Perfect localization - very close to the beach and the shopping center with wi-fi. The breakfasts were very good, always with fresh fruits and juice. The whole family is incredibly helpful, kind and understanding. And the dog is super cute! We can recommend this place from the bottom of our hearts, not only because of the quality of room and food but also because of the people - honestly the nicest people that we've met during our 3 weeks trip to Cuba.

Omar and his family are charming. We loved staying at his house, they solved all the doubts we had, they helped us book a tour, they offered a very good breakfast and we felt very comfortable. We would repeat without a doubt.

It is a really nice place. away from all the touristy hotels. This gives a feel of real cuban life even in the most touristy town (Varadero). The place is located very close to the beach and also close to many nice restaurant. Go to Bodeguita Del Medio for good food, drinks and a very nice ambience. Also try the fantastic breakfast on offer for 5CUC. The room is very basic, but it has all the basic amenities, like hot water, AC etc to make your stay comfortable. Overall, a very nice place to stay in Varadero!

The house turned out to be much prettier and more comfortable than in the photos! We had a small cozy room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is very easy to find, the location in the center, from the Viazul bus station 15-20 minutes on foot, the accommodation is very clean and tidy. Near beautiful clean beaches, many cafes and shops. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The courtyard of the house is green and cozy. The hosts allowed us to leave our bags until the evening before departure. We will be happy to come to this apartment again.

The Family was just lovely, welcoming and helpful. The Casa is located really well, just a less than 5 Minute walk to the beach and with a lots of restaurants and supermarkets around.

Location right in the center of Varadero. The room is equipped with both a bedroom and a bathroom, and a hall (dining room + kitchenette). Stairs lead to the room, which are guarded by a lovely dog :). The hosts gave us all the answers to the questions we needed.

Carlos' house is very well located, very close to the beach and good places to eat and have fun. The house is reserved, clean and spacious. Jennifer was the one who received us and we can only be grateful for the hospitality, care and affection with which she treated us, she is very communicative and gave us many tips on how to make the most of our stay. We chose to have breakfast at the accommodation and it was amazing, very abundant and prepared with great care, everything was very tasty and Jennifer was concerned with the details of the table that was very well set. Super nice apartment with a great outdoor area and bathroom. It was the best shower during our whole trip to Cuba. Breakfast can be prepared on request. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there are: beach, restaurants, ATMs, supermarket and the possibility of WiFi access. Carlos was a very attentive host who even provided us with some home remedies since I was unfortunately in poor health during our stay. Overall highly recommended.

Perfect location in Varadero! One block to the beach and right off the main avenue with all the restaurants and bars. The house was in brand new condition and extremely clean. The property managers and housekeepers were friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Adriana's place is a gem. While more expensive than other properties, you are getting what you are paying for. The place was immaculate, very well located, and very homely. More importantly, both the manager and housemaid are incredible. We spent hours with the manager learning about life in Cuba; that was honestly the best part of staying at this property. The housemaid went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. When we came back from the beach and used the outside shower at the house, she took all our wet clothes and hung them properly to dry (and even folded them in the evening), without us ever requesting her any of it. They also provided amazing breakfast for 5 cuc per person (highly recommend opting into that). Great stay overall! Highly recommend this place.

Leidys house was wonderful - very close to the beach and town, delicious breakfast, and her and her mother were very kind. Private entrance so could come and go as you please. Varadero is extremely beautiful.

This is a perfect location for combining days at the beach with day trips to neighboring cities (e.g Matanzas). The backyard is very pretty and quiet and allows you to escape the otherwise quite touristy atmosphere of Varadero. The room is clean with windows in two directions which was nice during hot nights (if you don’t prefer the AC). Leidys and her family were very nice and helpful and we would definitely recommend this place if you end up in Varadero.

I went with a friend to Varadero and the stay at Leidys house was perfect! She and her mother, Ernestina, are very friendly and helpful. The house is very well located, near the bus terminal, the main avenue of Varadero, some party houses, a square with wifi and, most importantly, a beautiful beach where you can reach on foot 2 minutes The rented room has a private entrance, is spacious, has closets, a minibar, new air conditioning, a great bathroom and many outlets. We could also wash our clothes there. In summary, we highly recommend the place and even more recommend that they chat with Dona Ernestina and listen to the stories of when she was a teacher. We hope to be back one day!

