Our cozy furnished yurt is nestled in 43 acres of secluded mountains a mile above the S Fork of the Payette River between Banks and Crouch. It offers off the grid camping (you provide linens) with electricity, wood burning stove, sink, propane cook stove, grill and WiFi if desired. It's close to most every outdoor activity you would find in the mountains of Idaho. Note: Our yurt may not suitable for everyone. There's no running water but we provide 10 gallons and there is a clean porta-potty.

The small town of Crouch is close by and includes several dining options. Rafting, biking, and hiking are right out the door. A scenic 1 hour drive from Boise.

Our place is a feeling. If you arrive at night, you are greeted by Christmas lights. Park next to the deck, walk a few feet, open the door, and a warm cozy heat will make you smile. You're home. "Kate Brown" wears a hat and is milked every day. We give free goat milk samples for your coffee or cookies. Free-range chickens and roosters will follow you. Snuggle down on the love couch for a DVD movie or Roku (you connect to YOUR cellphone Hotspot).
