nice little area outside to chill/smoke talk on the phone. There are many options close by, even walking distance i believe. In the main room/area the bed is huge, there are extension cords. I was able to plug in my ps4. The bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths. A few used, half empty body wash available (no shade). The bathroom could of been a tad bit cleaner, i took a shower with slippers on (not that it was necessary, Im just cautious). She also has 2 dogs that you can hear from the other side of the door of the second room. I took a nap at some point and i swear them dogs was barking for like 2hrs straight. No funny, that blew mines. But honestly overall, you get your moneys worth and i was only there for a week to handle business. Thank you Ef for your hospitality. I would stay again if I was by myself.

Quick 1day stay, was easy access & parking, quiet neighborhood

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, in a good location, and the host was very quick to respond. They even offered us bicycles to ride around town and to the beach, which we did and had a great time. Would definitely recommend. Also... there's a bidet!

There is a good reason why they are “superhosts”. We stayed here for two weeks and was really happy with chosing not to book a hotel in a downtown tourist mecca. The location in a nice calm neigbourhood was super for us. We had a rental car as well with parking right next to the house. It was really easy to go on daytrips in all directions and parts of Miami from there. Also, communication to and from Lucy and Thomas was outstanding and caring! They checked up on us before and during in order for our stay to be as pleasant as possible and was really flexible with everything in general. The studio has everything you need and more than we expected! Recommend!

Tom has a good assortment of beach amenities for his guests to use ! Foodies try the stops on Hollywood Blvd just west of Young circle. Closer in for breakfast or lunch is Jacks diner or Grandpa’s diner. Bon appetite

Deric’s studio was very clean, modern, and perfect for my boyfriend and I. The studio had really good air conditioning and we felt safe due to there being codes to get into the building and into the studio— and meant we didn’t need to carry around keys! Being within walking distance of downtown Hollywood and having access to free shuttles to the surrounding area, including the beach, made it a perfect location. Deric also responded immediately whenever I messaged him on the app. We would definitely stay at this studio again!

Great Location, The place come with everything you need. The view is beautiful and the color changing lights are very elegant. Joshua is always a text or call away. Great communicator and understanding. The bed is comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying here again !!

I enjoyed my stay at Joshua's airbnb. His place could've been cleaned a little bit more, but other wise everything else was great! Every appliance performed just fine with no complaints. He even has stuff in his airbnb in case you forgot something. Joshua responded to any questions pretty fast which was awesome. He treated us kindly and was professional. This airbnb is placed in the perfect area, as the area is quiet and relaxing. Joshua has nice amenities such as Alexa and color changing lights which was nice to have. His airbnb was very stylish and would satisfy anyone's taste. Would love to return in the future once renovation is finished. Thanks for the stay Joshua!

We stayed at Joshua’s luxury condo in Hollywood Florida for five nights. Upon entering the condo it was breathtaking it actually took us aback! We arrived in the evening around 8 o’clock and the lights over the town through the glass “walls” was just spectacular! My husband of 44 years was like a kid with “ALEXA” changing the lighting from Reds, to Purples, to Greens and of course White in the Condo Living room !Everything in the condo was very tastefully decorated as well as conveniently located! And all the little things you may have forgotten to bring on your trip, not to worry that was all available too! We will be back again next year! He truly is a “SUPER HOST” Debbie & Dr. Ron

The apartment is exactly as the photos. Really enjoyed staying with Joshua. He is a very nice and friendly host. He brought a blender after asking him if he had one in the kitchen, very thoughtful of him.

Loved it! We met the host the evening we arrived and he was very friendly & accommodating. The room was very nice & cozy! It had a workable kitchen w/ everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, TV (w/ capability to hook up Xbox/PlayStation), and free WiFi that worked great. The bathroom was nice, clean, & stocked & the shower was spacious & comfortable. OH! & Free parking within a few steps of the door. Perfect for a single or couple!

