Comfortable 2-story house in the upper part of Hornitos, very well equipped, with a direct ocean view. Large covered terrace and comfortable outdoor space with barbecue grill. -4 large rooms, 2 are en suite. - Outdoor patio with post-beach shower. It has a caretaker, a light generator and gas. -Includes: 6-7 hours daily approx. of generator. Hours: 10-13 hrs and 20-24 hrs. (Extra value per hour $6,000) -Gas included. -7,000-liter water tank. It is delivered full, it must be returned the same.

Beautiful and cozy cabin located in Punta Itata, one of the most beautiful, quiet and spacious beaches in the Antofagasta Region. Special for disconnecting with family and friends. Water consumption is charged separately from the rental price. Water is a very scarce commodity in this area. Take care of it! Pets are welcome. The cabin comfortably accommodates 13 people. There is no hot water. We have 2 bottles of purified water available for guests. 1 awning two parasols