The place is in an amazing location! Walkable to most things you’ll want to do in Varadero. It’s about 2 blocks from a great beach and 1 block from the main strip with all the restaurants and businesses. You can walk from the Viazul bus station but we got a cab for 3 cuc. The place itself has a kitchen, good shower, and bedroom with TV. We only stayed one night so we didn’t spend much time there. But the AC was very helpful during our time. Overall a great stay and a great deal!

The apartment, although small, is very comfortable, since it has a shower outside when returning from the beach and its own bathroom. The location is perfect, just 100 meters from the beach! It is also near the Viazul terminal. I totally recommend Belkis and her parents as hosts!

This is a sweet little spot and the hosts were simply lovely! We did have some trouble finding the place due to an incorrect address listing, so make sure just to ask. But don't let that deter you from going!

The attention is on the part of Frank's mother, she is would be but what you ask her responds in the best way, kind and with the disposition, do not hesitate to approach her. The location is perfect across the street and is an entrance to the beach. The room very comfortable, you feel calm and clean. The bathroom is always very clean and outside the room. The breakfast for 5 CUC is abundant, rich, varied day by day. It was the best breakfast in our stay in Cuba

Frnak Luis' place is in a great location right on 1st street in Varadero. The Beach is literally outside your door. Restaurant's, shops and bars are close by. Frank Luis was very attentive, helpful, prepared an excellent breakfast (for an additional cost as is the case in Cuba), and was very hospitable.

We had a great stay at Lazaro's Casa Particulares. It was a really nice, clean room with a good shower. We enjoyed a great home cooked meal, the house was just a two minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Varadero and we felt very welcome!

The family at Lazaro's place are truly welcoming, delightful and super helpful. I loved spending time with them at breakfast or dinner. You can of course be completely independent if you want, with a super clean air-conditioned room, big bathroom, great shower with hot water. They provide a great breakfast if you want, and the dinners, especially the lobster, are yummy, yummy,yummy. Location is excellent, a block to Centro Commercial, easy walking distance to restaurants and music and markets. And of course close to the most beautiful beach in the world. I loved my time with Nareida, Lazaro, Betsy and Victor, thank you. I recommend Lazaro's place totally, and will stay there again if/when I get back to Varadero.

You will find everything what you need for a perfect stay in Varadero. The beach is very close and Lazaro and his family are very friendly and perfect hosts.

Lazaro is a very nice and helpful man. It will also give you some amazing eating tips! You will have a very nice terrace and you will be two blocks from a divine beach !!

Amazing - really amazing - breakfast. We came during stormy weather so couldn’t enjoy the beach too much but location is not bad at all considering the city is so spread out. Lazaro was a really helpful and attentive host. He even escorted us to the bus stop to the airport. Only thing I’d say is the room we stayed in (Room 3) has two single beds pushed together, so it might be a bit of an issue if you were expecting a double! Overall lovely stay :-)

Lázaro, Betsy and his mother are very friendly and hospitable. While we were only there one day, they were very nice to us and prepared breakfast for us at 6am! before taking our bus and Betsy gave us a book

Highly recommend. Very clean. Beautiful room with own entrance. Double bed and a single bed in room plus livingroom with TV and fridge. Rocking chairs to sit back and enjoy the Cuba weather. They have a nice space in the backyard to sit back and relax. We played cards and listened you our music. I tried to become friends with the birds. Only 1 liked me ;) The room was cleaned daily. Minutes to walk to beach or meals. Breakfast at Casa was well worth the 5cuc per person. Victor and Karelia are very nice people. Son Johnny and Daughter in law Elly were great help for communication. We can not wait to return next year.

Ana was so lovely and made us feel like home. everything was absolutely fantastic. Then there was the lovely woman who cleaned our room everyday and the breakfast was probably the best thing we ate while we were in Varadero!

