Perfect for a short visit

Great location, great host!

The sofa bed was very comfortable and Sam was a great host. The apartment is in an amazing area (great value!) and very clean, spacious, and modern. Couldn't have asked for better!

I was in the Baltimore inner harbor area for a week-long conference. Clean, great location, and safe area. Would recommend to anyone travelling on a budget.

Great location, although difficult to find if you're not used to downtown residential arrangements - it's a nondescript door in a busy area on a tiny street in the middle of a city. The apartment was surprisingly clean and classy, and the host was responsive. Rated down a star because I found the common room bed to be uncomfortably hard, not leading to great sleep. I can't speak for the bedroom beds: they're probably fine. I had to park in a nearby parking structure (which was easily walkable); this might be normal, and expected, but cost additional money.

I had a great stay at Sam's place this weekend! The apartment is beautiful and just as described. I stayed on the living room futon - but there's really kind of two living room spaces and the one where the futon is is so tucked away! Although it was in a shared space, it felt kind of private and the other room in the house that's rented doesn't open up to your space, so you don't actually see other guests going to and from the bathroom. Sam was really easy to communicate with and I felt super connected chatting with her. She even gave me a lift up the street to an event I was attending because we were heading out of the house at the same time, and recommendations whenever I texted her looking for a local spot. Unfortunately our paths didn't cross much more - but I would definitely stay in her place again if I'm traveling to Baltimore! It was perfect for what I needed. Only tip would be maybe get an extra lamp to make it a little brighter in that space! :)

Sam made my first Airbnb experience an excellent one. Her place was clean, easy to find, and easy to check into. She was very prompt answering any questions I had and was extremely nice. The location is also awesome. Close to several good areas. I would definitely stay again if ever in town!

I attended an event in Baltimore and the location for this room was perfect! Close enough to walk and pick up some food on the way. The room itself was very nice for the price. Exceeded my expectations. Definitely would stay here again.

Kevin's place was very comfortable, clean, and in a great location for our weekend in Baltimore!

Perfect stay. Kevin is welcoming and not at all overwhelming. He provided me with some information on the area and regarding possible things to do or visit. He keeps his place up very well,... more importantly, the place is nice and nice-looking, but more importantly, it's very clean! The bathroom is shared, which I'm sure was mentioned somewhere in the description, but I overlooked at that. In any case, there were no issues at all. Bed is comfortable, wire-less works perfectly, there are some snacks and coffee available in the kitchen (btw, no dishwasher, so you take care of the dishes you use). Overall, very nice. I stayed at Kevin's place during a conference, and it's been a treat! Just 5-8 minutes walking distace from the inner harbor, it is perfectly located in a historic, but lively part of Baltimore, with many restaurants and in close proximity. The appartment itself is spacious, immaculate, and on a very high standard. If AirBnB wouldn't already have the term "Superhost", they would have to invent it for Kevin. He was great to communicate with, not only during arrival, but also most pleasant to talk to during my stay. He can also tell you a lot about Baltimore and the area, but also has an intimate knowledge of soccer. After this most pleasant experience, Kevin's place would be the first I'd check for availability when I'm in Baltimore again, and I would highly recommend his appartment anybody else.

Overall great experience! Kevin was very welcoming and open. He helped us get around the neighborhood and gave us great recommendations for activities and meals. The room (and air conditioning!) was fantastic. Very comfortable bed. Great neighborhood, really close to Camden Yards and lots of bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay in a great neighborhood! I was attending a conference downtown, and it was an extremely easy 10 minute walk to the venue. The house is close to some great restaurants and night life, but still on a quiet, safe street. Kevin was extremely easy to get along with. The house and room were clean and very comfortable. I definitely recommend this room to anyone!

I was traveling to Baltimore for a conference at the city's convention center. My planned arrival time in the city was on a Wednesday around 9am and my flight out on Saturday was 9pm. Jason and Meredith were extremely accommodating and allowed me to have access to the room as soon as I arrived in town and also let me keep my bags at their place on Saturday until early evening so I did not have to carry them around with me all day. The accommodations were outstanding! The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the private bathroom was large and clean. Located about a 10 minute walk from the convention center and inner harbor there are numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars all within 2-3 blocks of the house in the Federal Hill area. I had a tremendous experience during my time in Baltimore and a I believe that the superb accommodations made it even better. I would stay at Jason and Meredith's without hesitation the next time I am headed to city.

Great hosts and room, clean, convenient. Nice having a coffee maker, water and snacks in the room. Walking distance to the harbour. We felt very welcomed in their home! Jason and Meredith truly went out of their way to make our stay special. We highly recommend them.

