“This emblematic place is one my favorite. A very old bar in Madrid. It might be one of the oldest definitely. They only have a few choices of sherry wines, and a few Andaluz tapas. Don't miss it!”

“Flamenco is in the roots of Spanish culture. We've seen Flamenco performances several times at Cardamomo, and we love it every time we go. Highly recommend getting tickets that include the sangria. We recommend getting a seat up close, but skip the dinner package. There are better options for food. Besides, trying dinner at a different restaurant allow you to see a new place. ”

“Paella: A Spanish rice option. What foreigners call paella. You'll see paella everywhere around. But the truth is only foreigners eat these kinds of rice. If you want a true one, the one people from Alicante or Valencia will respect downtown, this is the one. Don't innovate much: abanda is always the best option. If you know, the black squid rice is beautiful!!”