Ana's place was great and comfortable. The bed is very large in the room we stayed in which was perfect. The home is central to Varadero, near restaurants and bars, including the beach. Everything was clean, and there was hot water in the shower. In order to use the wifi, you need an ETECSA card. Overall, we recommend this place!

Excellent place to stay near the beach restaurants and a shopping center. Hearty breakfast, the best of our trip to Cuba. The room we had (# 4) was smaller than we thought but had a very comfortable queen bed. Bedroom # 7 is much more spacious. Felicita and Miguel are exceptional hosts, very kind. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Marta is exceptionally kind, the apartment is very well located just 3 minutes from a paradise beach, well equipped not to mention Marta's breakfasts. The outdoor area and the open kitchen make you want to cook like at home. We will definitely return to Marta's in Varadero!

Our stay was very good. We were very well received even though our transfer was delayed 3 hours and they were always attentive to our needs. We found the house very clean! The location is very good, close to the social life of Varadero. There is a small kitchen in case you want to prepare something quick. We opted to dine at nearby restaurants. Cuban flavor was good and inexpensive. P.S. Don't miss the opportunity to meet Myriam's dad, Don Cosme. It was a super nice experience to be able to speak with this Cuban gentleman. A genius!!! My regards to Don Cosme.

Miriam's house is very well located and clean. The hostess is a sweetie. It is a Cuban house: old, with renovated bathroom, Split in the bedroom and fans.

My stay was great, the room is actually almost a separate small apartment comprising a bedroom, a small kitchenette, private bathroom and a salon, all this with a separate entrance. It is situated on the main street, 5 minutes to a lovely beach. Miriam and her husband are really nice and helpful with any information you need. I would definitely stay there again.

I chose this inn because it was a step on foot to the sea in Varadero, but is there more than 100 m? It is like that. However, it was close, and I explained that there was a game center where Wi-Fi can be used and a cheap rice shop nearby, and my family was very friendly and good! The room was clean and the shower had hot water, and the hot water was heated using a coffee maker, so it was good to be hungry and eat the ramen brought in at night! The dog Linda missed me so much and it was so cute!

From one of our crew - Of my 4 visits to Cuba this definitely was most enjoyable experience as it offered glimpse into the daily life of a Cuban family Yisel is a fantastic host and welcomes guests with an open heart. Any special request and enquires I had she took very seriously and made sure she accommodated me best she could. Although my Spanish is limited I already miss her humor which did not need language to crack me up. Jorge speaks English very well and is always helpful. Their young son is a well behaved young gentleman, I wish my Spanish was stronger so I could have had more conversations with him From me - Yisel made this stay for me - great hospitality and humour - breakfast was great too. Very close to the beach and everything you would need.

When we arrived we were the lucky folks to be detained for a random inspection on our way through the airport. In spite of the delay Yisel was there waiting for us with a car to take us to her casa. Just off the main road set back behind a wall is a lovely retreat. We had the room on the top floor with the balcony which was like having another room. On our return we took both rooms on the top floor which worked out great for the three of us. Nice clean sheets and towels, including towels for the beach. Excellent generous breakfast with the added bonus of chat with the hosts. I would go again and think about taking my whole family and renting all the rooms.

We could not have asked for better hosts than Yisel and Jorge for our first two nights in Cuba. Their place was huge, beautiful, and very close to the beach. They cooked us a delicious new year's Eve dinner and were extremely helpful during our stay there. When we came back to varadero at the end of our trip, they even allowed us to leave our luggage there so we could enjoy the beach one last time. We definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Varadero, and be prepared to meet the happiest, most lovable dog ever, Rocky!

The house is very well located (200m from the beach and small shops). The room is well air-conditioned with a small terrace. Nothing to say, moreover, there is a good pressure in the shower (which is not an easy task in Cuba). The family of this casa is very friendly and helpful, as well as the little Rocky who is really too cute. The breakfast at 5CUC is hearty and very good. However, the pool was not filled during our stay in this casa, but that did not stop us from spending an excellent stay.

The place is central, it is one street from the beach, they have hot water, air conditioning, internet, they provide towels for the beach, and they also have breakfasts which are very rich.