I stayed at Jason and Meredith's place while in Baltimore for a conference at the convention center, and it was perfect! Highly recommended to anyone in town for the same reason -- or just anyone just looking for a welcoming, incredibly comfortable place to stay. The room had literally everything I could have needed (desk, reading light, various device charging cables, coffee, snacks, a huge TV, a couple beers(!), and plenty of comfort and privacy. Meredith was out of town, but Jason was a great host. I've stayed at quite a few Airbnbs over the last few years, but this one was my best experience yet. The neighborhood is great, with plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance (though I also walked so far as Fell's Point, which was a totally pleasant walk on a warm night). Though I was a bit worried before I arrived, I didn't feel uncomfortable walking on my own in the early evening (I was probably out until ~10 or so). I'll definitely consider staying again should I find myself in Baltimore!

Everything about this BnB was excellent. The description was accurate, the place was clean and comfortable, and Jason and Meredith were great hosts. The local beer in the mini fridge was awesome! They recommended Wit and Wisdom for cocktails and The Black Olive for dinner and I was blown away by those experiences too! Neighborhood was safe and the BnB was close to most activities we did. Also, I'm allergic to cats but did not have any symptoms or see any signs that the cats invaded the room (as advertised). Highly recommended! Just don't sleep on the chocolate truffles laid out on the bed like we did!

Jason and Meredith create an special environment with wonderful artist touches that made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. fresh clean environment with artistic touches including lovely private bath stocked with amenities (the minty bath soap is awesome) including mini Fridge with cold water. I felt comfortable moving around the charming neighborhood. I will return and have found a home away from home. Jason and Meredith were very helpful and Supportive during my brief stay.☺️

This is a great place to be for a visit to Baltimore. It was a really easy walk to the Inner Harbor. I also used Uber a lot and the location is easy for that, too. Upon arrival at 2 pm I found a parking spot across from the house where I parked my rental car for two days. (They have a neighborhood permit to put in the car.) On a future trip I would turn the car in early and just walk, or use Uber or Lyft. Jason and Meredith are super friendly and eager to be helpful. Their "house book" had great suggestions. I ate at two places they recommended in the neighborhood and they were wonderful: SoBo Cafe and Blue Moon Too. (so good I had breakfast there twice!) Yes, the Cap't Crunch French Toast is delicious! I wish I'd had more meals to eat in the neighborhood as it looks like there are a lot of good places. I also had a wonderful massage at Healing Path a short walk away. It's new to the neighborhood but they have two others in the city. The room and bathroom were very well stocked. The fridge was a great addition, as were the blackout curtains. The curtain in the hallway makes the set up very private for moving from bedroom to bathroom. Towels were nice and soft, too. I highly recommend a stay with Jason and Meredith in Federal Hill!!

This place is the perfect place to stay. Clean, in a great location, and Bailey was incredibly communicative and helpful. It is a large, clean, modern place with a great king sized bed (didn't really use the other bedroom with the two twin beds).

Matt and Jenna are excellent hosts and their place is the place to be if you are staying in Baltimore. 10 minutes from the harbour, blocks away from a lot of excellent restaurants, and 10 minutes away from the ball diamond if you're an Orioles fan - still 10 minutes away if you're not:) - the location is wonderfully central. More important - if you are looking for a hotel-like experience, Matt & Jenna have set their place up perfectly. A helpful guide of every question you could ask is available, and they are always on the spot if you have a question. Privacy is no problem and the bathroom is definitely hotel quality, complete with shampoo and soap. I could go on, but suffice it to say that this was exactly what I was looking for while attending a conference. Thanks again!

The location is perfect, a short walk to the inner harbour with shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room space and bathroom were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Jenna and Matt provided lots of information that made the check-in/out process very simple and convenient, and they were very welcoming and friendly. Little extras in the room like bottled water and an information guide with lots of suggestions of things to do in Baltimore were great. I highly recommend Jenna and Matt's place!

Our stay at Matt and Jenna's was fantastic. The location and quality of the accommodations is even better than the listing gives it credit for. A coworker and I needed a place to stay in the city while working during a snowstorm. Jenna and Matt were very accommodating and met all of our needs. The whole check in and check out was very stress free and we are very appreciative!

Their house is in a great neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and bars on federal hill, as well as the aquarium and other attractions. The room was very quaint and clean, and Jenna and Matt were great to interact with and replied quickly to our messages. Would definitely recommend for even a longer stay!