If you’re looking for an inexpensive yet still comfy with gorgeous interior, then this place is perfect. The communication with Nabila was quick and easy, the interior was absolutely stunning (especially the bathroom), and it was a really easy checkin/out. You will not be too far from other desired locations, it worked out just the way we had hoped.

This was a great place to stay to travel between Fort Lauderdale and Miami quickly. Also very close to airport. Cute and quiet neighborhood.

Place is clean, quiet and close to everything.

A spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. A short walk to some nice looking bars and restaurants. A long walk or a short Uber to the beach front. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a solid place to stay with a good parking facility. Plenty help from the hosts if required and a good information file. Trolley service wasn’t running when we were there so you will need an alternative way to get to the beach and beyond.

Shirel & Sons apartment was very nice and clean. Parking was very convenient and the location was off the main road but yet close to most everything.

This place has been my home for sometime, I am very grateful because they have helped me a lot. The place is very nice, quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the basic needs. It is located in a very central place of the City. This can be considered one of the best hosting places in ARBNB.

Amazing value for the price! We loved our stay here. Super clean and comfortable, only 20 minutes from Miami, easy parking, and tons of small nice touches. Instead of being in a hotel room or a room within a house, you basically have your own apartment with private access, a bathroom, and full kitchen. We would definitely come back!

David's accommodation is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Hollywood near Miami, it is a beautiful and cozy house very well equipped, nearby there are markets and restaurants, there is also a beautiful beach, super recommended David is an excellent host, he is attentive to everything and is too cordial

Thanks to David for a incredible stay. The apartment is well decorated, clean, comfortable and conveniently located with all the amenities you need. David is kind and very helpful, and was very easy to communicate with. One of the restaurants he recommended we tried out and was one of the best meals we had. The space was cozy and lovely, it it well located of you like spending time in northern miami, great proximity to Fort Lauderdale and Aventura. I had a great time and David was a really good host.

David provided wonderful amenities and suggestions on local places to visit. His place was actually bigger than what we expected and it was beautifully decorated and so clean! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit. It was a perfect place to stay since it was in between Ft.Lauderdale and Miami.

Great value for great location to beach and I-95. The pool area was very pretty though I didn’t get a chance to use. I grew up in South Florida so the house felt like what I grew up with, so very nostalgic. The home was very clean and the bed in room 2 very comfortable mattress, pillows and sheets. Definitely worth the price!

I stayed for approximately two and a half weeks. I felt very relaxed because the room is much like an apartment: there is a large bed, a couch, TV, fridge, and all of the things you need to feel comfy :)

Lubo and Arthur were great! VERY QUICK at responding to any messages whether that be for check-in, needs (pool towels), or other! With a great price and location we had an awesome time! He's super friendly and willing to chat if you are (which we were)! Breakfast turned into an hour long convo of all sorts of topics which was a great way to start our day! The shared space was never an issue for us, from the noise level, sharing the bathroom space, or hallways! A side-note (which doesn't go against the stay as it's a personal preference), was the bed was a bit too soft for me as my back demands a firm mattress. I ended up folding down the futon for a firm surface to sleep on. The linens and pillows are also polyester so I (who is the guy who's always hot) got pretty hot when trying to sleep. The fan in the room as well as the comfortable temperature of the house/room was able to rectify this once I moved to the futon with the extra sheet(s) which are provided in the closet of the room. I would highly recommend staying with Lubo and Arthur and will so again in the future if needed! Thanks again guys!

Great Service

One of the most amazing stay I've had with an airbnb. Lubo have been very helpful and friendly thorough our stay. The room is spacious for three of us and very clean. We stayed during new year and Lubo provided us with a bottle of wine to enjoy, which we really appreciated. The breakfast every morning was also great! I would definitely stay here again if I visited the area.

Lubo is a super great host. My flight got delayed but Lubo nicely waited to greet me till very late in the evening. And the house is awesome with great facilities and comfortable beds. Lubo also nicely prepared breakfast for us. That’s a really great short stay in Lubo’s house. Will definitely choose to stay here again and recommend it to my friends.