Mercy and Roberto's place was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze, we could come and go as we needed, and felt very well looked after while staying with them. Roberto introduced to a wonderful breakfast place at Casa Torres next door and gave us the lay of the land. The casa is very close to a beautiful section of beach with lots of places to get good eats and drinks in the neighbourhood. We made a great meal for ourselves in the well-equipped communal kitchen they have for guests and enjoyed relaxing on the porch. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend!

Roberto is a very nice and caring host! He speaks a little English and tries very hard to talk everything out with hands and feet and English and Spanish! The kitchen to cook yourself is good to use and if you want you can get breakfast from the neighbors! Would book again with Roberto at any time! (We were with Roberto for 9 days!)

Sonia's rental was clean, close to the beach and restaurants. and was exactly what we expected. On top of the great accommodation, I got food poisoning (not sure where from) and Sonia allowed my family to check out late while I rested and her family helped me with medicine and care. this is the perfect little oasis in Varadero. it’s located right in the center, being just a block from the beach with a tasty bakery “dulceria” in between. Jose Carlos and his family were very accommodating and sweet to us during our entire stay, making sure we had everything we needed and suggesting delicious places to eat for a cheap price. definitely eat at Sabor Cubano after a long day at the beach! his mother was especially accommodating during our stay, giving us fresh towels and coffee in the mornings. they also provide wifi if you ask! ¡gracias por todo Los Pepes!

Dainery is an incredible and attentive host. The accommodation is very large and there is a private exterior. Don't hesitate to listen to Dainery's recommendations because they are all great: restaurants and great deals for the beach!

Dainery's house is amazing. You have everything that you need. She offered a breakfast for 5cuc per person that is lovely. The WiFi in her house is pretty good. The house is just 2min walking from the beach. And the beach is a paradise. And just 1 min walking is the shopping center.

The room is much better than the pictures. We're been welcomed with Mojito which was great after I really long flight. The house is really close to the beach and you have a lot of great restaurants close by. They are amazing hosts,always there to help with everything you need. We felt like home and we totally recommend staying here if you are in Varadero. A massive hug for Arteaga's family and see you next year.

The excellent reviews were very accurate in describing how wonderful the hosts are and how great the location is. Highly recommend staying here to anyone that is thinking of vacationing in Varadero. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious - for 5 CUC you get a royal breakfast with fresh ingredients. Lis and Ezekiel were delightful to talk to, and always very helpful. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely return there next time we're in Varadero.

Everything went very well, the hospitality of Ezequiel, Consuelo and Lais is really super, they made us feel at home! They helped us in every difficulty we encountered, from giving us directions, to finding a replacement room for a day that we hadn't booked, to being able to use their computer with wi-fi because the phone didn't work, to exchange money in days where no shop or bank wanted to help us. Having a foothold and people you can count on in these cases is really something precious! The house is in an excellent position, with many nearby places and really 3 minutes from the beach. The room is well equipped, with a fridge (essential for us), a TV, an air conditioner, a fan and a bathroom always with spare paper (not to be underestimated in Cuba at all). And the gem not to be missed is the best Mojito in Cuba !! Without exaggerating, the mojito with which Ezequiel delighted us every evening is truly unsurpassed, said by those who have tried several around Varadero and La Habana. Truly a super super recommended host! When we return to Varadero, it will certainly be our destination of choice!

I highly recommend Artego's Casa in Varadero. They're such amazing and polite hosts and their home is perfect. Everything you need is there, such as breakfast, wi-fi or cocktail. Our apartment was very clean and the breakfast was very tasty. They waited for us when we arrived and they're more than willing to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. If you're on your way to Varadero, I'd recommend staying at Artego's Casa.

Great place to stay in Varadero. Warm welcome together with a Mojito by Lais and her parents. Room with own bathroom is quiet, clean and has a mini-bar. Great breakfast to book additionaly. Definitly a place to recommend. Speaking Spanish is needed to have a real conversation with the parents.