Jenna and Matt are great hosts -- very welcoming and friendly. They reached out to me early and often, and were quick to respond when I contacted them. This is a GREAT spot in the Federal Hill area, close to shopping, restaurants, and bars. One of the best spots I've stayed in when using Airbnb for my travels!

Jenna and Matt are great, and their space is comfortable, clean, and super convenient. I have never been to Baltimore. I loved wandering around the neighborhood, buying some books at The Book Escape (one of the best bookstores ever) and taking in the architecture. Jenna and Matt have a little notebook in your room with restaurant recs and also a few historical tidbits about the location, which is super cool. You have privacy, but they are also right upstairs if you need anything.

I would stay with Jenna and Matt one hundred times over again. The bedroom and bathroom were very nice and kept very clean. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy. They were extremely nice and even had a book of suggestions for food, attractions, and transportation ! Ideal location for city life and walking distance to great local places !

Matt was great. Very quick to communicate and help. We went to an Orioles and they are right next to the stadium.

The minute we walked into the modern, updated apartment we knew we were in the right place. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, safe courtyard, resturants everywhere and walking distance to everything. We parked our vehicle and never used it until it was time to go home, 6 days. There is a garage on Water Street where you can park a large van. We'll be back in a year.

Very nice flat, close to the Inner Harbor, steps to nice restaurants and nightlife. Wifi and air conditioning perfect, very comfortable for 3 people.

A clean, well-organized space that is cozy but has everything you need. It feels more like a home than the typical Ikea AirBnB, which was nice. It's important to note that there is only one window which faces a wall across the alley. This made the apt feel dark and confining for us, although some may not mind. The apartment is located close to the wharf, so you're walking distance from many of the harbor tourist sites. The building is very new and clean.

This one bedroom has everything you need, including a washer dryer. Hosts were great communicators and very friendly. The instructions for every part of the stay were very helpful. The apartment is very nice. I would gladly stay there again.

Great place in Baltimore, good full kitchen, washing machine, TV with Xfinity cable. Small negative side is small bed in a bedroom which squeeks and couch, that can be transfered to "bed" is really uncomftale for adult. Kristen was super friendly and guide us thru nicely. Place is 100% as describded, photos are what you get. Good place for a Baltimore visit.

We had a great time staying with Lisa and Steve! The house is in a great, central location, yet still on a pleasant, quiet street. Some of us used to live in Baltimore, so we had fun going to some of our favorite restaurants and the American Visionary Art Museum, which we loved and which was really close by! The house was really comfortable and clean, and has so much charm - we loved the back patio and the upstairs deck! We didn't use the sauna but if we had been here for longer we definitely would have. Lisa and Steve were really helpful and nice and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again and will recommend their place to anyone visiting Balti!

My family and I had a great stay! The house is exactly as described and extremely clean. Lisa and Steve were also kind enough to stock the house with just about everything you need. Just bring your groceries and you're all set! There were even welcome muffins that I didn't get to try because my family devoured them all, which means they must have been pretty good :). Three adults, two children and our fur babies were comfortable for our weekend stay. The stairs in the house were kind of steep but they weren't a problem for any of us to reach the 2nd and 3rd floors (including a person in our party that has had knee surgery). The steps leading to the top patio outside were also steep but again you can make it! There is also a very nice dog park around the block that was not only popular for pets but has a great view of the harbor. The location was also great. Everything is in walking distance and you can even go for a nice run by the harbor. Parking can be tricky but we never had too much trouble getting a spot. I would suggest walking if you can especially since everything is close. There was even a sauna on the 3rd floor that I didn't get to try personally, but my nieces said it was nice.

Excellent experience. The host was very quick and responsive. The House was clean, trendy, located in a great area, and well though out. We have nothing negative to say about this experience.

We arrived super late, but the host gave us great instructions on how to get in. The apartment is way bigger and better than the pictures. The furniture, decor, and kitchen were all top of the line. The TV was great, we watched the olympics. The location was amazing, I walked everywhere. The street is noisy, so I slept with ear plugs and a white noise machine.

Clean, breezy and easy. Location right by the harbor, and proximity to everything you need in a city. Great hosts, helpful when my plane was delayed by 3 hours and I arrived after midnight. Quick to respond with any questions. My training was a short walk away. Bun shop across the street has great coffee and a wide selection of pastries. Grocery store on Charles street a 7 minute walk away. It is a bit loud here, but it is a city. May not be for you if you're a light sleeper.