In general, everything is fine, the owner is responsive and welcoming, the kitchen has the necessary accessories for cooking, the house is clean. To the beach to go close. Also close to entertainment and shopping centers. In general, I liked everything.

We lived our stay at this little house! It was super cute and extremely clean. We especially appreciate the location: it is literally 3 minutes from the beach and several shops, bars and restaurants are in walking distance. We particularly enjoyed our mornings and evenings spend in the rocking chairs of the courtyard. We had a very comfortable stay and recommend this place to anyone visiting Varadero.

This was a great place to stay. It was quiet, being at the end of the street, but still conveniently located. I was alone and for one person it was a nice amount of space. I really appreciated the fan and air conditioner. I liked that it was self-contained and private, and even had a small front yard for sitting outside and relaxing or reading. A couple of my friends had similar accommodations nearby but I liked mine the best and would choose if over others if I come back.

One of the best Airbnb I had in Cuba!

It is very close to the beach and the tourist bars, it also has a foot sink when you come from the sand, she treats you like another family member, you really will not regret staying at home, the air conditioning is good It cools very well and there was a problem with the light in the room that was fixed immediately! And that in Cuba is rare since they usually take their time, on the other hand it helped me to get transportation to the airport.

Ernesto is a great host and the house's location is incredible! Just on the beach and really nearby to restaurants, markets and a internet access point. Way better than the expensive resorts.

Ernest's casa is LA casa de Varadero. It is the only house with direct access to the beach, and very close to restaurants. Delicious breakfast on the terrace facing the sea. We make a lot of envies !!! Ernest is very attentive and always ready to give us all the information. You can shower in the garden to remove the sand on your way back from the sea. Really a very very beautiful address

Everything correct at Mariela's house. The location is very well one block from the beach, and there are several places where you can eat a few meters from the house. There are ATMs also very close, important in Cuba since, with rare exceptions, the card cannot be used to make payments. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Varadero and its beaches.

This is very clean, good AC, shower is not the best because of the low pressure, especially to get rid of the sand after the beach. The apartment is very close to the beach. It is very comfortable and nice, has hall with sofa and armchairs, bedroom with bed, wardrobe and air conditioner, kitchen and bathroom with towels, soap, shower gel. The breakfast for 5 cuc is very delicious.

Silvy's accommodation is the best, it is a few steps from the beach; very clean and spacious; the breakfast service is very good; and they make you feel at home; I would definitely stay with them again.

The hospitality and disposition of Silvia and family are unbeatable, they solve anything you need and give you guidance and recommendations. The location of the house is the best possible, 1 block from the beach (the quietest without tourists from all inclusive hotels, speakers or animations). In the corner the place where to have internet without having to consume in the bar. The entire house is extremely clean. And it is close to all the places to eat and have fun to the left and right you do everything on foot within a few blocks. We loved meeting this warm and respectful family, who showed us affection and did not invade us at any time. Delicious breakfasts! Very comfortable accommodation to reach the beach. There is also a Wi-Fi point operating all day nearby. Stop one evening for dinner with them because it was a real pleasure.

Very very clean house (the most beautiful bathroom that we have seen in Cuba) perfectly located, close to the beach and in the city center. Only one night for us and yet we felt at home. Jennifer and her family’s place is a great option if you’re thinking of spending a good amount of time on the beach! Top 3 things I liked about her place 1) location! 2 min walk to the beach, there are minimarts and cafes also in within 1-2 blocks. 2) the bathroom - one of the cleanest I’ve seen in Cuba! Water pressure of showers can usually be low in Cuba, but Jennifer’s place has hot water running with enough pressure- this is a big plus coming back from the beach 3) her family were all so very charming and friendly :) I wish I spoke Spanish, but they nonetheless took great care of us with great hospitality ビーチからほど近く、清潔感たっぷりのカサです。

We felt so lucky to have landed at Casa de Mercy in Varadero. Jennifer and her family are so kind and helpful. The room is very clean with a big bathroom and the kitchenette has a big mini fridge. We loved their breakfast and ate it every day. Jennifer went out of her way to accommodate my vegetarian wife. Jennifer was quick to help with whatever we asked. The location is ideal. It was quiet, yet right in downtown and across the street is a hotel with WiFi and 2 beach chairs for rent for $5 a day. You’ll love staying here and won’t want to leave.

We were welcomed with such Hostility by Jennifer, Maria and the rest of the family. I would highly recommend this rental property as it will check all the boxes. You can't ask for a better location, 5 minute walk in either direction gets to you all the hot spots. Scooters available for rent directly across the street in front of the hotel where wifi is also available. The room was spotless. Really cozy and you can come and go as you please, no entry buzzer. The meals they offered were fantastic so much so that my wife and I ate all but 3 meals in the house. Chicken, pork, Shrimp, soup, salad, fries, sandwiches, platano maduro, fresh juices, etc. It never stopped. I typically go to Cuba to shed a few pounds but I admit I definitely gained this time around. They're a spanish speaking family so be sure to have a translating app handy if you have any questions you need answered. It really felt like home. They greet you with smiles and are available for any need you may have. I especially enjoyed that the fridge was pre-stocked with beer, water, and soda. It is very reasonably priced and uber convenient. I look forward to my stay in the future.

It is a private room with its bathroom and a small kitchen, it is excellent because it is one block from a hotel with wifi and two blocks from a beautiful beach. Nearby there are several options to eat economically and party. Widely recommended

The location of the apartment is ideal. Jennifer is super nice and a late check-in is not a problem. The room is a bit small, but it is very clean and there is enough space in the bathroom.

Jennifer's room is in a beautiful house. It is a spacious and extremely clean room! The situation is excellent for visiting Varadero. Very close to the beach and many places to eat, have a drink or just go for a walk. Josone Park is very close and you can go on foot. The breakfast made and served with love is excellent. Jennifer and her family are adorable people with whom you easily get attached. We spent some beautiful days, better than we expected and all thanks to these beautiful people who received us with love and were very attentive to us. Do not hesitate for a moment to go to this place, everything is much better than in the photos. More than a beautiful stay it has been a beautiful human experience. If I return to Varadero I will return to this place without a doubt. Thank you so much for everything!

Great location! We have stayed at a few casas in Varadero and really enjoyed staying with Karelia and Victor. They were excellent hosts. We really enjoyed the location, beach and cerveceria just down the street! Breakfasts were really nice.

Good location - 3-5 minutes to the beach on the same street, near the Viazul bus station (15 minutes with a suitcase), near the bank and places where you can eat tasty and inexpensive (for Varadero :)). On the way to the beach, a bakery, there are cakes and cakes. For our needs, the location was perfect. Cleaning every day, in the room and bathroom is clean, in the common area too. There are beach towels (!), Air conditioning and a refrigerator. The entrance to the room is almost separate, from the back yard. Great hosts - funny, friendly people, great family!

Yisel y Jorge met us with a New Year’s Eve dinner which included fish he caught that morning. It was a perfect surprise after our Viazul bus broke down on the way. There was a problem with the lock on our door when we arrived but they provided and different one u til they could get it fixed, no small feat during the New Years holiday. The whole property is like a little vacation oasis. The pool was not filled so that was kind of a bummer but they house is like a block from the beach so it’s not necessary at all. They told us about the local street fair that was happening to celebrate the new year and gave suggestions on other clubs to check out as well. I would highly recommend this casa.

It is a GREAT place to stay, the hosts are great and very friendly. It is located one block from the beach, many restaurants nearby, beatles bar and Josone Park which is spectacular.

The house is located very close to the beach, with less than a minute and you are there. It is a house just for you with its room, bathroom, tv, fridge and microwave. Norma, the hostess, is a very helpful person and always available to help you. She lives in the house next door and will always be there if you need something and she has spoiled me a lot. I am a vegan and she has prepared for me the best food I have eaten in all of Cuba and that is why I am very welcome. Hopefully I can come back soon. I highly recommend the house.

Excellent place to spend a few days in Varadero. The place is very central and everything is very close. The beach is across a street, restaurants are three streets away. Without a doubt there is no better place. Norma is an excellent person and if you have any questions she can help you.