This is a very cute place conveniently located near the convention center and Baltimore Harbor. It's very nice inside and looks like the pictures. I attended a conference at the convention center and this was perfect. Lorraine, the property manager, is amazing. She will make sure you have everything you need.

I was not staying but arranged a last minute stay for a friend and her two elderly sisters at the last minute over the Thanksgiving weekend. The hosts could not have been more helpful for which we are all sincerely grateful. The flat was massive - you could probably jog round it for exercise. Nice amenities in the area.

There was a minor issue with the listed apartment, but they got my group into a nice apartment no more than half a block away, so there was no lingering problem, or loss of place to stay. The apartment we ended up in was quite lovely, and overall, my group and I were very pleased with our stay. Any issue we had was mainly caused by miscommunication, and here I sit, writing this the day after the trip, having resolved those issues VERY quickly. Thank you for the wonderful home away from home while we needed it, Gonzalo.

It is a nice place directly located in Downton, Baltimore and close to the inner harbour. Communication was sometimes a little bit cumbersome as we got the number to text with an assistant via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and not all the instructions were clear for us. But overall we totally recommend this spacious place :)

This was my first AirBnb experience and really enjoyed it. This is a great location with bars, restaurants downstairs, and the inner harbor two blocks away. Couldn't beat it, and so much better than a hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in Baltimore over Christmas. We went there to be with our daughter since she had a new job and wouldn't have time to take off to come home. Condo is centrally located and we could walk to many things. I was under the impression that parking was included, but ended up having to pay for parking at a garage across the street--an expense I was not counting on, and it was expensive. Also we paid for the pent-house and was given a different address to go to when we got to Baltimore and ended up on the 6th floor in a smaller condo. Watch out for bait and switch. The condo was nice, although the linens and towels were pretty thin. We LOVED the gym next door--spending Christmas day playing foosball, basketball, ping pong and shuffle board while the ham cooked. All in all, it was a nice place and a good location, but parking and not getting the condo I paid for without a heads-up made the stay not as nice. Property manager Lorraine, was absolutely wonderful, though.

We had a delightful stay. The condo was as expected, and so close to the Inner Harbor and the Convention Center. We could even walk to our niece's place in Federal Hill area, and to restaurants and shops in the Mount Vernon area. The condo was brand new. We asked for some help on a couple of minor items which were attended to promptly and courteously. We will definitely stay again when our travel plans take us back to Baltimore.

Tanya and John were welcoming and helpful hosts. It was a pleasure to spend time talking with them. The bed, and room in general, were very comfortable. I very much appreciated the bottled water they provided. The high ceiling (and ceiling fan) was nice features. The location was perfect for walking to Orioles Park, Inner Harbor, Harbor East, Federal Hill, and public transportation. I'd gladly return.

It's just a short walk to Federal Hill and the Inner Harbor. There's a light rail stop to get to the airport and a purple line stop to get downtown all with a few blocks. It's the perfect home base for exploring Baltimore. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

I was in town for a conference at the convention center. Tanya & John's place is pleasant 5-min walk away from it, making it super convenient. The neighborhood was great for early morning runs as well as late-night drinks and everything in between. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

If you are wanting a very nice airbnb experience in the Federal a Hill area of Baltimore ( just an easy 10 minute walk to harborfront area with free and convenient on street parking)this is a great choice. The location is also easy walking distance (10-15 minutes) to catch a Ravens or Orioles game ( which we did to see the Cubs play). There are also a large number of interesting breakfast and dinner restaurants nearby in the Federal Hill neighborhood. The room was spacious,newly furnished and had the bonus of interesting architectural details ( the room is on the 2nd level of a former church building). Very welcoming hosts were available to answer any questions. Thank you Tanya and John !

I travel extensively for work, and in Baltimore for business every month. This is my second time at this property. Because I am in Baltimore a lot, I have had the chance to stay at most of the major hotels in the harbor, but regardless of how great the hotel staff is, a hotel is a hotel, and this place is a home. The neighbors are super quiet, felt very safe in this area and aside from the central inner harbor location, the area is historic and very quaint. My experience during my first stay here a few months ago was excellent, and this time it was the same. The place is two short blocks from the harbor and I am a runner, so love being able to get out of bed and into my run on the harbor, and then walk to all my appointments. The hosts are very responsive, the place is super clean, comfortable, quiet and they have continued to leave both regular & decaf Starbucks ground coffee in the frig - something very important to me when on the road. Since my last stay, they have also added a new queen size memory foam mattress in the guest bedroom that I loved because it reminds me of ours at home, and they also added new teas & a new stainless steel tea pot that I like having late at night. On my last day, the weather was so great that I over did it in my run, and the jacuzzy whirlpool tub came in handy on this trip. In short, if it's available on my next trip, I will be back again.

Great place to stay if you are doing something at the convention center. We walked everywhere and the stadium is right there so you can walk to the baseball game.

Very close to the convention center / inner harbor. I could literally come back for lunch in between talks. Ideal location for conference attendees as well as baltimore tourists. The immediate neighborhood is very nice / quiet and but its 5 minutes away from the lively area, which is fantastic. Check in very easy, apt is in very good condition as well. Highly recommended

Beautiful home in a great residential setting that is the closest to Downtown, convention center and inner harbor east. Very clean home, and the queen bed in the master bedroom had more pillows that I knew what do with. Both my bed in the master bedroom and the full size bed in the second bedroom's sectional sofa-bed had featherbeds on top of the bed which made for a very comfortable sleep. Your are in the heart and center of the inner harbor, so you will hear some city noise at night, but no more than I hear when we stay at the Hyatt Regency & Sheraton Hotels on the street behind the apartment. Workspace areas were great and I like sitting in the dining room table while watching local tv stations for the day's weather. The second bedroom also has a small antique desk, but I did not use it. The parking was right behind the apartment in the center of the apartment complex and it was very very well lit when I got back late. Watch out as you exit the parking as the gate takes a few seconds to recognize the car motion to lift. I am a morning runner and the harbor trail is about a block from the apartment and you can take all around the harbor. On the second day, I tried the planet fitness gym that is about 2 blocks from the apartment and the equipment there was brand new. I am not a member of planet fitness, but just got a day pass. The host left a bottle of water by the bed for our arrival, a bathrobe in the master bedroom and also ground starbucks & seattle's best coffee in the freezer. I am a coffee snob who does not like K-cups/capsules, so I appreciated the option of using their french press (best to truly taste your coffee) for my morning coffee or their single serve ground coffee machine. The hosts asks everyone to take their shoes off upon entering and they left white terry cloth slippers in the front of the apartment and while at first I wasn't crazy about having to take my shoes off upon coming in, it kind of grew on me after coming in with shoes that were soaked from melting snow. I usually stay in the Hyatt Regency or Sheraton Hotels directly behind the apartment, and decided to give this airbnb a try because of the location and because it offered parking. I enjoyed my stay here, and if it's available on my next trip back to Baltimore, I will stay here again, and maybe have the family meet me here to see the national aquarium on the harbor.

Great space in a great area! This house was really big with lots of space...perfect for our girls weekend! It was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The tv with Hulu/Netflix was a plus! Location was perfect...walking distance to popular bars in federal hill and a quick Uber ride to inner harbor. Communication was great...for answers quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay, beautiful home, and communicative hosts

I stayed in one of Gonzalo's company's apartments for a convention at the Baltimore Convention Center. It was conveniently located and his assistant, Lorraine, handled all the arrangements and was my main contact. She was great - she checked in with me before I came and during my trip. She also tackled a problem with broken wifi and got it resolved very speedily. The apartment was pretty good - clean, but worn. Note that it appears to be standard operating procedure for them to switch you to a different apartment than the one listed. I didn't really mind; they switched me from a two bedroom to a one bedroom since I was traveling by myself, but it's something to be aware of.

One block from the inner harbor, it's a perfect location. The water street establishments are great. This is an urban location so there is some "flavor".

The place is beautiful but the host's secretary in unprofessional and is not afraid to be rude to you.

I was moved to another location so this review is not for the location pictured here. The space itself is very clean and comfortable, walking distance to the convention center and other harbor sites. Unfortunately, check-in procedures were not smooth at all. The reservation was made with the understanding that I would need to drop off bags early in the morning and arrangements were made for me to call when I arrived. Unfortunately, I spent 20 minutes at the door waiting for a response and finally had to leave to get to the conference in time.

decent apartment in downtown baltimore but no parking. theres only public parkings facilities in the area and it cost an arm and a leg. if you have a car and you staying a few days you might wanna factor in cost of parking. i paid $31 a night in one of the facilities. its ridiculous!

The process of getting into the apartment was very smooth, which to me makes a big difference after a full day of traveling. The place was clean and everything we needed to feel comfortable for the weekend stay. Location was also ideal, walking distance from the water and lots of restaurants. Only negative was that it could get very loud outside at night especially on the weekends, but being a heavy sleeper this wasn't much of an issue personally.
